I have a KW-M788 and went to do a system and application update. The system went fine. But the screen went black on the app update. I thought I bricked it. I put the application update on another drive and it simply resumed updating. HUGE thank you for this!
you're right mine went blank for a long time, I followed your advice and reformat my flash drive to fat32 and cleaned the flash drive twice and added the updates and it completed the update in a matter of minutes and the radio came back alive. so thank you my friend.👍
Hey Justin, thanks for your video. It helped me today, when my KW-M560BT's screen went black, as you have shown in the video. I tried using some old USB drives to follow the JVC official update guidelines, but it didn't work. Then I stumbled upon this video of yours and borrowed a 16 GB cruiser blade (sandisk) from my friend. I formatted it using the rufus tool mentioned in comment by FM4ever, keeping in mind the guidelines mentioned by him. Then I copied the firmware update files on to that USB drive. It worked as a charm and the update screen came up within a minute. I could restart it after updating the firmware and now it is all up and running. Writing this detailed comment as a testimony that this method works well. :) Best wishes from New Zealand.
Firmware update works after multiple USB flash drives used. Did not work with either Sandisk or ONN flash drive however I did only a "quick format" on those. The USB flash drive that worked after a full format FAT 32 Windows 10 machine was a no name cheap one so what about that. Updated to newest firmware from JVC website. KW-M 560BT (JVC) confirmed working as of 02-06-2023.

What a life saver. I ran into the same issue. I had the unit for 3 days and decided to update the firmware to see if it addressed one small issue I had. I was kicking myself for ever trying to update the firmware. I was so excited when I found your video. I switched from a 8Gb to 16Gb and a different manufacture, said a prayer and plugged it in. The install resumed and completed without issues. Thank you for posting this video.
You're a hero! Like many others, I tried to find an older USB drive to meet JVC's stated requirements of a small USB 2.0 drive. Started update fine only to get stuck on the the black screen. I ended up using a 128GB USB 3.0 drive, just partitioned it to 12GB and formatted FAT32, copied files and sure enough the JVC booted up and finished updates fine! Thank you! This worked for a KW-M788BH. It apparently didn't like my SanDisk cruiser, but it was okay with the cheap chinesium space fighter shaped USB drive lmao.
I had the same issue. Had a lot of USB sticks laying around. All seemed to have the same issue. Then I discovered the whole issue what is going on. By default newer versions of Windows format their flash drives in a specific way, so they do not have a MBR (master boot record). We do need one of those on our stick. What I did, was place a freeDOS image on my USB stick with the tool Rufus. Afterwards I deleted all the freeDOS files, so I basically had an empty USB with MBR and FAT32. I copied the firmware files, connected it to my radio after that. And my unit picked it up, is now running again with newer firmware.

So will your phone not connect to the radio? Try a different phone and see if it will connect. Try deleting your phone from the radio and doing the Bluetooth set up again. Let me know if it works.
@@Justinduncan2005 I bought that stereo thinking that was new but surprised when I get home and opened , was used , this happened in Mexico and here once you get out at any store they will not refund your money , so I tested and everything works except the Bluetooth, I reset it, try with 3 diferente phones and nothing. In the BT VERSION appears " 0000000000"

I can't thank you enough. I have a KW-V660BT and the same thing just happened. I think it's because I updated the MCU before the ARM like the directions say, I didn't think the order mattered but hard to say. Either way I tried the same things you did, reset, battery disconnect and nothing. Blank screen with the blue lights on the icons. I formatted and loaded up about 5 flash drives. The second one worked. I could tell something was happening because while the screen was blank, I could see a red LED on the flash drive was being accessed. After a min or so the screen said updating then the system rebooted and started up again. Again thanks for posting this it was a lifesaver. ~peaty

