Your 2019-2023 Ram 1500 deserves an upgrade, and Sequential LED Headlights from Form Lighting are the perfect way to do it!
With these premium OE-grade replacements, you’ll add triple bi-LED projectors, sequential turn signals, startup sequence, LED running light, and a more aggressive, modern appearance.
What’s better than one projector? Three projectors. And in these headlights, all three are bi-LED units, providing output for both low beam and high beam illumination. With a sharp cutoff, broad width, and high intensity, these units provide a serious upgrade in output.
These headlights are packed with the latest and most modern lighting functions, including a startup or “welcome” sequence. Anytime the running lights turn on, they will illuminate in a two-stage chasing sequence that is sure to turn heads, with an ultra-premium look.
The lower section of these headlights features a bright and highly distinctive sequential turn signal. Activating any time your turn signal is activated, the amber LEDs sequence from inside to out, with an extremely modern look.
These headlights include durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. They are assembled in an IATF 16949-certified facility, which is a quality management system designed for the automotive industry. While they may not be the cheapest option you’ll find, you can rest assured that these lights will provide durable and superior performance.
Form Lighting headlights meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada, when installed and aimed properly - which is easy to do with the integrated screw-type adjusters.
Our headlights for the RAM 1500 are completely plug-and-play for both halogen and OEM LED models and will fit perfectly, without any gaps. Adapters are included for halogen and OEM LED models and were designed to plug into your factory headlight connector, with no wiring modifications needed. No errors, flickering, or hyperflashing! A fuse box wire harness is also included to power the running lights, if your truck doesn’t come with daytime running lights (non-DTRL) from the factory.

Are these made in the US ? Also do they come with a warranty ? Please let me know as these are two extremely important factors for headlights. Especially since there are so many cheap foreign headlights that break.

While we prioritize domestic suppliers whenever possible, it's important to note that certain components, such as LED chips, are simply not manufactured in the US. We back all our products with our standard two-year warranty. LED failure is known to happen within the first two years of use. Once it passes this window they are expected to last around 40,000 hours. Hopefully, this helps! please reach out if you have any more questions.
Will I need to order a harness ? Cause my trucks a lone star with halogen headlights or does it come with the harness already

Are you supposed to adjust the height of the headlights using the bottom or top screw? Some are saying that it's the bottom screw that adjusts the height?
Hey there! The top screw should be used to raise and lower your beam pattern. You should not have to make any adjustments using the bottom screw.

I installed these on my 2023 Ram 1500. Is there any ability to change the DRLs to amber? I see you have the ability to do that on your LED lights for the new Bronco with an adapter.
Hey there! These lights do not include selectable DRL functionality like the Bronco lamps that we offer.

In this video you say if the ram didn't come with drl lights , the harness is included, does that mean to use the drl feature for these lights, if my ram has daytime running lights i don't need to install your drl harness?
Yes, if you truck is equipped with DRLs from the factory you do not need to use the included DRL tap harness. This is for trucks to add this feature that don't come with it from the factory.

This option for the 5th gen is not compatible, but our newer 4th generation Ram headlights will fit perfect and are fully plug and play!

Is it compatible with the longhorn model?
Hey there! Unfortunately these are not compatible. The longhorn, Limited, and TRX trim levels have totally different shapes. We would need a totally different headlight design for them to fit. It is not on our list at this time, but I have suggested it to our team here!
Does this fit the 2024 1500?
