Oh wow, you don't know how much I enjoyed this video. It spoke into my life and confirmed some things to me that I realized growing up as a child. (I had a dad that because of his religious upbringing would not listen to his wife, and would attempt to prove her wrong rather than just submit). It also contradicted and removed a hint of other things that I had been told by some misguided but well meaning people about men not listening to women. I love the testimony time where the husband says, "I have nothing to do but surrender", that was so funny.☺ Surrender to God and to listening to his wife and loving his wife. I also enjoy her smiling in the testimony time as she was enjoying the humor of God in confirming what God had been telling her. I believe this all happened because she was wise enough to take it to God for help. Husband's need their wives and that is okay, get over yourself as a man and just live in peace instead of showing off. We as men need to get over our egos and realize that God is using women just as much as he is using men (True in Jesus's ministry and in Phillip's daughters). Men need to be accountable for their actions and God puts wonderful women in our lives as our "God ordained wives" to keep us accountable and to be used by God to speak into our lives (God's correction at times). Men with egos or men that will not listen to women are doomed to failure. I witnessed this misery in men at our church where I was an elder. They spent their time trying to be some big-shot. I have seen this in my own parents as well as various couples that went to our church where I was an elder and counseled them. The men with egos were the worst in the marriage and it was hard to save the marriage until the man admitted he had problems. Stop going with your ego (it is not of God) and listen to the kind loving Spirit of God who often times may be speaking through your wife great wisdom. No, women are not perfect, but they can be godly and used by God to speak into their husbands life. Just like God uses the husband to maybe speak into the wife's life, God will also use the wife to speak to the husband. This is assuming they are godly and offering godly wisdom. Dear Beloved Man of God , Please pray for the marriage of my son SAMUEL & JENIFFER ; there were past hurts and physical abuses from the threats of the girl ; he said he was blackmailed into marriage if not she would kill herself; now after 2 years and after my wife passed away 2021 due pandemic , things have changed and my son does not want to live with his wife; the office friends show him compassion on his situation ; he has seen a therapist who opened up all his past;
he is a born again , baptized son. now he does not want to live with her; the entire family is in shock.