Thanks for this video! You saved me a lot of stress returning the radio. Please mention that the USB stick has to have a MBR, which is not very common with modern windows versions. I found a very old USB stick with MBR. This one did the trick! You can check if your USB stick has MBR with disk MBR management. Right click disk, properties, volume.
This worked for me. MBR is the format of the partition tables for a disk. You can convert to MBR in windows, easy to Google how. Format as FAT32 and works like a charm, thanks!!
I actually took mine back. The audio quality is worse compared to the last jvc i had. Also mirror mode blocks all streaming apps. That was the main reason i bought it.
Thanks so much for this! I didn’t have another usb drive. However I reformatted the one I had into fat32 (it was exFat before) and copied the files in again and tried it. And it works now! Life saver!
It worked it frekin worked. Few key things that I used to figure it out: - Make sure to use 8 or 32 GB - I usee a Mac to format it FAT32, which didn't work, then I formated it in Windows and the drive worked (could have been because I switched from a 64 to a 32 though)
I had the same issue. I installed the firmware update . I did both recommended updates and the radio went down. So I got a second drive, installed the software, and put it in the USB port. This time nothing. After reading the Firmware update instructions, it said that I needed a jump drive of 8 to 30 GB with a FAT 32 file system. I looked up my model again, re-downloaded the firmware, copied it to a 32 GB drive and put it in the USB port of the radio. This time it worked. Set up as a new device. There were two update options, and I did not do the one that appeared to be a MAC input. Hope that helps.
The only thing I can say is keep trying thumb drives until it reads it. Make sure it is formed right. And try and get a small thumb drive. Best of luck. Check out the other comments on here as well they may help you also.
this saved me a lot of headache - reformatted a 4GB with FAT32 and plugged in flash drive and started car and boom started the update and finished in a couple minutes.
I was going through the same pain with my JVC KW-V66BT. Even following the printed procedure just made the stereo unusable with blue leds and black screen. I didn't have another usb 2.0 so I used an sd card reader adapter and inserted a 4 gb microsd even though the instructions called for 8 to 32 gb usb. That worked for me. Hope this helped. Thank you! My newer KM-M785BW did the same thing! Started with a Verbatim 32GB FAT32 USB3 drive, immediately went to black screen. Panicked a bit, found your video, then tried a 10 year old 8GB Microcenter USB 3 stick formatted with FAT32. Saw lights blink a few times, nothing. Finaly found an ANCIENT 4GB, USB 2.0 MicroCenter stick, formatted it as FAT32. Put it on there and it immediately recognized it and finished the update. How many RMAs does JVC get for something so stupid I wonder? Anyway, thanks again!
@@Justinduncan2005 They should pay you! Seems like you've saved them at least a dozen RMAs or more at this point. This information is nowhere to be found on their site, how to recover from a failed FW update. If it's there, I certainly couldnt' find it. Just got back from driving around, radio is working fine again thankfully.
I had the same problem here. Seems this unit doesn't like small USB drives. I use an 8GB drive first and thought I'd bricked the unit. Then used a 32GB Kingston and bingo all good now. Thanks for your post.
saved my life. Those stupid zip programs often do not always unzip and work properly. A long time ago there was one zip program, or two and almost never had issues, now they screw up files more often than ever. even the best techs don't do much better and also have issues with unzipping files. And then they poor sucker who tries to use them ends up in file hell and what happened here. It took all days search to find your youtube video. Glad I kept going, I was ready to take this POS back. I am still mad at the crappy tuner. KW-66.
Never extract a zip from your computer directly to an external drive- extract on same drive, give a few minutes, then copy over and "safe eject". These programs have always been a bit finicky. Winrar is an excellent utility for windows
So, i had the blue LED and black screen issue, but whilst driving! Head unit touch screen became unresponsive and nothing was working display wise. Turned the ignition off but the head unit wouldnt power down, had to pull the negative terminal on the battery. Im going to try updating the firmware for starters, but that reset pinhole in the bottom left is good to know about.
Not powering off with the key off is concerning. Makes me lean towards the red wire and the yellow wire being hooked together. Let me know if the firmware fixes the issue.
Have any of y’all had an issue with the microphone on the back of the stereo not working and your iPhone unable to do voice controls? That’s the issue. I’m experiencing right now.

This! Mine also bricked after I stupidly performed the update with a crap drive and my car's engine off, battery died within 2 minutes. I bought a new 32Gb SanDisk 2.0 drive and it worked like a charm. Now if only I could figure out how to change the boot screen on this model (reason why I tried updaing the firmware in the first place lol).
Thanks for the video. I have this same radio. When you plug your phone into the usb, does it automatically go into carplay/android auto? or do you have to press the carplay/android auto button for it to go into that mode? Just wondering if the firmware changed anything.

