Actually since the my hero academia and robocco sets, the ratios have been 5 SR per box unless you get a case hit like a 2 star or AP or SR* then you still get 4.
I haven't been interested in a card game this much where I haven't been able to buy english product right away. August can't come soon enough for the starter deck prerelease.
Bleach definitely has some really nice foils for the high rarity stuff, it is just a pity they don't have signature for this set. Anyway, all the best for your pulls in advance! 😊
Definitely! Unless you want the thrill of opening packs yourself, picking up most of the high rarity as singles shouldn't be too expensive as compared to Weiss Schwarz 😊
It’s a bit weird that they base it specifically on thousand year blood war. It makes sense because it’s the new big thing. But there’s only 26 episodes. I think the entire series will be 52 episodes. Compared to 366 episodes for the old anime. If they did the old anime they would have much more material to pull from. I don’t know about Naruto but one piece has its own tcg already so maybe they don’t think there’s a point doing another one piece. I think Naruto also has cards of some sort. I can never get into cards with artwork just taken from somewhere else (in this case the anime). Maybe if it succeeds they will improve this but cards need to have original artwork.
Totally agree, I always find sets that pull artwork straight from the source anime as plain lazy. But in Union Arena case, it seems like they do invest quite a fair bit of effort on the high rarity stuff. I think the parallels for Bleach does look good, although like you said, they shouldn't just based it on the thousand years blood war 😥
The style is similar because both OPTCG and UA are under the same parent company Bandai. I guess this is Bandai's distinct way of showing off their higher rarity foils 😁

Currently, Bandai do have several TCG under their belt. Despite many of them not being as competitive as the more popular TCGs, there are still new sets being announced for all of them. Hence, I do believe they will still continue to support UA for a good while still. 😊
@ChosenOne-il4bm I wouldn't say its dying yet because there are still tournament and promos given out to those who participate. Just that in terms of popularity, seems like One Piece is doing better. 😅
@@ChosenOne-il4bm Sad to say that Bandai did release a Naruto TCG back in 2003 in Japan and an international release in 2006. The TCG seen quite a number of expansions before they decided to axe it. Hoping that Naruto would get a reboot in Union Arena 😅

they seems improved on normal sr, its textured like its sr aa card, i love it,
Yes! Compared to earlier sets, the texture does look a lot better! Hopefully they will continue to improve on the foils for later sets 😊

Once the tybw ends, they'll probably go back and do sets of the older arcs of bleach.
