At 8:00, what’s that long staircase he walked up? Apart from the London Underground which was built much later on, all of Victoria Station is at ground level.

Buckingham Palace looks very authentic for the period, especially with the increasingly Blackened Caen Stone Facade of Queen Victorias’ expansion

There has never been a need to climb stairs to reach platforms at Victoria Station, it's all on one level with the underground below. 😣
