Nice video. I appreciate that you’re working on accessories but there are some actual design flaws that should be addressed with the 450. The first day I had mine I hit a pothole. I was a little distracted because it felt a bit different than my other bikes. The pedestrian slicer actually hit the headlight, scratching the paint on the top of the number plate and putting a small dent in the back of the headlight where it struck the instrument cluster. That should never happen!
The sidestand props the bike nearly vertical, meaning even the normal crown of the road is too much for it. As I was looking at how it could be modified I gave a little shove on the handlebar and the sidestand mount actually bent! Now it rests at a stable angle but I shouldn’t have been able to do that! I know there’s a warning about sitting on the bike with the stand deployed but that’s not like any other bike on the planet. It needs to be stronger and at the proper angle. And finally, the exhaust looks great but sounds awful. For 100 years H-D has made a separate head pipe and muffler. Know what that allows us owners to do? Change the mufflers! I won’t address the broken muffler mounts because mine haven’t broken yet but after seeing pictures of broken ones it’s obvious that a tiny triangle gusset would cure that. I rode mine almost 200 miles today. I love it but you really need to fix its design flaws if you want people to take these seriously.
