    If you're up 10 points in the 4th quarter, with the number 1 passing defense on the field and the opposing QB facing a 3rd and 18, you should not be losing this game.

    Not fair to compare Belichick to Lombardi? I'd argue Belichick is better than Lombardi. It's a salary capped league. Every team has a chance and yet the pats win over and over and over. Pats are the kings and no team will ever have this type of sustained success ever again.

Meaning he was down...I’m ok with giving it to the jags cuz it was a great effort from the amazing LB/RB MJACK but if that play was the other way where the pats are the ones on defense and they ended up getting the ball after review, jags fans would be freaking out saying it wasn’t a fumble. Let’s be realistic about the Garoppolo thing. Garoppolo is a franchise quality QB and the Pats knew it. But Brady is playing as well as ever and has always had a greater focus on longevity than anyone else I’ve heard of. So, it is hard to say when he will really decline. I think the plus/minus on number of years that Brady will be the better QB than Garoppolo is about 3 years. The Garoppolo trade came down to cap space, trade value, and the value of a backup QB. THERE WAS NO POWER STRUGGLE. Let’s not forget Lynch offered to trade for Brady and said BB flat out turned him down - that’s straight from the horse’s mouth, unlike the ESPN story.

    • @fletcher373
      @fletcher373 6 лет назад

      Thomas McDermott Belichick wanted Jimmy for the future. That makes him a good GM, business over emotion. Brady was jealous and threatened and thinks he can play until 45. I like Tom but I’m not going to act like his ego isn’t huge. Im a long time Pats fan and I know there was a power struggle, every thing in that report made perfect sense.

    Patriots punting kept Jags with poor field position all game.
    Jags punting did the opposite.
    Jags took a knee with 55 seconds to go. Try and score points. Patriots did. 1:07 to score near the end at halftime.
    Jags got called for penalties that were penalties. Cooks being shoved out of bounds was a penalty.
    Patriots have players who know how to win games both defensively and offensively. The haters
    don't mention Gronk being forced out of game. Why? Because you know the Patriots find a way, don't complain
    and win. If Patriots took did a helmet to helmet on a Jag YOU all would be crying about it.
    As Deion Sanders says "the haters lack football intelligence."

    So we all gonna sit here and act like the Patriots didn't only have 1 flag all game for like 5 yards on the kick off, so no flags at all on offense or defense but yet Jags had about 100 yards worth, the pass interference that gave the Patriots life before the half was bogus, Myles Jack fumble recovery that was blown dead when he could've clearly scored was bs, that would've changed the whole game around, and the offensive hold on Telvin Smith on 3rd & 8 that ended the game that was never called....only in New England 😴

  • @BubblesMcNair

    All these patriot hating people salty they won 🙄, it was the Jags fault they lost. The Jags offense is one dimensional, and the Jags defense (despite some amazing plays, I'm looking at you Myles Jack) looked average against Brady. Bortles played amazing, no doubt, but ran out of ideas in the 4th quarter, and the patriots defense realized that

    • @ItsBriiiiii

    • @Tatertots1121
      @Tatertots1121 6 лет назад +1

      Mike Young i think pass interference is killing the league. It is such a killer penalty often costing 30+ yards. What is called as pass interference changes game to game, week to week, and its often just botched like in this game

    • @Tatertots1121
      @Tatertots1121 6 лет назад +4

      Clemmy Magee the pass interference at the end of the half was not a "legit" call. The delay of game, of course was the jags fault. And the helmet to helmet, its a tough call because yes gronk was hit in the head, and ultimately taken out of the game, but it was not intentional, it seemed as though the deffender was going for the body and the head was incidental, but never the less it could go either way so i understand the call. But calling Bouye on pass interference its ridiculous almost. There was contact on both sides down the field, (theres this much contact on nearly every route run in the NFL) niether interfered anymore than eachother there should be no flag

    Not a single comment on the ref celebrating with new England or the fake holding call on Bouye to set up a td or blowing Jacks fumble recovery dead for no good reason. The most painfully rigged game since the vikings game last week, but at least that one was just one play, not the whole game. The jags were clearly the better team but no matter how hard you try you can't beat the refs.

    • @goldxphoenix98
      @goldxphoenix98 6 лет назад +24

      Hot Karl clearly the better team yet they lost? Thats not how sports work. And that fumble could’ve been whisteled dead because one ref thought it was down by contact and the other thought it a fumble. It happens. The jags just didn’t come through in the end so stop being a little baby and crying rigged. Your team didn’t play well in the second half because the pats defense figured out the offense and stopped the run. Its simple. Don’t cry like a little baby when your team couldn’t pull through

      Lawangeen Khan you guys got Jimmy G so you'll have a great future. Pretty much every team sport now us predictable. We know in NBA finals will be Warriors vs Cavs. Hockey has 4 good teams, so does MLB. That's how it works sometimes. There will be some outlier but certain teams will dominate. It'd always been like that. I'm a new England fan but there were times before Brady that we were trash. Right now is our time. It will pass eventually. But until we have Brady and belichick we should try to win as much as we can.

      GamingLancer if the games was officiating accordingly, 20 points was all the jags needed. I'm no fan of neither but dude, 1 penalty for 10 yards is inexcusable when the film clearly show otherwise. The pats held on both sides too but I'l jst say the refs missed it which happens all the time for all teams. Any fan outside of NE and Jacksonville want the game called evenly, that's it.

    • @sissyfist
      @sissyfist 6 лет назад +1

      B Miles yes that 3rd-18 completion, and that game winning TD to Amendola, yeah those were just Brady chucking it up there. Also Cooks dropped an easy TD pass this game, jags are lucky they didn't lose by more. Oh and how about don't commit PI if you don't want it called. All great qbs know how to put the ball where the d has to either risk a PI call or let the receiver catch a deep ball, Brady is a master of that.