Hello, the same thing is happening to me as explained in the video. I have already tried with 3 different flashdrives and it still does not want to restart with the updates. Do you know which is the folder that restarts the update?
Sorry I don't. Go through and look at the comments on here. A lot of good information there. Make sure nothing else is on the flash drive. Format it a few times to be on the safe side.
No problem. From the people that have commented on this. There doesn't seem to be a certain flashdrive that works better than others. Just seems like trial and error.
Use a 16Gig flash drive just incase your 8Gig is under 8 gig. I used different 8 gig flash drives and it wasn't until I used 16Gig that it booted back up
Yo I didn’t even try to update mine, and my screen just went black with blue lights like you explain. It started with the volume buttons not working before I turned off my car. What ya think ?
1st question: try to update it and see if it fixes the problem. 2nd question: sounds like it's wired up wrong behind the radio. Usual it's red wire from the radio attached to the yellow from the factory harness. Pull the radio out and check that if you can.

Make sure it's plugged in good. Make sure it's plugged into the right spot. I think there is 2 spots it will fit. You know stuff you already tried. If you have headphones with a built-in mic, try plugging them in. If it works the factory mic is bad. Try reaching out to jvc for another one. Also just found one on amazon. Check it out. While I had that radio I never had that issue. Now does it go back to normal when you turn the vehicle off. Does it happen alot? Try resetting it would be my only guess. Tiny hole on the bottom left side of the radio.
The screen goes back to normal when i turn car off but it has other issues too. When ever i play my youtube music the screen would go black music stop or play while the screen has the GPS working so i just replace my phone cord and it still hasn't changed i will try the reset so far jvc not looking to good radio not even a 2 years old yet
Sounds like it's getting stuck after the call. Try resetting it. If that don't work try updating the firmware.i ended up returning the radio. I didn't really like it. I went with a pioneer.
Yeah I wasn't sure at first but I went to office Depot and got a SanDisk erased that security software of with a long format not a quick Installed new the update got up next morning plug it in with engine on and made sure the drive was fully seat in USB and bam it started right up thanks man you saved me 4 to 5 hundred dollars the unit is hard to fing it just came out it was the KW-V66BT appreciate it.

Me personally I would not. I returned it. The audio quality for phone calls and audio is terrible. It didnt have the same features as my old jvc double den. The mirror mode is a joke. 90 % of the streaming apps you would want to mirror are blocked. The clock keeps resetting. Not sure about apple support i have android. Hope my rant helps.
Had this radio for 13 months and used it about 20 times on a car I barely use and today I started having nothing but problems with ghost touching on the center far right of the screen where the settings button is on the Home Screen
I would try to reset it. There's a small button on the bottom left you gotta press in fro 5 to 10 seconds. But its small will need a paper clip or something like that. Best of luck.
FYI I used a 32gb from get and it updated fine but no sound. Nothing worked. I knew about the reset hole, pushed it and it works again. So the answer isn’t use a 32gb.

I actually got a KW-V66BT I did the same thing I tried reformatting the USB and tried it and still won't come on . So I just got a 16g SanDisk yesterday and decided to do a full format instead of a quick format just tried it screen still blank. I'm about to call JVC but the bad part about that is I order this online off Ebay which is not a problem but I can just exchange at a store and the radio
Try another flash drive if you have one. I think someone in the comments here told me they went through 3 flash drives before it worked. Best of luck to you if you call jvc.

Do u have any issues with the audio when using the hands free? Playing music I hear the audio find, but when on the phone I can't hear the person I'm talking to. Any suggestions???
In my opinion the audio quality for calls and audio is terrible. I had to turn the volume up really high to hear people. I adjusted the eq as well and that did not seem to help either. I waa ver disappointed in this radio. I ended up returning it.

Sad to hear that. Thankfully bestbuy gave me 15 days to return. I may go pioneer with next radio i get. The one i have is not as great after a recent andriod update. Doesnt show the name of the person i called on the screen anymore and takes longer to connect via bluetooth.

