There are many of us who have family not saved. Believe by faith that they will be. Leave it to the Holy Spirit to open their eyes, ears, hearts. Keep praying keep believing. And most of all keep loving them! Every opportunity drop God into the convo. I gave my brother a book for his birthday about those left behind and the missing. He left it on my table. A month later he’s in hospital. Close call with death. He’s ok, healing slowly. I prayed sent him a txt how to accept Jesus into his life. He came visited and said, maybe shouldn’t have left that book behind huh. I know he’s thinking deeply. He’s still shaken by his near death encounter. God is in the picture working on my brother. He has the prayer. I still pray for him.

Your sins from your unsaved state was forgiven for you to be saved. Saying all sins forgiven future is not biblical. I am saved since 1983 from my sins when I was unsaved. But the sins that I do now must be confess see 1 John 1:7-9 and 1 John 2:1 that chapter is only for the Christian family not the unsaved. 😅

Jesus said the resurrection be m is ‘ON THE LAST DAY’ over and over and over in John 6. That is the last day of the age of grace. The last day of life without Christ. The last day of the church age. The last day of the New Covenant. The next day starts the millennial kingdom. If the resurrection is ON THE LAST DAY obviously then this means that the rapture is on the last day since the RAPTURE IS AFTER THE RESURRECTION. The rapture is ‘ON THE LAST DAY’. 3. The resurrection / rapture is in Rev 20:4. Here we find ‘the last day’. John says he saw the dead come to life. This is the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture is right after it. Most people don't even know we are in the 6th trumpet.....The bible actually says people will be eating and drinking and marrying up until, and to be watchful. I was newly born again in 1978, my wonderful pastor was teaching about the three levels on Noah’s ark. The level of Holy Spirit, the Father and the Son. It struck me a few years ago, that Noah and his family were lifted up above the destruction of the flood and safely brought to a new life. 🕊️

The “rapture” is false. Only 200 years old. Never taught by early church fathers. Those who are “taken” are those who die. Consider the flood and Sodom and Gomorrah - those “left” Were saved, those “taken”were killed. Consider the 10 plagues. The Israelites were present throughout all 10 plagues. God’s people who crossed Red Sea, were “left. The Egyptians who pursued God’s people were “taken.” Finally, the “day of the Lord comes like a thief in the night,” IS the only day, 1 day and is the 2nd coming. Why else would scripture say, “WHEN you are imprisoned, think not what to say for the Holy Spirit will give you what to say. Or, in Revelations, those who “endure” will receive a reward, it means we will all have our faith tested. Or, how can you be given a choice to either receive the mark of the beast or not IF you are no longer on earth? What about the 10 virgins, 5 foolish, 5 wise? This is ALL about the “day of the Lord like a thief in the night.” IT is the 2nd coming of Christ. There is NO RAPTURE

That's very possible brother that you've been in the church for many years and you have never denied the Lord and you speak of him highly but you have allowed things to creep into your life over the years. Because we are dealing with a sinful world and we are constantly battling at times our guard is let down. We all struggle with some carnality to 1° or another Terry but the Lord would say to you you have hated the Deeds of the Nicolaitans and you have not denied my name. But I have one thing against you, that you have left your first love! Remember from where you had fallen and Repent Return and do the first works. Once you turn from your old way and do the first works whatever they may have been, do it with all your heart Anna joy of the Lord and his spirit will rise up within you and you will know that God is moving in your life. You will know and see it. When you wake up in the morning take time and give thanks do the Holy Spirit within you for all the good things and all the circumstances you are in whether they be good or bad, give thanks for this is the will of God
My parents gave me a Dakes Annotated Bible for Christmas when I was 7. I'm still reading that same Bible today at 60 years old. What a treasure trove that Bible is.
I've heard the name before, but don't (didn't) know a/thing of him till I just queried info on the bible. While I'm sure there are _FLOOOODS_ of good notes, what I see as a red flag though is this, & it is noted on their bible page... "Eternal life is not an eternal possession until the end of a life of holiness, for one can make a failure before then and be lost just as Adam did in the beginning." That teaching is *NOT* grounded in the Word.

