The Lord developed his prophets one on one . The gift is different from being called
A couple of years ago I asked the Lord to give me a word of knowledge about a childhood friend that I was on my way to meet up with that I had not seen or talked to in over 50 years. I prayed in tongues for a couple minutes and I had the thought, "left hip pain down into the leg." It was accurate and when I prayed for my friend she was instantly healed. I'm also a feeler and a knower.
I just purchased her book and i have to say, it has helped me IMMENSELY. She has a way of demystifying these topics by breaking down some of the common Jargon you hear in pentecostal/charismatic circles. She gives what in my opinion are clear practical steps to get you started hearing from God.

I have heard his voice in all those ways. I even heard his voice with my ears or auditory nerve in my head. I was alone. I heard his voice over my own. God chose the way he knew I would hear him at the time. As I get used to hearing him it becomes usually a knowing in my mind and heart. God gave me repeated dreams when I was not listening. He got me to see it in a hurry. When I was desperate for his help he spoke to me to calm me and edify me and lift me up in joy in a different way than I had experienced. God is good and to hear him we need to keep our hearts pure and without unforgiveness and the less time we spend in things of the world the less we will be distracted from his voice. She clarified this so well for me. I've felt like I couldn't hear God because I didn't hear him like my friends do. This made me more aware that I am hearing when I know something even when there's no emotion tied to it.
I had a vision,dream & light appear to me when i was in my 30's. God has spoken to my heart twice. I hear him through songs,scriptures & things. I can feel God's presence.❤
Thank you for this. My primary is for sure a feeler. The Lord made me extremely emotional in my walk with him but as I’ve grown, I’ve seen the others manifest as well to God be the glory great things he is doing.
I love this teaching! I'm a feeler, I thought I cant hear God because I expected literal words. Also I never had visions. I had a couple dreams though. Nonetheless, I realized I hear God's voice all the time! Its so natural to me that I thought its nothing. Praise God for this message! 🙌🕊️✝️❤️
Sooooo cool to learn this … I have wondered for so long, why can’t I hear God - I don’t have dream or visions, I don’t feel or sense the Holy Spirit like others do and I have only heard His voice twice (but what a gift from God those two occasions were!). It seemed like I was left behind and missing out. Now I discover it is because I am a knower! That being a knower is a profectic gift! I have NEVER heard this before. I experienced that in Israel also. lol. I wept so much at the place they said he gave the sermon on the mount. I took a walk through the trees and felt Him so strongly all I could do was weep. This is confirmation. Thank you
Wow, I've been a Christian for 40 yrs and never heard it put into perspective like this. Helped me a lot because I would at times start to grieve in my spirit and feel for people and now I know I'm a feeler! I always wondered why I never heard or saw in the spirit but always felt. I have experienced all, but feeling is the most natural one for me. I think feelers can also be burden bearers.
Yes, I'm a hearer, but lately God has been allowing me to feel. It's intense! You absorb the emotions and feelings in the room. It can take real discipline to disconnect and set apart your feeling, and environment, and sometimes even demonic presences. ❤❤❤

In dreams and visions. In group settings I sometimes hear, or when I'm specifically asking over and over to hear. Often I find that a further pursuit of clarity is needed.

Her refreshing openness, honesty ("I lied for a whole week..."), and clear understandable english, make her so relatable as we all struggle in some way or another. She really nailed the issue of hearing God! Being an inner voice "knower", I am very encouraged to learn that it's okay to struggle with, "was that really God, or was it me listening to my own desire or the devil trying to lead me onto a path that seems right?" In other words: Doubts about that inner voice. I love what you said about your own experience of just walking by faith and trusting that He will direct your steps. I remember the Lord, when wanting so desperately not mess up my walk with Him, simply asking me: "What is your heart like?" "You know my heart, Lord. I am fully yours. I want to glorify you in all that I do." His answer: "You're doing just fine; just fine!"
I really was impressed by this presentation. As I listened, I began to ask myself what kind of prophetic personality type am I. As I reflected back on my spiritual journey, I realized that I am
primarily a Hearer. I distinctly remember hearing words. Oddly I have also had experiences as a Seer, Knower and a Feeler. As a Knower, I instinctively understand something even though I have never learned about it. As a Feeler I have had times of intense sadness not knowing why, only to find out later that a girl friend of mine had been killed in an accident at the exact time I had this experience of sadness. What Havilah shared was extraordinary in that I realize that we share all these different personality attributes in different levels.

