The Town and Gown 10k race in Oxford finishes with a couple of kms in this park
Looks lovely- reminds me of Coventry based on your footage
Oxford Uni is older than Cambridge, by about 100 years (and is the oldest university in the English-speaking world)

Reminds me a lot of Cannon Hill in many ways, and they regularly have over 800 runners. It was a lovely day and you've shown the park (parks? I don't get the pluralisation) off really well.

I’ve been to many parkruns where I’ve not been able to hearing the brief. They should do like another parkrun I’ve been to, and get paddles with “Quiet” on them for the volunteers to hold up during the briefing - they seem to work.
They made a few tweaks this week just gone, I was near the back and heard all of it.
Danny: ..... monologue about whether the event will cope with higher turnouts.
Danny to Amy Rose: are you gonna cope when it gets bigger each week?
