Aleast by making it yourself you can control the amount of sugar by substituting some things (there's sugar free cheesecake recipes) (For me it would be nutella with crushed wafers and chopped hazelnuts for a poor man's ferrero rocher cheesecake 😅

It should have a latch to open and close so you don’t have to lift it. Like one would use for an actual cheesecake. Have you never seen those before? Very handy I assure you.

Have _you_ never seen a springform pan before? And then there’s the fact that at the beginning of the clip, before she puts the last Kit-Kat in place, you can easily see how the base of the pan is being held at the bottom of the ring by tension.

fun cake for kids, they gonna love it. just a bit of suggestions, maybe you could layer the base with melted chocolate 1st, so the cookie crumbs won't crumble when u slide the cake out. or another option, you could mix some of melted chocolate with some of the 'mashed potatoes' (😂 i mean cheesecake) add bit milk to make it a bit creamy but not wet and mix with the cookie crumbs for the base layer to make the cookie crumbs layer solidify better. just my opinion tho😊

store bought kit-kats, base looks like crushed graham crackers with nowhere near enough butter to actually hold together. cheesecake filling is usually full fat soft cheese like marscapone, heavy/double cream and confectioners/icing sugar. only 'tricky' bit is the chocolate ganache - chocolate and cream together in a double boiler/bain marie - 66/33 choc/cream for thick, 50/50 for normal, 33/66 for runny as fuck. Let me know how you get on. ^_^
At least get rid of the wall of kit kats around the outside and you're supposed to mix melted butter with the graham cracker crumbs to make the crust. Just keep practicing, one day you might be a good cook.

You have to set the crust, or it will be too crumbly. Add a little more butter so it can stick better to the pan. Then bake to set it.