Listening from Las Cruces, New Mexico❤️ I was in tears at the end of the broadcast, knowing I’m a hearer. My constant outloud prayer is to hear God’s voice and be obedient to do His Will. Step-by-step, play-by-play is how I hear, making lists, writing words and phrases down and looking them up. I am an INFJ-A (assertive), from the Myers-Briggs personality test. I want to read this book outloud and share with my God-Brother so we can better understand the bigger picture, strengths and weaknesses and be able to move forward. Out of the types she talks about I am a "Knower" & "Feeler" combination, with a calling of an intercessor for over 20 years. I absolutely know things & can feel shocked that other don't know, who I believe definitely should know. Also, when I feel things after walking in a room of people, it's a little awkward because it's usually related to my calling & it requires changes that people need to make to get on board with God or grow in God or resolve some issue.
This is what I need, looking forward to reading her book and growing in hearing God! I want more I want what God has for me! Amen

What a WONDERFUL Gift this young lady is to Prophetic people, few have any idea what the folks that God interacts with go through having to live among so many UNBELIVERS , not non-Christians but limited ability believers that can't grasp Father communicates with some in ways they refuse to even consider. Yes there are flaky want to bee's out there but a great many of them are just immature and unschooled in their giftings.
Keep doing what you are doing because hundreds need your insights.
The first time I heard God's voice I didn't realize it was Him until years later. Now when I hear His voice giving me a poem or my pastor calls it a Psalm I recognize Him!
I needed this knowledge, been asking God to help understand the gifts, she really explained it good. Got to get this book.
I'd say I'm knower and feeler. There are times where I speak using wisdom that's not my own. This most often happens as I'm reading the bible or in a small group setting. The feeler happens more often during times of worship or prayer. I'm an intercessor, so many times these two work together. And sometimes hearer as God speaks to me through others or as I'm watching/listening to a sermon. I'm not much of a seer as I don't have visions or dreams, but sometimes I get pictures.

I enjoyed this interview very much. I’m a seer and feeler since I was a baby. I didn’t like how my dreams would come to pass, I didn’t know about the prophetic at the time. I lost my hearing at age 3, I use one hearing aid, and Jesus would talk to me on the side I wear my hearing aid. Otherwise, seeing and feeling are very potent for me. When there is an unclean spirit, the nauseam headaches and dizziness are not fun. I’m thankful for the clarity when Havilah said that feelers can pick up others’ emotions. It’s eye opening for me, now I know that what I feel isn’t craziness..thank you Jesus. I am still praying and expecting for my hearing to be fully restored in both ears because my Abba Father made me hearing in His original design of me.
At the beginning of this; I was thinking about, even the leader of this country. You can't be led by, if you can't hear by. The the end of this message ended with hearing. It all begins with what spirit, but this began with the right SPIRIT. This whole message was helpful in every way. Thanks for sharing.

I’m only part way into this now, but this is already such a testimony to the fact that prophetic people need lots of help! It has been said that this is part of the Prophet’s role in the Church as equippers. How I long to see this really raised up. It would spare many from much pain. “When we live in the middle we live tortured.” I could go on and on about painful misunderstandings with this very topic which was not the Father’s heart for us.
This was exactly what I needed to hear. Life changing for me. I wasn't planning to listen but God put it on my bluetooth while I was driving. Praise God and thank you for this interview.😊
I feel like I’m definitely a seer! I have very vivid dreams and day visions of ministries that I feel I need to be a part of or possibly start up. Praying for Gods will in my life every day! 🙏🏻💯❤️

This was an excellent explanation of the different ways we might hear God! Thank you so much!! I believe my 2 strongest ways that I tend to hear God communicate to me are dreams, visions, and I feel deep and strong emotion in different situations. For a long time I wondered if I heard God and not long ago, I realized He does speak in more than just an audible voice. This video elaborates so well on that!

Wow! This is a awesome program! I dont hear audible voice from the Lord. I dont see in the spiritual realm either. God's word talks to me when I read it. Im am a feeler, i can feel good pr bad or weird atmospheres wherever I go😊
A Knower. I "know" this is right, I just know it! I've often wondered why I don't have visions or prophetic dreams, I've prayed for them numerous times. I wondered why God wasn't answering my prayer on this. I suspect I won't pray for this area again. It's not in my spiritual makeup. I go to an Assembly of God church. I've never felt called to give a Word or prophecy. There is comfort in "knowing" my place!
So profound! I totally understand who I am, I’m an intercessor and operate in all the above, but today I recognize I operate stronger in one area during different seasons of my life. Such clarity was brought forth today thank you for this incredible broadcast ❤️

Alan, saw you on Larry Ragland's Big Picture so started looking for you and saw this interview. This is absolutely something I needed to hear. I feel so like Avilah, it was as if she was stating how I've always felt. I've always wanted to hear God, but never have (so I thought). I've always known that he is working in my life because I'm led to my answers (God Sightings) so I've known of his guidance in my life. I've ordered the book and can't wait to understand it better. Loved it, I'd never heard of hearing from God explained quite in this fashion. To be honest, it's never been brokendown where I could understand and relate to it. I am mostly a feeler. I occasionally dream, I often get impressions of images, and frequently have knowings. However, it's difficult to have clarity for God's will for me. My emotions often conflict with knowing and feeling. I have much more confidence giving words for others than for myself.

It just occurred to me I am a feeler, because everything about our Lord Jesus Christ makes me cry, that’s why I hesitate to speak in church because I start to cry just like that over everything to do with Gods word. I always thought it a drawback, but now I accept it as my gift from God. Thank you for this discovery.

