Trident or Girls Rock Band Kakumei as they were called when Junna were still with them is a great band, their new drummer, Nagisa, is amazing as well. Please check out more of their stuff, it's really good!
I can see JUUNA move to a very technical Heavy kinda sound, like speed/thrash or even tech death, she has potential to do blast beats or something fast, so much explosive power.
Their studio work is really good but I saw them live and it was about three steps left of terrible. Out of time, vocals were as bad as they've always been and without Junna they just don't do a very good job
R.A.M.! You really need to check out what TRiDENT has done over the past 2 years! And while you're at it, check out Serina's play alongs and watch her techniques! ONE person DOESN'T make a band! With that said, over the past two years, Junna has backed up a lot of great musicians, and I hope she is successful with a new band! Don't underestimate Nagisa either! She's pretty amazing in her own right!
Junna was friends with Asaka and Serina since their school days and the actual name of the band is Kakumei, apparently, the girls were not happy with the band and name of the band so Junna left last year and was replaced by Nagisa and the name of the band now is Trident. I seriously believe that Junna was just too damn good and too fast for the other girls, normally when this happens the bands eventually turns 180 degrees into the pop culture crap and sinks. I think Junna should do what Miho and Harun did create an awesome power metal band with fast guitarists
Actually the band was called Girl's Rock Band Kakumei (ガールズロックバンド革命) or GRBK. Kakumei means revolution in English. I would also recommend No Regret or Utopia.
Junna did a collaboration with Mayto from Hagane and some others. I have the CD and it's really good stuff. I believe it's an anime called Cute executive officer.
I love Trident, I wish they did more when they were still together. They still do stuff with a new drummer, but I liked Junna. If you guys want to see some more cool Hard Rock Bass solo stuff, you should check out another Japanese group called Band Maid. The bass player "Misa" is probably the best bassist I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of bassists. The best part is that the rest of the band is amazing as well. I'll recommend a song called "Onset (live)". It's an instrumental song without the vocalist that they normally have in other songs, but I promise you it will blow you away. Girls Rock Band Kakumei has 3 years of vids on RUclips. Watched them from beginning to end (5 years ago to 3 years ago as of 2023). Mostly just doing food and games the first 2 years with some music vids in the most recent/last year. They seemed to get along really well (I thought there might be some strife evident which might have led to the breakup-but, no). There is a ‘making of’ video for this song (Voltage)-well, setup at any rate. Oh, and it hit me that watching this vid for the umpteenth time, I just realized that JUNNA’s name is on the bass drum. Not a good look for a band called GRBK or Trident. (Kinda like putting ‘Ringo’ on the Beatles kit, or ‘Lars’ on Metallica.) And, yes, I know she was representing (not the right terminology) Pearl. Lead singer is the guitarist Tommy from Sabaton. And yeah, Sabaton is a Swedish metal band which writes songs about historical events. It isn't always about who's a better player....It's about who entertains....I have seen some great drumming on youtube..some just amazing...it doesnt me they entertained me..Because someone can play fantastically doesnt mean they are entertaining. I played like crap when was in a band...I couldn't play to safe my life..But we sold out everywhere we played because we entertained...we were shit..but entertaining. I watched the drummer of Dragonforce who Junna covered play the track..Yes..great drumming..no question..BUT I wasn't entertained.... I would rather watch Junna play it than the real drummer from the band!...She entertains.

"June-na" TRiDENT are great even with out Junna. Nagisa, their new drummer is a great as well.
Nagisa is definitely a top drummer.
Nagisa fit more naturaly than Junna, its a great drummer too, but I like the crazyness that Junna brings to the songs.

She seems like heavier stuff, and she was getting bigger than the band.
