I'm a senior adult still struggling with food issues due to the parenting of the day promoting "make them sit there till they clean the plate". I love that these kids are told "if you don't like it you don't have to eat it". That hits me like a Blessing, intentional cap. Wonderful parents that will raise two healthy eaters without food trauma.
