Great video, i find it easier if you put the bulb back in place first then reattach the plug to the bulb 😊

Thanks for the video my dipped light bulb just went and my headlights are like yours with the 1 screw and flap things and didn't know why it was not lifting out all the other videos seem to just have 2 screws top and bottom and easily lifts out.

So much easier than on the Mk I! I spend almost an hour in near dark, both lightbulbs died on my at the same time, had to race down to a manned petrolstation to get insanely overprized H7 bulbs and pry them in by hand without removing the lamphousing on the mk I, and my mobilelight also died on me as I didn't charged the battery....managed to do it though

I didn’t know that. I had a mk1 in the past, but funnily enough, I never had to change a light bulb.

@@GentilsGarage Mine was this type, there is this rectangular cap that needs to be removed and you can pry open the clips by touch basically, as its hard to look inside specially when dark :-( : ruclips.net/video/krH2PUu8JUc/видео.html

Stephen M unfortunately I was a bit in a rush at the time and in the end I completely forgot about doing a working shot.
The other service where I changed the tail and numberplate lights, I did show them working in the end.