I ask a Shepherd of goats once and he told me that if you have a sheep and a goat in the same pasture, the sheep will go to the green grass and the goats will go to the weeds and the weeds. What a picture of the lost.
Maybe good for your point. But goats eat the weeds improving the grass. But the weeds provide the bees with flowers and goats spread their seed. Same with sheep and grass. Jesus was only referring to the nature of goats to follow verses sheep that must have a Shephard and be sheered or will die.

Post Trib rapture is based on scripture. PreTrib rapture is based on conjecture, speculation and misinterpretation of Scripture. Rapture is posttrib and It’s not really debatable. Here are some irrefutable truths. 1. The rapture is AFTER the resurrection. 1 Thessalonians 4. Dead in Christ shall rise first. 2. Jesus said the resurrection is on ‘THE LAST DAY’ over and over and over in John 6. That is the last day of the age of grace. The last day of life without Christ. The last day of the church age. The last day of the New Covenant. The next day starts the millennial kingdom. If the resurrection is ON THE LAST DAY obviously then this means that the rapture is on the last day since the RAPTURE IS AFTER THE RESURRECTION. The rapture is on the last day. 3. The resurrection / rapture is in Rev 20:4. Here we find ‘the last day’. John says he saw the dead come to life. This is the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture is right after it. The rapture is post trib. It is AFTER Rev 5-19. The church goes THROUGH the tribulation. We will not experience Gods wrath just like Israel did not experience Gods wrath when God punished Egypt. And Noah didn’t experience Gods wrath when He flooded the whole earth, but Noah was preserved THROUGH the flood. Not raptured out of it. Israel was not raptured out of Egypt. God will test the church. He will have a pure spotless bride for His Son. Any other position other than a posttrib rapture twists and distorts Gods Word. And then there’s Jesus’ message in Matthew 24:29-31 “But immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days……..And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, ………….And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other. ------ Jesus Himself says that He is coming back for His church and will gather it immediately AFTER the tribulation. How can it get ANY CLEARER???? Stop with this false doctrine of a PreTrib rapture. The doctrine of escapism has to be exposed and refuted by the word of God. Too many people planning their escape instead of filling their lamp with oil. Having said this, in Rev 3:10 God promises to keep those who have proven their faithfulness from the hour of testing. Knowing that be so faithful that God keeps you from the tribulation. Remember this promise of Christ is to only ONE of the seven churches in Revelation. One. There are letters to SIX other churches. And remember this verse. Revelation 13:7 It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. -- God will give Antichrist power to persecute and kill His saints. Sounds crazy but that’s His plan. Don’t let people tickle your ears with anything that’s not the truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. Read your Bible. Test your teachers. Reject false teachers. Endure to the end and you will be saved. That’s a promise from God.

In John 16:33 Jesus tells us: In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. Tribulation and the wrath of God are two completely different things and I think people mix them up.
This will be the great falling away that’s written. As soon as tribulation and persecution come the lukewarm will turn away. God has NEVER pulled any of his saints out of the world to protect them from his wrath or judgement. He has protected them where they are at the time.
@toddcagle4245 Totally agree, once believers start seeing the hardship and starving for not taking the mark, that is when will be the great falling away. This is why I believe this pre-trib rapture teaching is a heretical teaching and very dangerous. It's a doctrine of demons.

