What a blessing! I was starting to feel a little worried lol and since i am a truck driver I spend from 8-14 hrs a day on the road all i do is listening to preachings,teachings, audio bible and worship. I thought i was "over doing it" i just find so much delight in the Lord. Some times it seems like is not enough what i do.

I do that often, including bedtime. I still have bad dreams and don't notice any improvements. But I will still do it, by faith because I am constantly tired and feel so guilty for not getting things done.

I believe that spending time with GOD in worship can rejuvenate a soul for energy. Spiritual burnout is a result of not spending time with GOD in his presence :D
I so needed to hear that Bless You I'm a Sabbath Christian Church of God 7th Day I do not participate in pagan holidays I read my Bible at night now I know I need to do than when I'm. not so tired we are a small Church in Chattanooga TN but we know where 2or3 gather the Lord is there also I will look for the word on audio thank you and God Bless
We all have sinned and fell short of the glory to God. The problem is, that God is holy and doesn’t live with sin. So we all deserve to go to hell, but Jesus paid the price so you don’t have to. All you have to do is confess Jesus as your savior and repent (turn from all sin) and you’ll be forgiven and on the way to heaven.

Don't do anything that would diminish your capacity to relish in the riches of the Bible. Outside of direct sin, I am having trouble thinking of anything that could do that. For the sake of my comment, I'm including enjoying things that aren't exactly sinful to excess.
outside of direct sin somethings that could diminish our capacity to relish the riches of the Bible are watching and hearing ungodly speech. I don't think its a sin to watch shows with profane speech, but it most definitely isn't good for you.
He should watch Chris LaSala's videos on this subject. He needs to know spiritual warfare. Yes...We do get tired and I like to watch "the waltons" but will I waste my time watching football all day? Noooo. Learn Satan's devices.
