They did meet in Legends. Anakin confessed to him what happened and the Tusken revealed that he was actually a human. The Tusken later turned to the Dark Side and became Darth Krayt

Yea I- I mean there’s a few problems with this channel. Sure, you can reject the current canon (Though they you’ll eventually run out of content) and stick to the EU but...in neither version was the Empire just gone...not to mention plenty of clips they use are indeed 100% from the Disney canon. So...neither really makes sense. And they showed both versions of clone wars clips...and one of them 100% shows the Tal’ species having a completely different origin so...yea it does conflict.........?
Plenty happened after Jedi. There was a rich expanded universe full of events and characters. Then Disney nuked everything from orbit to clear the way for their woke, agenda-driven garbage.

The Baris Offee time frame/story really makes no sense and is far too muddled. Originaly, she was a major EU character who made it to knighthood and it was assumed that she was killed during order 66. In the Clone Wars tv show (considered canon) she is a young (teenager) Padawan who turned to the darkside.

Ah how I wish Disney didn't flush the Star Wars EU down the toilet in favour of their own ridiculous headcanons. The "Legends" universe is so much more interesting.
On the topic of The Old Republic, they seem to love this "only one of their kind Jedi" trope. Just off the top of my head there's Lord Praven, possibly the only Sith Pureblood Jedi (not including the possibility of the Hero of Tython and Barsen'thor being such, in canon it's ambiguous), Fashk, the only Flesh Raider and Rakatan being that was Force-sensitive as well as a Jedi, and Nadia Grell, again the only known force-sensitive Sarkhai. There's even more if you switch "jedi" to "force-sensitive."
Also, who cares if he mentioned God? We're here for Star Wars, just overlook it. It's not like he was shoving it down everyone's throats, it was just three words out of a nine-minute video.
Totally agree! Disney should've kept at least some of what is now Legends (EU) . I loved the Yuuzhan Vong series cause it was new and interesting, it also gave reason for Thrawn to use the Empire as a way to help his people the Chiss who live in the Unknown Regions.

Disney canon is weak at best. They're trying to crank out crap as fast as they can to cash in on the Star Wars name. The only good products I've seen that have made, that's part of the new canon are the few novals that where already written just before Disney de- canonized the Legends material. And were about to come out just after the de-canonization. I.e. they clearly ment to be part of the Orginal Time Line (Legends) when read (example Tarkin: It's chalked full of Legends references).
Yes Lucasfilm before Disney was trying to make cash off of their product/property (Star Wars). But they actually took time in crafting it, over 30 years. Yes there are some mistakes made along the way. But Disney has tried to crank out 30 yrs worth of sub par crap in 5 yrs that's been an ill guided freed for all at best. With more misses than hits story wise. And Disney treating the fan base like crap if they don't like it.

I once read an issue of Star Wars Tales where they had a semi-humorous story about a Droid named (I kid you not, I swear) Skippy. It gained force power due to it's lubricants being somehow saturated with midichlorians. It trained itself in secret while it worked in the service of Jabba the Hutt, having visions of the events of A New Hope.
Once achieving force mastery, Skippy eventually freed himself, ending up with the Jawas who would visit the Skywalker farm; turns out Skippy was the red Droid in A New Hope!
It sensed Luke's power and destiny, and wanted to join him, but the Droid had a vision saying that to do so would end very badly and ultimately spell doom for the galaxy...thus, it used the Force to destroy it's own motivator and prompt C3P0 to advocate buying R2D2 before it finally shut down completely, essentially dying but becoming a Force ghost.
This story, while far-fetched, takes itself just seriously enough to skirt "could-be-canon" territory. In any case, it WAS in an official Star Wars comic, so I felt Skippy should be counted among the "unique" race Jedi. :)

Tar Vizsla was the first Mando jedi, but its not been mentioned whether he was also the last. in legends canon, he certainly wasn't the only Mando force user, there were the Mandalorian Knights, but they weren't Jedi.

I don't think you can be Mando and Jedi at the same time. Once again: "Mandalorian " is an idea, not a species . Just like Jedi. And those two ideas contradict each other strongly (Family being a focal point of Mandalorian culture whole Jedi feared bonds/relationships, Emotions as driving force behind Mandalorians while Jedi fear emotion, just to name a few).
So in my honest opinion the concept of a "Mandalorian Jedi" is total bullshit. Why not a Sith Jedi? Would be just as idiotic.
There are Mandalorian Force users and Jedi, who swapped their cloaks for armour, however. Bardan Jusik is one example for the latter, while the Mandalorian Knights are one for the first.

Vergere whose species is never specified but her species is so rare that almost everyone who encountered her that she was from the Yuuhzan Vong galaxy (first mentioned in Rogue Planet and then in the New Jedi Order series), And Dorsk 81 who is a clone from a species of clones and he was the only one found to be force sensitive. He is in the Jedi Academy books and not sure about any others but I can't remember his species.

I don't think there are any species barred to the order, seeing as they usually seek to prevent and discovered force-sensitives from turning to the dark side. Sith purebloods are no exception if you want to include The Old Republic canon (which was brought up in this video, mostly via Shae Visla). In the Knight storyline, you convince a Sith pureblood called Lord Praven to join the Jedi, and they welcome him. Similarly, there's nothing stopping you from making a Knight or Consular of the Sith species.
They also welcomed a Flesh Raider named Fashk despite the fact that his species was constantly attacking the Jedi Academy on Tython, who could be on this list as well if there was more known about him.

The Jedi accept all species within their ranks, including Sith, you can even make Praven a Jedi in SWTOR making him, as far as I know anyway, the only Sith Jedi.

how is stuff after ROTJ non canon but everything else in legends is? it doesnt work like that. you either accept the whole legends as the true canon(which i do) or none of it. plus the Yuuzhan Vong and Darth Krayt sound awesome. and Luke being the most powerful Jedi ever is awesome as well. much better than the pathetic Luke they showed in the new movie.

Star Wars isn’t some set of rules or a set storyline. Parts of it contradict, overlap, tie in together , and muddy up. Any fan can decide what parts they want to keep and what they don’t. It’s ridiculous to tell someone that they can’t.

@@0816M3RC I think that they are referring to Lucas’ stated canon, which is Eps 1-6. Everything else is secondary canon or alternate universe or at least has some questionable elements. Which is the way that I also look at it. That way, everyone is happy or at least less confrontational.
Personally, I much prefer the old EU even though it had a tiered canon system. But thats just me. Others only see the movies as canon and that’s it or Legends and the first 6 movies are canon or that only the new stuff under Disney’s ownership and the previous movies are canon (which is currently the official line) or canon is only the original trilogy with the being greed and/or fanfic. It gets old.
