This is the perfect timing, I have a friend with a binder full of cards from his youth in late 90s and early 00's his friends tried to tell him they were not worth much etc. Buddy has a shadowless base set zard that will probably grade 7-8, he's got lesser pokemon in better quality, I'd say thousands in that binder if he follows this guide. Thank you so much!!!
I used one of your older videos to help me prepare some cards to send through gamestop last month. I dropped them off November 27th and picked them up Decmeber 31st. I got 2 PSA 8's and 2 PSA 10's. One being The rainbow chunky chu i pulled back in 2021. Man, what a start to the year 🎉
Great tutorial! Thank you for using terminology that’s easily understood too. I think other videos like this have people use explanations that have terms that not every user understands so this is super helpful
This is absolutely amazing! Thank you for sharing this content with us! Very valuable. We are in the process of grading cards for the first time and you just made our lives so much easier. We appreciate you! Cheers! 😊👍🏆
Phillip, could you make a video in the future teaching how to submit our cards to Beckett and TAG? These are two companies that I am very interested in sending my cards to but I don't know how to do it, mainly the TAG since it is not commented on much.
Legend... Great vid.. liked and followed... have signed up for PSA as I want to send a few cards in soon.. have a Lugia neo genesis Holo and a few others I'm planning to send in.. hopefully Lugia is a 10 as its MINT XD
Thanks for making this, I just watched your older video on how to grade cards last week. How timely! You probably don’t have it in Australia, but would it be worth grading through GameStop? Have you heard any positives/negatives about it? They are direct with PSA and it seems like a pretty easy process with them.
i get i should put the card in a penny sleeve first ...but which type of protector flip?..the shorter hardflip type protector or those softer more bendy card protector? please help,,cheers
Doing my first submission and my question is on the paperwork to send. I've printed out 4 pages. PSA Copy #1, PSA Copy #2, PSA Item List, and Customer Copy. Do I send the PSA 1, PSA 2 and the PSA Item list? And only keep the Customer Copy for myself?
Did you insure your Giratina Vstar for $200 dollars as well? Having never submitted a card, I’m a little confused on how I’m charged and what option to select. Is based on how much the raw card is or how much it would be if graded at 10? I have a Pikachu EX that I want to get graded. It has a chance of getting a 10 but might be a 9.
Its all fun and games until psa/dna says your umbreon from terrestrial festival has a market value of 501 dollars and so they have to chatge you $75 bucks 😂
Rethink and submit to beckett (if the new owners are still grading). PSA is subjective and 9 times out of 10, you're going to get a quick look over, and grade based upon the graders mood that day.
Feel free to ask your grading questions and join an amazing community on my discord.

Thank you, brother, this is a new business for me and I'm super excited to share my passion with my progeny.
This video was so helpful and so detailed! Great video! ❤
Great video I’ve been considering doing a submission and this helps demystify the process thx!!

That's awesome! It’s always exciting to get back a 10!

Appreciate the support! Best of luck with your grades.
Thanks for another great helpful video Phil. Absolute legend for sharing all your tips.

Tag is only to be used if you want a certain looking slab.
If you plan on reselling... avoid tag
Pokerev just had a clip of you on his new video (evolving skies), I tried connecting the dots. Awesome content and channel!

What a video to kick 2025 off with!
Waiting for my cards to come in, sent them in late October! Anytime soon, will be posting on the disc. HPPY NY!! 🎉🎉

Is it possible to send multiple submissions in the same shipping box. I’m guessing you just put the different submission labels onto your box
I would recommend the Gamestop submission, it was a very friendly process.

Ive always added tabs, no issues
My boy just got a shoutout from pokerev💪
Why the ziplock bag 🤔 you’re the first I’ve seen doing it
Would you recommend one of those center checkers that are around 7.99 from amazon?
Hi Phil, how much was the final cost per card (incl shipping fees and tax from Australia)?
Will find out soon, may change depending if a few cards get a 10, and I receive the upcharge fee

Did you find a response anywhere I’m in the same boat lol 😂
Yes, customer copy kept for yourself
Does anyone know of a discount or new member promo with PSA? ✌

Seems the best hassle free option is GameStop
Aren't PSA inconsistent with their grading, I wanted to submit a few but wasn't too sure😢
I’ve found them to be quite good, no issues whatsoever

Q. Would I only get payed 200 if all 20 where damaged or 200 each card
200 for each card submitted or whatever you have selected each card to be worth
200 for each card
First ❤
