In dermatology only way out is private practice as it's really not required in hospitals and in medical College openings are limited for dermatology but if one is good can earn good in private practice In pediatrics you will easily get job in private hospitals Can do private practice any were in tier 1 2 or 3 city In dermatology too you can practice anywhere but for costmetic procedure you need clinic in good place in tier 1 or 2 City and huge cost of set up At the end of the day you should choose what you like

At last when it's too late everyone comes up with last 30 day 15 day strategies when neet aspirants cannot afford to change their approach or do something new.. 2021 had a new pattern and 2022 neet pg will be the last neet.. so there's high chance paper can be in two extremes.. after that it's going to be NeXT.. it's high time u guys talk about neetpg 2022.
Hey, just came through your comment here and I get your frustration. I jumped from 50k+ rank last time to 2500 this NEET. Honestly, one thing that is the most important is questions. Read your theory, you’ll always feel ki kuch yaad nahi hai and that is normal. Keep on revising, do fast reading, you can only remember a part of it. Do GTs. Any platform and as many as you can. Even if your marks don’t improve for some time or they come less, give them nicely. Review them the same day. Make notes of easily forgettables or important points, it will help you immensely before paper. Believe me this is the only thing. You’ll feel you cannot do it but you can. Everyone goes through the same dilemma. It’s about trying your best. Just don’t leave your studies in middle thinking mujhse nahi ho payega kyunki believe me after you’re done, you’ll be so proud of yourself.

Just be consistent with your studies and give GTs and review them nicely, the paper always comes out of the basics and common topics which are frequently there in mock tests. You will never remember each and every word of theory, nobody can. But you will remember ki haan maine aisa ye question kia hai and I can get to the answer Sorry for the long long messages, I get your frustration having been through that for 2 years but believe me everything is doable.
