Ikr???!! I don’t understand why she didn’t just follow through with the purple at her roots... like... the blue to green was surprisingly vibrant, the purple color on top was decent... but the platinum stripe just ruined the whole thing and drew so much attention to her roots... not a good look...

I was thinking the same thing.. Blue and orange neutralize each other so they make brown.... ? He called that one wrong.
I'm spitballing a guess here, but I think it has to do with how the hair lightens. The general way it does is from black, brown, red, orange, yellow, blonde, platinum. If hair is orange, enough of the red has been lifted out for it to appear as such. Maybe there isn't enough red to make the colors neutralize, and there's enough yellow to make blue dye turn green?

Hey Brad, I know you already did a how to video on dying hair, but can you do one specifically for curly/coily hair? I'm thinking about dying my hair soon and I feel like I trust your channel the most for hair how-to's 😅
In case if he doesn't. Don't wash your hair the day b4 dying it. I part my hair into sections and twist those sections up so that it can be a little stretched and easier to deal with when time to get started. If you're bleaching first, when starting on the first section, part the hair and apply the bleach dye to the hair on each part, (not on the roots until after you've applied to the rest of the hair) Place bag or plastic shower cap on hair, while waiting between 20-40 mins, check on your hair from time to time to see how your hair is looking, if you're content with how it looks between the 20-40 mins time-frame then, rinse the dye out your hair thoroughly. Then, section your hair again in 4 sections or however many you had the 1st time and apply the bleach dye to the roots on each part in that section of hair, ect. Place the shower cap/bag on the hair and wait 20-40 mins again and check on your roots from time to time. Then after, rinse the dye out and use a toner if you're gonna go that route (follow the directions regarding that, I don't use a toner cuz I like how the bleach look, looks) then rinse out the toner. Wash your hair with regular shampoo and a deep conditioner OR if you can do a protein treatment definitely do that right after rinsing out the bleach/toner.