Keep trying different flash drives. I had some one comment and say it took 3 or 4 to finally get his to work. I also had someone tell me they formatted. Their flash drive numerous times then formatted it to fat 32 then only put the update file on the flash drive. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

I have the exact same model (KW-M560BT), and I'm getting the same black screen and it's telling me that there is No Video Signal! I haven't tried to DL any firmware updates at all It's been working perfectly fine since I bought it 2 months ago, and then last night it just stopped working and I got the black screen The reverse camera works fine, and if I plug it into the USB port the music works, but still nothing on the screen I don't even own a flash drive to try to do the firmware update... Any adieas why its happened if u haven't tried to actually do anything? Thanks
Try getting a flash drive and doing the update. It dont have to be big. I think the one i used was 4 gigs. Check all your connections in the back to be on the safe side. But it really sounds like issue inside the radio. You may want to reach out to jvc support. I want to say most of their radios have a year warrenty from the factory. Best of luck.
@@Justinduncan2005 hi Well, I took the thing out and checked all the cables and everything seemed the same when I pulled them out and out them back in again 🙄 So anyway, I noticed a blue fuse in the back, and just decided to pull that out and leave it for a minute or two, and when I popped it back in, the unit did a factory reset and was working as normal! I had to re pair my phone, and re tune the radio stations etc, but it's working perfectly fine as it did up until yesterday!! Cheers for the video and replies man!
Only thing i can think of is to try and upgrade the firmware. If that dont work maybe unplug the battery for 10 minutes or so. Hook it back up and see if it loads.

On bottom left is a home icon. Thats technically the power button. Touch it and if that does not turn it on it may be a blown fuse in the car. Do any light come on the radio with the vehicle on?
I bought the V660BT for my GTO, I haven't had it a day, I fucking hate it. The mirroring doesn't work, android auto doesn't work, so basically it's an overpriced DVD/Bluetooth double din. I would return it but it was such a bitch to install in the GTO, so I guess I'm stuck living with it
I ve always used jvc but this one was a dud in my opinion. It didn't have the same features as my super old jvc. Tge audio quality for phone calls and music was terrible. Mirror mode is a joke because all apps are blocked.

After a min or so the screen said updating then the system rebooted and started up again. Again thanks for posting this it was a lifesaver. ~peaty

It's the wife's car too so, well, it would not have been a good thing if I bricked the stereo :) I even called Crutchfield wondering if they could help. They basically said to try all of the things I tried already so no help.

Please mention that the USB stick has to have a MBR, which is not very common with modern windows versions.
I found a very old USB stick with MBR. This one did the trick!
You can check if your USB stick has MBR with disk MBR management. Right click disk, properties, volume.

This worked for me. MBR is the format of the partition tables for a disk. You can convert to MBR in windows, easy to Google how. Format as FAT32 and works like a charm, thanks!!

I actually took mine back. The audio quality is worse compared to the last jvc i had. Also mirror mode blocks all streaming apps. That was the main reason i bought it.

Thanks so much for this! I didn’t have another usb drive. However I reformatted the one I had into fat32 (it was exFat before) and copied the files in again and tried it. And it works now! Life saver!

It worked it frekin worked. Few key things that I used to figure it out:
- Make sure to use 8 or 32 GB
- I usee a Mac to format it FAT32, which didn't work, then I formated it in Windows and the drive worked (could have been because I switched from a 64 to a 32 though)

I had the same issue. I installed the firmware update . I did both recommended updates and the radio went down. So I got a second drive, installed the software, and put it in the USB port. This time nothing. After reading the Firmware update instructions, it said that I needed a jump drive of 8 to 30 GB with a FAT 32 file system. I looked up my model again, re-downloaded the firmware, copied it to a 32 GB drive and put it in the USB port of the radio. This time it worked. Set up as a new device. There were two update options, and I did not do the one that appeared to be a MAC input. Hope that helps.

The only thing I can say is keep trying thumb drives until it reads it. Make sure it is formed right. And try and get a small thumb drive. Best of luck. Check out the other comments on here as well they may help you also.

I was going through the same pain with my JVC KW-V66BT. Even following the printed procedure just made the stereo unusable with blue leds and black screen. I didn't have another usb 2.0 so I used an sd card reader adapter and inserted a 4 gb microsd even though the instructions called for 8 to 32 gb usb. That worked for me. Hope this helped. Thank you! My newer KM-M785BW did the same thing! Started with a Verbatim 32GB FAT32 USB3 drive, immediately went to black screen. Panicked a bit, found your video, then tried a 10 year old 8GB Microcenter USB 3 stick formatted with FAT32. Saw lights blink a few times, nothing. Finaly found an ANCIENT 4GB, USB 2.0 MicroCenter stick, formatted it as FAT32. Put it on there and it immediately recognized it and finished the update. How many RMAs does JVC get for something so stupid I wonder? Anyway, thanks again!