I believe in pretrib rapture, but I have problems resolving my feelings about most of my kids, and grankids not being Christian (early Sunday school and baptism doesn't count) so I stress out worrying about them. I know God is just, but it's hard not to still have worries about those we love no matter when Rapture comes, because as a Christian I know My soul is OK.. but your comment made me think about my worries about those I love.
I can understand and appreciate what both of you have said. We must look at the words you both used to describe your current state..."worried" and "living in such fear". If changing your stance from post trib to pre trib caused you to not live in fear, then it is not the perfect love of God that has given you peace, rather the changing of your circumstance, or view in this case. I would take this to the Lord and ask Him why you were fearful in the first place. As for the person who responded and said they were worried for their children...I too have 3 young children, and I can certainly identify with your concern for their souls. But you were right to say God is just. He is also faithful. I take comfort in the fact that I will be here through tribulation to walk faithfully with the Lord as my strength, through whatever may come. I believe He will use us as witnesses to explain to our children the things we are going on in the world. He is already doing it to an extent, but when we begin to see the book of Revelation unfold before our very eyes, we will be there to remind our kids how this story ends. God Bless you. Financial lack is a blessing. Money is a snare. Without money you fall into less temptation. Be thankful you don't have enough money. Reverse your thinking I promise peace will come on you once you do. Prosperity gospels are SO backwards!
I see people here arguing for and against because of belief. I would only ask each of you to hold fast to your faith in Christ that is foremost above any other “belief”. Revelation 13/14 And the beast was given the power to fight against the saints and it overcame. This is the clear proof that the saints will go through tribulation.
@@SamJalie the first Christians were going through much hardship, we as American Christians hardly know the tribulation the first Christians went through. They also wrote about how to buy and sell back in their time, they had to have a Caesar reef on their head and a censor with incense in their right hand showing reverence worship to the Caesar. So what makes people think those hardships will not fall on the modern Church. Everyone was against the Church up until Constantine, he was a ploy to get the Church tangled up in the affairs of the world. Bishops were given political power and a salary from tax payers. We all know what kind of people that attracts and it isn’t Jesus Christ. The Church gained ruling authority over people and soon thought Rome was the kingdom of God, while they slaughtered other Christians from other nations along with the enemies of the Cross of Christ. Rome was in direct conflict with the Commandments of our Lord. The real Kingdom of God is coming down from heaven and encompasses the whole world, not specific to a sliver of land. The Kingdom of God has no physical thing it needs to protect. Polycarp along with all Christians was called atheist by the pagans because the Christians didn’t erect temples and altars and effigies to their God. The Christians were heavily persecuted and burned for that by the pagans. I suggest Christians study the history of the Church to make a bit more sense of what we are going through today.

Yep. Revelation 20 describes the FIRST Resurrection, which is for believers; first the dead in Christ, then those who are still alive. If a pre-Trib rapture happened, that event would’ve been called the First Resurrection. Yet Revelation doesn’t show that timeline.

