    Rashmi, I am yet to see this interview but I have to tell you that you are doing incredible work! They are really inspiring to lots of us in various ways.     We need Adigas in the USA. East and West Coast of USA has large population from India. People from all parts of India love South Indian food and especially top quality food served at Paakashala. Americans and people from all parts of the world will also love quality Indian food. Please open your company owned “Paakashaalas” in the USA.

    This is the first podcast by Rapid Rashmi that I watched. Very informative interaction, highly experienced industry expert, well spoken & very candid to speak in relevance to questions.     Hi Rashmi! I was unconsciously compare ur show with beer biceps and was little disappointed. But I really liked this episode with Vasudev Adoga sir. The kind of questions u threw, the R & D u have done to this episode can be well seen. Keep it up and going🎉

    Rashmi, you got the right person, Mr. Adiga. More power to him and his ilk for nurturing the Udupi cuisine. Udupi cuisine is THE ULTIMATE. Our apratima Kannada cuisine, mainly represented by Udupi cuisine, is the best. It is mellow with a perfect balance of tastes. Some other south Indian cuisines' masalas are too strong / "ugra"! . Also our sweets are amazing. Hope Karnataka nurtures its Kannada cuisine and takes care to see that it does not get drowned in a flood of other outside culinary fare. That needs extra care and support for Kannada cuisine. There is a lot of noise about other culinary styles. Kannadigas , as always have been a quiet bunch in this regard. High time the Kannadigas take pride their own cuisine and promote it.
