@@gogousa6661 to be honest with you im only a soccer fan every 4 years in the world cup. i was born here but my parents are from italy so i root for usa and italy in the world cup. i cant get into and follow soccer at any other time besides only the world cup

My dad and I should've put a camera up for this game. I swung my arm and clocked him and then proceeded to break my pinky toe on the coffee table... So much passion it hurt
I still haven't forgiven Bradley for his woeful performance in this game. If he holds his manhood dear, he hasn't forgiven himself yet, either. Every other player on the pitch was giving every ounce of fight. Meanwhile, he was losing every 50-50 ball, getting beaten to every patch of open space, and showing no initiative or creativity when he actually did have possession.
It's unusual that I would hold a sporting grudge against a single player, but I can't let that one go for some reason.
I can't for the life of me understand why Michael Bradley was ever a thing for US soccer.

First of all, his family is American royalty in the sport. Second, he's pretty damn good, the WC game against Portugal notwithstanding.
I remember watching that game, with US leading 2-1. I was seeing 10 American players outclass their opposite numbers, while Bradley looked truly lost. I literally thought to myself that they might have been better off playing 10 men. At that moment, Bradley got pickpockted, leading directly to Portugal's equalizer.