I don't recall the word "rapture" ever being used in the Bible but I do believe what 1st Thessilonians 4: 16 - 18 says: 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Miller is right. "Rapture" comes from the Latin word which the Vulgate uses to translate the original Greek "harpadzo," meaning "plucked up" or "snatched away." The word, "bible," is not in the Bible, either, because it's Latin for "book," so the English Bible translators just said "book."
I am a post-tribber because of 1 Thess 4:15 + Rev 20:6: we who are alive will not precede the dead who rise, and the first resurrection of the dead occurs after the 2nd Coming. And Rev 20:4 says who reigns with Christ during the Millenium: those who were beheaded for refusing to take the mark of the Beast. Everyone else rises from the dead later, for the Judgment.
In revelation 20 the church is already mentioned sitting in thrones ready to judge in verse 4: And I saw THRONES , and THEY SAT UPON THEM, and JUDGMENT WAS GIVEN UNTO THEM:..."
My father was a both a Bible professor(Dr. of Theology) and a Pastor. When I was very young, until about the age of 4, he taught at PBI Philadelphia, as an undergrad professor. Then the Pastor of Easton Union Church in New Jersey until I was 7. Then he became a professor at MBI in Chicago until he retired as head of the Grad department, but continued summer, IIRC, 2-4 week courses as well as went back into Pastoring. I was an adult in college and after by his return to the Pastorate. I'm sure there are a few people out there who may even know who he is, but the point here was not to establish him, but to show my background as I did not follow in my father's footsteps, I followed my grandfather's who was and artist (Painter). But that I grew up hearing him preach and detailed discussions during family devotions on the theology my father believed and had access to this incredible bible academic and his entire (hundreds if not thousands) academic and historical Christian library. He also knew Hebrew, Greek and Latin and had many translations of books and bibles in those languages, though I never learned them and trusted in his study of them and relay to me. So though I have no formal education from a Bible Institute and a Master's or Doctorate, I could probably test out for at least a lower degree if that were an option. He was a pre-tribulation rapture, and that is how I believed too, but I started to wonder (all on my own, not by other's influence, beyond the mention of pre. mid. post) and started studying the topic this year, which led me to this video. Anyway I did start reading some verses that did make me question, so I just settled into the belief of hoping for the pre-trib rapture, but was perfectly happy to just trust in the lord whatever happens. I know the threat of losing my life isn't even a threat, but a blessing as all the faster I'm with Jesus, perfectly happy to die a martyr as I already don't want to live in this world already and am perfectly thankful for the 56 years the lord has given me. I am thankful for this video as you have shown me my error in not always remembering to check the word for dispensation. Something I know well as my father taught it well. I am now sure in a pre-tribulation rapture after seeing hearing the evidence and interpretation and dispensation of the pertinent verses to this argument.
Amen, brother. We are living in the PRE Tribulation Rapture time right now. People who believe we will go through the Tribulation Do NOT interpret the bible correctly. There are so many verses to convince us we will NOT be here for the Tribulation It will revert back to the Law because the Trib is mainly for the Jews to come to the Lord and they will NOT be able to mix law and Grace. We are in the Grace Age right now and then the Jews will be back in the LAW days, so that's just one little reason that shows us we will NOT be here because the Age of Grace will be done. It's an assumption to believe in pre-trib (feel-good ministry). If you take the Bible at face value, you will find its mid-ish rapture. Pre-trib might fall for the anti-christ, thinking Jesus came back.
Because it isn’t reliable how all the Protestants read the Bible and interpret it how they see fit. As a Catholic, I know better. We have a teaching authority who guides us . We have a catechism that addresses the end times. You may find it interesting to read as we can’t learn it all in a once a week catechism class as kids. As adults we are responsible to learn the faith as it was passed down from Jesus Christ to Peter to a line of popes that can be traced back to Peter. The Mass presents us with the Homy Eucharist but you must continue to learn the faith independently as it is not preached to us on Sundays.
@@carolyncouch4094 Since the Catholic Church thinks it is the one and only church It is pointless to try to have a reasonable dialog with someone who is apparently closed minded that there is no possibility that the Catholic Church is in error in assuming they are the Church that Jesus started. Jesus stared a body of born again believers the Christian Church and there is no biblical evidence that it was The Catholic Church. Catholic did not show up until centuries after Christ Died. You can assume anything you want but I will go with Scripture and the 1st century Body of believers. Remember this : no place in teachings of scripture requires mmbership in a denomination or sacraments to be a saved believer. Yes, you were taught correctly just as Jesus taught. The tribulation period is going to be the worst time in history and the worst time in all time. Jesus did not pull any punches on this and he did not promise to beam Christians out before the tribulation.

Many of them aren't educated,and are only repeating what other teachers told them. I have studied Greek and Hebrew exegesis and biblical hermeneutics. In all they years I've engaged in apologetics,not one post trib believer has been able to answer the direct biblical contradictions to their view.Not one. The only continue to reply with the verses they refer to. And notice, @willpower6720 would not reply either. Why? because they cannot refute these verses,or find errors in my argument. So rest assured, as Paul encouraged us,God did not appoint us to suffer His wrath. And the tribulation period is the wrath of God being released upon the world. Now the verses that refer to the saints in Revelation and in other places,these people are not the church. The church has been raptured,and we are celebrating the 'wedding feast of the Lamb".Which,by the way, post tribbers cannot tell you when that takes place because of their view. These tribulation saints include the 144 thousand from the 12 tribes of Israel.And know this,only Paul had the "mystery"of the church,and the rapture,revealed to him by God. Not the other apostles,ok? And,this wasn't revealed to him until he wrote Corinthians and Romans,which was over thirty years after Jesus ascended into heaven!Thats why the other apostles didn't write about the rapture.All they knew was what all the Jews were taught. We will all go through it. That's a testing time for us, at the end of that period the unsaved will receive his wrath/the 7 last plaques. His people are promised protection from this. Zephaniah 2;2-3. Rev. 3;7-13 is about the true last day church, paying attention to verses 9-10 it's clear they'll be here. Study this along with chapter 7-the 144,000 who are sealed and make it through the great tribulation. The church is the 144,000.
That’s not the church he returns with, it’s the saints who have already died throughout history, it’s why it said the dead in Christ will rise first, meaning they will be reunited with their bodies then we will be caught up with them.