This information is nowhere to be found on their site, how to recover from a failed FW update. If it's there, I certainly couldnt' find it. I had the same problem here. Seems this unit doesn't like small USB drives. I use an 8GB drive first and thought I'd bricked the unit. Then used a 32GB Kingston and bingo all good now. Thanks for your post.

saved my life. Those stupid zip programs often do not always unzip and work properly. A long time ago there was one zip program, or two and almost never had issues, now they screw up files more often than ever. even the best techs don't do much better and also have issues with unzipping files. And then they poor sucker who tries to use them ends up in file hell and what happened here. It took all days search to find your youtube video. Glad I kept going, I was ready to take this POS back. I am still mad at the crappy tuner. KW-66.
Yeah I can remember programs unzipping files without problems. Now that's not the case. Glad to have helped you.
Never extract a zip from your computer directly to an external drive- extract on same drive, give a few minutes, then copy over and "safe eject". These programs have always been a bit finicky. Winrar is an excellent utility for windows
So, i had the blue LED and black screen issue, but whilst driving!
Head unit touch screen became unresponsive and nothing was working display wise.
Turned the ignition off but the head unit wouldnt power down, had to pull the negative terminal on the battery.
Im going to try updating the firmware for starters, but that reset pinhole in the bottom left is good to know about.
Not powering off with the key off is concerning. Makes me lean towards the red wire and the yellow wire being hooked together. Let me know if the firmware fixes the issue.

This! Mine also bricked after I stupidly performed the update with a crap drive and my car's engine off, battery died within 2 minutes. I bought a new 32Gb SanDisk 2.0 drive and it worked like a charm.
Now if only I could figure out how to change the boot screen on this model (reason why I tried updaing the firmware in the first place lol).

Thanks for the video. I have this same radio. When you plug your phone into the usb, does it automatically go into carplay/android auto? or do you have to press the carplay/android auto button for it to go into that mode? Just wondering if the firmware changed anything.
I'm having this issue, however I never tried to update the firmware. It was just plugged into my phone for Android auto. I used 2 fresh USB sticks with still no luck
Mite have to try a few more. When you format the flash drive make sure you do a full format not just the quick one. Best of luck.

Sorry I don't. Go through and look at the comments on here. A lot of good information there. Make sure nothing else is on the flash drive. Format it a few times to be on the safe side.

Use a 16Gig flash drive just incase your 8Gig is under 8 gig. I used different 8 gig flash drives and it wasn't until I used 16Gig that it booted back up

1st question: try to update it and see if it fixes the problem. 2nd question: sounds like it's wired up wrong behind the radio. Usual it's red wire from the radio attached to the yellow from the factory harness. Pull the radio out and check that if you can.

Make sure it's plugged in good. Make sure it's plugged into the right spot. I think there is 2 spots it will fit. You know stuff you already tried. If you have headphones with a built-in mic, try plugging them in. If it works the factory mic is bad. Try reaching out to jvc for another one. Also just found one on amazon. Check it out. What do i do when it's stuck in phone mode after i finished talking and can't go back to playing music
While I had that radio I never had that issue. Now does it go back to normal when you turn the vehicle off. Does it happen alot? Try resetting it would be my only guess. Tiny hole on the bottom left side of the radio.
The screen goes back to normal when i turn car off but it has other issues too. When ever i play my youtube music the screen would go black music stop or play while the screen has the GPS working so i just replace my phone cord and it still hasn't changed i will try the reset so far jvc not looking to good radio not even a 2 years old yet
Sounds like it's getting stuck after the call. Try resetting it. If that don't work try updating the firmware.i ended up returning the radio. I didn't really like it. I went with a pioneer.

Yeah I wasn't sure at first but I went to office Depot and got a SanDisk erased that security software of with a long format not a quick Installed new the update got up next morning plug it in with engine on and made sure the drive was fully seat in USB and bam it started right up thanks man you saved me 4 to 5 hundred dollars the unit is hard to fing it just came out it was the KW-V66BT appreciate it.