Oh my. I been desperately trying to hear Gods voice. Last night around 4am after a long 50 hour work week. After prayer n Bible reading I turned on my Xbox to play a basketball game b4 sleep. It did something it never done b4. It disconnected making the light on my controller flash. I noticed the time 4:10am. Did it again at 4:16 and few others. So I checked the string’s concordance and it said 4:10 means God of bethel. Idk what that means but I just heard this woman say she attends bethel church!!!! I’m very excited to hear the ready of this interview. So I’m praying now the rest of this interview she tells us how to hear his voice. I complicate things. I think things through 2 much. Thank u Jesus. U have been with me 40 yrs. I just remembered 2days ago yet another time u saved my life. I’m proof Jesus is real. God bless. Thank u encounter for this interview!!❤

Please thank your guest for me for being so real and transparent with her experiences. I think I'm a knower, although G-d has spoken to me using other methods too. Sometimes I receive a feeling, mostly for warnings. A few times I felt a spirit not of G-d. A few times He gave me a dream, again, warnings. A few times He gave me a vision, one was to give me strength to carry me through some difficult times and another was to reveal what would happen if He answered my prayer and to ask me if I still wanted Him to answer my prayer? Again, a warning that the results may not be what I wanted (truly, be careful what you pray for!). Many times it's an instant revelation given to me to share with someone for that moment. But, most of the time G-d is silent and He doesn't speak to me at all unless there is a warning or a message to give. Although, sometimes, He reveals hidden meanings to me when I'm studying His word just to awh me, or wow me at how marvelous and wonderous HE IS. What a loving, yet fearful G-d we have!
Watching from Greenbrier TN, with my wife. I can see three of these in me, I looked at my wife and she agreed with me!❤ Actually watching this a second and third and maybe a fourth, my wife says I'm definitely a knower and and the other three as a side line.
I wonder in which category prophetic art will fall. Its more silent and do. Its not only see or hear …loved the teaching.
I have visions where I am actually there when it's taking place & I feel the emotions of the majority of people there. I also feel the emotions from God as well. This will break you down if you do not know how to deal with it properly. I'm 48 & I've been working on this for 25 years. I've been this way since I can remember. I'm still learning everyday. This will also cause you to be rejected by the church. Lots of alone time.
I seem to hear for others in all 4,but have many destinations where He is bringing me,or even sees me at now through dreams and visions
Wow, so I am a hearer and it was so funny because the last year I have been through a sense of all of them except the seerer, yet my son has dreams and I can tell God is speaking to me through them and can interpret them. Then you went on and said a hearer gives alot of info I laughed cause I was like my husband has been saying this for years. Lately God has been showing me ways through feeling. That's really hard because you do absorb the enviroment around you-it can stress you out, but I believe you nature it you can master it with God.
I too Had comprehension issues in school, but what I saw as a weakest God showed as a strength-it helps unlock the prophetic end times events, like a puzzle. I tend to scan a page and can pull words together like a puzzle to work faster to understand God's plans. I think it's important to understand who we are and the way we hear God. I can hear him through ppl, the word, dreams, and my thoughts. It's amazing but spirtual guidance is important to listen to the Holy Spirit working in us.

Oh my, I'm a feeler You have helped me so much, I thought I was weird because I cry so much.
I am a seer, and have experienced all of them. God led me to a book in a Christian book store several years ago and it was on a seer. I had never heard of a seer at that time. Some even said I was a witch because I knew what was going to happen at a Florida tent revival. After reading out of the book the pastor said oh my gosh that is exactly what your gift is .
I’m a Seer. I never understood the gifting for years. PTL for ministries that teach about it these days.

Thank you so much for doing this. It's a know that you know. You just know and you think everyone else knows too but I'm learning that a lot of times others don't. I've described it exactly how you did. It's a knowing that you know that you know. It's an instant download and you know and see the whole thing then you have to put it all in words so others will understand. I don't cry a lot but I truly do care. I just know that some things are just the way God needs them to be. I think I’m a feeler
I am definitely a dream type as a primary but I also have these strong thoughts that result just come out of nowhere but they are prophetic. I did not want to jump to conclusions but it seems that I have a gift that I must use in Jesus name. I had visions and dreams for months now but no one locally to teach me or to talk about these things apart from God. Listening to this today is such a blessing for me and I will not hide what I am any longer in Jesus mighty name my church needs prophetic words.

I hear the voice of God every time I read the Bible. The power is in the Word. John 1:1.
I have experienced Him all four ways, but when she said “how did you first experience Him”, I remember feeling Him powerfully when I first got saved. So I guess I am primarily a feeler.
I am not a feeler so this gave me peace because it’s okay if I don’t feel the presence all the time. More of a hearer, seer and knower I guess i would say primarily hearer.

I can't say I've heard God audio voice and because of that I sometimes feel like He's not speaking to me. But know I have a little bit more knowledge in the other areas you have mentioned today.