After His resurrection from the dead was the first time Jesus isn’t coming back another two more times otherwise Jesus return would be the third coming and the second coming would be the rapture. Any "Pre-Tribulation" Rapture looks Biblically impossible: 1) The noun "Coming" of the Lord Jesus is always singular (Mt 24:3,27,37,39, 1Th 4:15, 2Th 2:1,8), thus, only more descent from heaven. This invalidates all Rapture-timings that require two or more "Comings". 2) "The living... will never precede the 'fallen asleep' [dead]" (1Th 4:15). Thus, the living can't possibly be raptured before "The Last Day " (Jn 6:39-40,44,54).

Jesus is speaking to the Jews and the state of Israel in Matt. 24 when they see the abomination of desolation and are to flee. That will follow with great tribulation from the 3 1/2 year mid-point to the second coming. The tribulation saints are those who accept Christ after the rapture and along with the persecuted Jews will have to endure God's wrath pouring down upon the wicked. Jesus is not referring to the Church in Matt. 24. The Church will not be rebuilding the temple, restoring the animal sacrifices, making a covenant with the antichrist, and fleeing to the wilderness.

You are sheep outside of Our Lord's Sheepfold; thus to be saved you MUST come to His Fold (John 10:16). Why remain outside and lose your eternal salvation? You are making the same mistakes a lot of folks make. One, there is MORE than ONE harvest. Two, you are confusing the WORLD and the CHURCH. What I mean is; You MISSED the point of what Jesus said when HE explained this parable. He said the FIELD is the WORLD. He did NOT say the field is the CHURCH. He was NOT making the point that there will be Tares in the CHURCH alongside of true BELIEVERS. He was making the point that There will be TARES in the WORLD alongside the true believers. And THIS harvest takes place at “…the END of the Age.” NOT the end of the CHUCH age, which ends at the RAPTURE of the church. He is talking about the separation of Believers and unbelievers at the END of the Tribulation. The angels will collect all of the people who SURVIVED the tribulation (at the “end of the age”) and take them up to Jerusalem to be SEPARATED in the ‘SHEEP and GOATS’ judgement. My degree is in Ancient Near Eastern Studies. At a number of seminars with professors from all over the world, they all made it clear that there was no ancient Christian teaching about a rapture. It was taught that believers will be lifted up immediately before the Second Coming.

I Thes. 1:6-10 makes it clear that when Jesus comes (at the rapture -- to save the Thesalonians), He Destroys the Antichrist. This means that the Antichrist MUST Come First, or Before the Rapture. The Next Chapter also makes this Clear when is says to 'Let NO ONE in any way Deceive you, for it (ie the rapture) WILL NOT take place unless the apostasy comes First, AND the man of lawlessness is revealed ..." In the book of Acts 24:14 "the way" is referred to. This was written in about 70 CE. Therefore your reference to 2nd century BCE should be 2nd century CE.

