Hi! Thanks for your helpful and cheerful content. I ‘m struggling with latching (short nipples and tongue tied son). I have been wearing the nipple shield all the way from the hospital (my son is 25 days old). My milk supply is super low (only 2 oz/session). Is it possible that latching while wearing nipple shield brings less milk than not wearing? I’m taking it off but it is so painful😢
The video says “how to” and all you have said to that end is “ achieve a deep latch. Annoying because I kept watching for you to actually give a few techniques.
Thank you for this video. My son is almost 5 weeks old and we still struggle with latching on my flat nipples. Is it possible he’ll be able to latch better when he’s a few months older? I feel guilty using a bottle sometimes. I want the BF Bonding time
It is possible. Keep trying and don't give up hope. It took my daughter 4 months to get it. In the mean time, keep trying and try to get in lots of skin to skin time to get that bonding time.
