The girls, for their age, have a very large vocabulary. I love how Guin was talking about being unable to reach your toast. Anna is more quiet lately, but extremely observant to everything going on around her. I am certainly happy they are feeling better. I love how they are now expressing what they want to do. Such cute girls!

Oooh, the lemon one would be my favourite. During Greek Easter we make a sweet bread called tsoureki. It is just divine lightly toasted with butter. The sweet aroma of mahlepi fills the entire home.

A little anecdote: When I was a kid, my mom (who grew up in Ireland) would make Irish soda bread on St. Patrick's day and bake into it a silver dollar (in lieu of a wedding ring). Since I absolutely hate raisins, I never had a chance to get the coin (this did not bother me, as it wasn't worth even a silver dollar to eat even one raisin 😀).

Such a nice morning, watching these two little sweethearts. Love their bracelets & necklaces. I think they look so cute in them. It’s always fun to dress up like a big girl. I remember the days of my daughter dressing up in a lot of jewelry & my shoes. I think all little girls love that. So glad the girls are feeling so much better. ❤

A little anecdote: When I was a kid, my mom (who grew up in Ireland) would make Irish soda bread on St. Patrick's day and bake into it a silver dollar (in lieu of a wedding ring).
Since I absolutely hate raisins, I never had a chance to get the coin (this did not bother me, as it wasn't worth even a silver dollar to eat even one raisin 😀).