@1Cor15.3 Post Trib rapture is based on scripture. PreTrib rapture is based on conjecture, speculation and misinterpretation of Scripture. Rapture is posttrib and It’s not really debatable. Here are some irrefutable truths. 1. The rapture is AFTER the resurrection. 1 Thessalonians 4. Dead in Christ shall rise first. 2. Jesus said the resurrection is on ‘THE LAST DAY’ over and over and over in John 6. That is the last day of the age of grace. The last day of life without Christ. The last day of the church age. The last day of the New Covenant. The next day starts the millennial kingdom. If the resurrection is ON THE LAST DAY obviously then this means that the rapture is on the last day since the RAPTURE IS AFTER THE RESURRECTION. The rapture is on the last day. 3. The resurrection / rapture is in Rev 20:4. Here we find ‘the last day’. John says he saw the dead come to life. This is the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture is right after it. The rapture is post trib. It is AFTER Rev 5-19. The church goes THROUGH the tribulation. We will not experience Gods wrath just like Israel did not experience Gods wrath when God punished Egypt. And Noah didn’t experience Gods wrath when He flooded the whole earth, but Noah was preserved THROUGH the flood. Not raptured out of it. Israel was not raptured out of Egypt. God will test the church. He will have a pure spotless bride for His Son. Any other position other than a posttrib rapture twists and distorts Gods Word. And then there’s Jesus’ message in Matthew 24:29-31 “But immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days……..And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, ………….And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other. ------ Jesus Himself says that He is coming back for His church and will gather it immediately AFTER the tribulation. How can it get ANY CLEARER???? Stop with this false doctrine of a PreTrib rapture. The doctrine of escapism has to be exposed and refuted by the word of God. Too many people planning their escape instead of filling their lamp with oil. Having said this, in Rev 3:10 God promises to keep those who have proven their faithfulness from the hour of testing. Knowing that be so faithful that God keeps you from the tribulation. Remember this promise of Christ is to only ONE of the seven churches in Revelation. One. There are letters to SIX other churches. And remember this verse. Revelation 13:7 It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. -- God will give Antichrist power to persecute and kill His saints. Sounds crazy but that’s His plan. Don’t let people tickle your ears with anything that’s not the truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. Easy. There will be those who turn to Christ during the tribulation. They will pay with their lives. When there are those who were not born again or lukewarm knowing that people were raptured and it was not aliens, they will either make right with God or turn away from him.

One of many scriptures that prove the pre trib rapture is Romans 5:9. Much more than now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. We are in heaven by the 4th chapter of Revelation. Wrath here refers to the Tribulation.

There will be no Pre-Trib Rapture, because ithe Rapture will occur at "The Last Trumpet" (1Cor 15:50-52), which trumpet, Jesus called a "Great Trumpet (Mt 24:31), which He will use to gather "His Elect" from out of the extremities of heaven and earth, including resurrecting His dead, within "The Last Day (Jn 6:39-40,44,54). Furthermore, if the living will never precede the dead (1Th 4:15), how can the living be raptured before those to be resurrected within "The Last Day" (Jn 6:39-40,44,54)? Moreover, the Bible is clear: The "Harvest" occurs at the end of the age (Mt 13:39).

A month later he’s in hospital. Close call with death. He’s ok, healing slowly. I prayed sent him a txt how to accept Jesus into his life. He came visited and said, maybe shouldn’t have left that book behind huh. I know he’s thinking deeply. He’s still shaken by his near death encounter. God is in the picture working on my brother. He has the prayer. I still pray for him.

Your sins from your unsaved state was forgiven for you to be saved. Saying all sins forgiven future is not biblical. I am saved since 1983 from my sins when I was unsaved. But the sins that I do now must be confess see 1 John 1:7-9 and 1 John 2:1 that chapter is only for the Christian family not the unsaved. 😅
@@josephrobi6806 Nonsense. All our sins are forgiven in Christ. Look at 1 John 2:12, that Greek verb “forgiven” is perfect passive indicative. And 1 John is a polemic against Gnosticism, who denied sin. Chapter 2 is when John starts speaking to Christians.. “my little children.”

