Mega video james, nice work mate really appreciate your efforts!
not a bad little video mate, very nice on the upgrades :)
Love watching your videos mate 🙏🏽
I envy that lift!
Great work mate cheers for the video A+++++++++++++++++++++
Spent a few quid there mate 😎👌
Bet your neighbours love you 😂 glad you've left home son! Great video though...
Just had mine wrote off 😢 should have bought it back just for the engine but i was pissed and lost heart. Engine was all done ready for bigger turbo too .. was looking forward for the summer.. fml 🤷♂️.. love the blue on your rocker cover anyway 😂👍🏻
Aw that sucks to hear, gutted for you!
Hello James,
We have this OPC in our workshop for a Airtec upgrade. We are wondering what pulley do we need. Can you give us some more specs about the pulley you installed? Grts Robin

Отличная работа брат. А с давлением масла проблем не будет?
Wished folk would clean stuff when working on cars haha like ypjr balls deep in the engine bay just give it a quick clean may aswell while it's stripped haha 😄
Hi mate I have a question I fitted everything you did in this video but I have twin spal fans and they would not fit on the front of the radiator as the airtec gobstopper intercooler was too close to the rad. So jnstead I fitted twin fans behind the radiator like you did with the stock fan but my question is will I then need to change the direction of the spin on the fan or change the propellers the other way as the fan will now be under pressure fighting the flow of air hitting the rad.
Quality mate some effort
I'm little bit disappointed with the AC delete in Vauxhall GSI/VXR job. Nothing do if you didn't have. That 1-2Ps is you will never feel. Until GT28 turbo setup is no issue with the install to have it.
By the way I didn't choose this cooling system. Expensive and as I see you spend a lot of time with work.... I hope they will work better than what people think sometimes from it.
On the AC do you need to reconnect? The wire up to the fuses
Where you get just the bottom radiator bushes from?
💪🇷🇺Привет из России! Хорошая работа!⚡️
Hello can you send me the link of oil sandwich and oil radiator. Thanks
Hi James great video again, do you have a link for the RnD aircon delete kit with the belt please?
Here it is mate:

Added a link to the description too in case RUclips removes it from the comment, I know they can be funny about links
@@JamesBalazs thank you bud really appreciate it a lot. My car is going in tomorrow for Eds inlet, hybrid turbo and full service along with rocker cover, a lot of inspiration from you bud, thank you and keep the content flowing 👍🏻🔥
Where you get radiator
9:45 Hello, what is the length of the belt without the air conditioning compressor? 1005мм?
Приветствую, какая длина ремня вышла без компресcора кондиционера?
I see ya kept the standard crank pulley, what belt does it use as I'm running rnd lightened pulley and was going to change back to standard not sure if it's same belt!! Great content an work as always 👍🏻
5PK1005 according to RnD's listing for the product 🙂
Are you doing the gearbox breather kit, if so use the tigworx one, due to it being cheaper and more cost effective, about £100 from there website?
I will at some point, and theirs does look like the best option. Thanks!
@@JamesBalazs aye nw’s, I would say there headed tank as well, incase your going down the road of forging as well, just helps with heat flow abit more
Hey, mate. Would this Cooling System work with the 1.9 Diesel Version as well ? I have the GTC model and I really want to squeeze at least 210 HP.
I think it should. You would probably have to clock the turbo so the outlet points down, if I remember right it faces the opposite way to the VXR turbo. I have a 1.9 diesel Vectra @ 265bhp with a hybrid turbo, FMIC etc.
You don't need an intercooler for 210hp though, an aggressive stage 1 map on a stock car from TP Remapping in the UK or AM (Anthony Moreels) in Europe will do that power easily.
@@JamesBalazs Thank you very much :) Really appreciate the info, bud. Can't wait to tune that :D I was going to buy the VXR version, but my cousin had a semi tuned GTC in a very good condition and I just went for that. Kinda sad, but still I will try my best to modify it as much as I can without it exploding.
Do u have to cut that top panel or is there a way round it
Seems like it, at least if you have the thicker radiator as well as the stage 3 Airtec. I'm currently making a billet slam panel to replace the stock one on my car, which will give plenty of room and look way better but still requires a bit of cutting to fit.
What did u do to bleed the coolant just run it with the cap off?👍
Yep seems to work perfect on these 🙂
@@JamesBalazs nice 1 👍
Got a astra vxr racing with a hole in the side of the engine
Do you have a link to we’re I can get the pulley and belt from as I won’t to do this to mine as my air conditioner is f..ked

With radiator is that?
It's a ProAlloy radiator 🙂

If they’re anything like the corsa vxr I wouldn’t bother owning one .they’re money pits that always need something doing to them ..
Remove the washer bottle and use a universal one because you’ll rub the living shit out of your bumper with the ducting on the intercooler!
