I love that it is a self serve restaurant that also help the local farming community to promote their harvest! The kitchen space looks super comfortable to work in with designated areas for each process and wide walkways that helps to avoid collisions from happening during busy periods.

セルフっていいですよね！自分の好きな物を選べるから。普通のセルフは自分でうどん湯がいて自分で出汁汁入れて......だけど、むぎわらさんのセルフはその行程を店員さんがやってくれる。ほんとむぎわらさんのセルフはお客さんにはほんと嬉しい心の行き届いた有難いセルフ店ですね！こうゆうお店大好きです。😀🙆
そもそも、飲食店においては「出来上がった料理を受け取り口で受け取って自分の席まで自ら持っていく」のをセルフ(サービス)て言うのでは…？

I love the size of their kitchen, you can actually see the floor, staff can move around freely and there's a rear area space not visible to the public where they can store their stock, so everything looks tidy and ordered at the front.