Rapture is posttrib and It’s not really debatable. Here are some irrefutable truths.
1. The rapture is AFTER the resurrection.
1 Thessalonians 4. The dead in Christ shall rise first. Resurrection then rapture.
2. Jesus said the resurrection be m is ‘ON THE LAST DAY’ over and over and over in John 6. That is the last day of the age of grace. The last day of life without Christ. The last day of the church age. The last day of the New Covenant. The next day starts the millennial kingdom. If the resurrection is ON THE LAST DAY obviously then this means that the rapture is on the last day since the RAPTURE IS AFTER THE RESURRECTION.
The rapture is ‘ON THE LAST DAY’.
3. The resurrection / rapture is in Rev 20:4. Here we find ‘the last day’. John says he saw the dead come to life. This is the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture is right after it. The rapture is post trib on the last day of the New Covenant. It is AFTER Rev 5-19. And so shall we ever be with the Lord. We will NEVER be apart from Jesus ever again.
The church goes THROUGH the tribulation. We will not experience Gods wrath just like Israel did not experience Gods wrath when God punished Egypt. And Noah didn’t experience Gods wrath when He flooded the whole earth, but Noah was preserved THROUGH the flood. Not raptured out of it. Israel was preserved THROUGH the exodus. Israel was not raptured out of Egypt. Please that’s ridiculous. We will not be raptured out of the tribulation.
God will test the church. He will have a pure spotless bride for His Son. Jesus deserves a bride without spot or wrinkle.
Any other position other than a posttrib rapture twists and distorts Gods Word.
And then there’s Jesus’ message in
Matthew 24:29-31
“But immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days.…..…………. And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

Jesus Himself says that He is coming back for His church and will gather it immediately AFTER the tribulation.
How can it get ANY CLEARER????
Stop with this false doctrine of a PreTrib rapture. The doctrine of escapism has to be exposed and refuted by the word of God. Too many people planning their escape instead of filling their lamp with oil.
Having said this, in Rev 3:10 God promises to keep those who have proven their faithfulness from the hour of testing. Knowing that be so faithful that God keeps you from the tribulation. Remember this promise of Christ is to only ONE of the seven churches in Revelation. One. There are letters to SIX other churches.
And remember this verse.
Revelation 13:7
It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him.

Most people don't even know we are in the 6th trumpet.....The bible actually says people will be eating and drinking and marrying up until, and to be watchful. Most don't understand actually what's happening now. I see more and more the meaning why it now it will be right up until the flood and then it took them away. I was newly born again in 1978, my wonderful pastor was teaching about the three levels on Noah’s ark. The level of Holy Spirit, the Father and the Son. It struck me a few years ago, that Noah and his family were lifted up above the destruction of the flood and safely brought to a new life. 🕊️

Those who are “taken” are those who die. Consider the flood and Sodom and Gomorrah - those “left”

Finally, the “day of the Lord comes like a thief in the night,” IS the only day, 1 day and is the 2nd coming.
Why else would scripture say, “WHEN you are imprisoned, think not what to say for the Holy Spirit will give you what to say. Or, in Revelations, those who “endure” will receive a reward, it means we will all have our faith tested.
Or, how can you be given a choice to either receive the mark of the beast or not IF you are no longer on earth?

My parents gave me a Dakes Annotated Bible for Christmas when I was 7. I'm still reading that same Bible today at 60 years old. What a treasure trove that Bible is.

Maybe good for your point. But goats eat the weeds improving the grass. But the weeds provide the bees with flowers and goats spread their seed. Same with sheep and grass. Jesus was only referring to the nature of goats to follow verses sheep that must have a Shephard and be sheered or will die.

Amen 🙏🏼 I remember when I was in my early teen reading book of revelation and it scared me all my life because I didn’t understand it now I’m truly born again and heard a preacher 8 years ago preach on the rapture this set me free from fear from what this world is going to go through and the wrath of God almighty. Tribulation and the wrath of God are two completely different things and I think people mix them up.
Two different Greek words! Jesus has two appearances according to Hebrews 9. His First Coming and His Second Coming.
Excited, hungry, and waiting for the return. But, standing in the blessing in our Lord, Christ Jesus. Amen.
This will be the great falling away that’s written. As soon as tribulation and persecution come the lukewarm will turn away. God has NEVER pulled any of his saints out of the world to protect them from his wrath or judgement. He has protected them where they are at the time.

