- As you might have guessed from watching, this is an emotional one for me. This is a dedication to my childhood best friend. Cherish those close to you. Life is too short!
“Old Friends” was arranged by Kirk Young and originally sung by the 2013 International Champions, Masterpiece. I had to play with some subharmonics to make that bass ending happen! 🙏

I'm baffled by the fact that you don't have millions of subscribers at this point. In my opinion your singing is beyond that of every other vocalist I've heard before, in every way I could compare.

When I saw this video pop up I was scared to witness absolute madness because there is no way a tenor could reach a Bb1 in chest voice. Luckily I kept my sanity due to you singing it with the subharmonic register. Still magical sound! Astounding Performance Tim!

For one, I really appreciate the idea behind this tag, as erven though I'm younger I still try to cherish the close friends I have. For two, wow, I did not expect just how much more a subharmonic could fill out a chord! That last chord is absolutely beautiful! I really hope you can incorporate subharmonics into future bass-heavy tags/full pieces!

Tim, that’s some really, really fine singing (and an equally fine arrangement). Would you ever consider recording submitted arrangements? My grandfather’s quartet was Mid-Atlantic champion in 1951 and I have all his arrangements from that era - but have never heard them sung!

Hey Tim, it’s Jeff Barry from Lebanon PA either you hit a real load note or that was an undertone I could hear the overtone or just something on that bass note sounded funny Did you sing the low octave? I wish I had my pitch pipe to tell what dude it was. I’m thinking a D that was awesome. Wow if that was an overtone and an undertone even better yet.