Me personally I would not. I returned it. The audio quality for phone calls and audio is terrible. It didnt have the same features as my old jvc double den. The mirror mode is a joke. 90 % of the streaming apps you would want to mirror are blocked. The clock keeps resetting. Not sure about apple support i have android. Hope my rant helps.
Had this radio for 13 months and used it about 20 times on a car I barely use and today I started having nothing but problems with ghost touching on the center far right of the screen where the settings button is on the Home Screen
I would try to reset it. There's a small button on the bottom left you gotta press in fro 5 to 10 seconds. But its small will need a paper clip or something like that. Best of luck.
FYI I used a 32gb from get and it updated fine but no sound. Nothing worked. I knew about the reset hole, pushed it and it works again.
So the answer isn’t use a 32gb.

I actually got a KW-V66BT I did the same thing I tried reformatting the USB and tried it and still won't come on . So I just got a 16g SanDisk yesterday and decided to do a full format instead of a quick format just tried it screen still blank. I'm about to call JVC but the bad part about that is I order this online off Ebay which is not a problem but I can just exchange at a store and the radio
Try another flash drive if you have one. I think someone in the comments here told me they went through 3 flash drives before it worked. Best of luck to you if you call jvc.
Does the bluetooth autoplay when you first start the car?
From what I remember it does as long as you have recently opened a music app or podcast. I don't have the radio anymore and can't say for sure.

Do u have any issues with the audio when using the hands free? Playing music I hear the audio find, but when on the phone I can't hear the person I'm talking to. Any suggestions???
In my opinion the audio quality for calls and audio is terrible. I had to turn the volume up really high to hear people. I adjusted the eq as well and that did not seem to help either. I waa ver disappointed in this radio. I ended up returning it.

Sad to hear that. Thankfully bestbuy gave me 15 days to return. I may go pioneer with next radio i get. The one i have is not as great after a recent andriod update. Doesnt show the name of the person i called on the screen anymore and takes longer to connect via bluetooth.

Keep trying different flash drives. I had some one comment and say it took 3 or 4 to finally get his to work. I also had someone tell me they formatted. Their flash drive numerous times then formatted it to fat 32 then only put the update file on the flash drive. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

Where do I put the flash drive
There is a additional cord that comes with the radio that has a usb on the end. One end is usb the other hooks to the back of the radio.
I have the exact same model (KW-M560BT), and I'm getting the same black screen and it's telling me that there is No Video Signal!
I haven't tried to DL any firmware updates at all
It's been working perfectly fine since I bought it 2 months ago, and then last night it just stopped working and I got the black screen
The reverse camera works fine, and if I plug it into the USB port the music works, but still nothing on the screen
I don't even own a flash drive to try to do the firmware update...
Any adieas why its happened if u haven't tried to actually do anything?

Try getting a flash drive and doing the update. It dont have to be big. I think the one i used was 4 gigs. Check all your connections in the back to be on the safe side. But it really sounds like issue inside the radio. You may want to reach out to jvc support. I want to say most of their radios have a year warrenty from the factory. Best of luck.

Well, I took the thing out and checked all the cables and everything seemed the same when I pulled them out and out them back in again 🙄
So anyway, I noticed a blue fuse in the back, and just decided to pull that out and leave it for a minute or two, and when I popped it back in, the unit did a factory reset and was working as normal!
I had to re pair my phone, and re tune the radio stations etc, but it's working perfectly fine as it did up until yesterday!!

Depends on when it happens. If it is during bluetooth audio I was lean toward the phone being the problem.
Mine was just working & i connected airplay & now it won’t turn on or off . Can anyone help?
Only thing i can think of is to try and upgrade the firmware. If that dont work maybe unplug the battery for 10 minutes or so. Hook it back up and see if it loads.

On bottom left is a home icon. Thats technically the power button. Touch it and if that does not turn it on it may be a blown fuse in the car. Do any light come on the radio with the vehicle on?

I bought the V660BT for my GTO, I haven't had it a day, I fucking hate it. The mirroring doesn't work, android auto doesn't work, so basically it's an overpriced DVD/Bluetooth double din. I would return it but it was such a bitch to install in the GTO, so I guess I'm stuck living with it

I ve always used jvc but this one was a dud in my opinion. It didn't have the same features as my super old jvc. Tge audio quality for phone calls and music was terrible. Mirror mode is a joke because all apps are blocked.

It happen to me to I had to send my radio in to jvc