@toddcagle4245 Totally agree, once believers start seeing the hardship and starving for not taking the mark, that is when will be the great falling away. This is why I believe this pre-trib rapture teaching is a heretical teaching and very dangerous. It's a doctrine of demons.

I believe in pretrib rapture, but I have problems resolving my feelings about most of my kids, and grankids not being Christian (early Sunday school and baptism doesn't count) so I stress out worrying about them. I know God is just, but it's hard not to still have worries about those we love no matter when Rapture comes, because as a Christian I know My soul is OK.. but your comment made me think about my worries about those I love.
I can understand and appreciate what both of you have said. We must look at the words you both used to describe your current state..."worried" and "living in such fear". If changing your stance from post trib to pre trib caused you to not live in fear, then it is not the perfect love of God that has given you peace, rather the changing of your circumstance, or view in this case. I would take this to the Lord and ask Him why you were fearful in the first place.
As for the person who responded and said they were worried for their children...I too have 3 young children, and I can certainly identify with your concern for their souls. But you were right to say God is just. He is also faithful. I take comfort in the fact that I will be here through tribulation to walk faithfully with the Lord as my strength, through whatever may come. I believe He will use us as witnesses to explain to our children the things we are going on in the world. He is already doing it to an extent, but when we begin to see the book of Revelation unfold before our very eyes, we will be there to remind our kids how this story ends. God Bless you. @@SamJalie the first Christians were going through much hardship, we as American Christians hardly know the tribulation the first Christians went through. They also wrote about how to buy and sell back in their time, they had to have a Caesar reef on their head and a censor with incense in their right hand showing reverence worship to the Caesar. So what makes people think those hardships will not fall on the modern Church. Everyone was against the Church up until Constantine, he was a ploy to get the Church tangled up in the affairs of the world. Bishops were given political power and a salary from tax payers. We all know what kind of people that attracts and it isn’t Jesus Christ. The Church gained ruling authority over people and soon thought Rome was the kingdom of God, while they slaughtered other Christians from other nations along with the enemies of the Cross of Christ. Rome was in direct conflict with the Commandments of our Lord. The real Kingdom of God is coming down from heaven and encompasses the whole world, not specific to a sliver of land. The Kingdom of God has no physical thing it needs to protect. Polycarp along with all Christians was called atheist by the pagans because the Christians didn’t erect temples and altars and effigies to their God. The Christians were heavily persecuted and burned for that by the pagans. I suggest Christians study the history of the Church to make a bit more sense of what we are going through today.

Yep. Revelation 20 describes the FIRST Resurrection, which is for believers; first the dead in Christ, then those who are still alive. If a pre-Trib rapture happened, that event would’ve been called the First Resurrection. Yet Revelation doesn’t show that timeline.
@@augustandjune Read Rev 20:6 carefully, it shows you 1000 years are between the 2 resurrections. We all will be changed at the last trump, at the last day. Scripture is clear, twisting the scriptures are also clear, therefore it is confusion by many.

I don't recall the word "rapture" ever being used in the Bible but I do believe what 1st Thessilonians 4: 16 - 18 says: 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

No the word rapture isn't used but means the same at "caught up" - which the bible does say..which means ascending up
Miller is right. "Rapture" comes from the Latin word which the Vulgate uses to translate the original Greek "harpadzo," meaning "plucked up" or "snatched away." The word, "bible," is not in the Bible, either, because it's Latin for "book," so the English Bible translators just said "book."

I am a post-tribber because of 1 Thess 4:15 + Rev 20:6: we who are alive will not precede the dead who rise, and the first resurrection of the dead occurs after the 2nd Coming. And Rev 20:4 says who reigns with Christ during the Millenium: those who were beheaded for refusing to take the mark of the Beast. Everyone else rises from the dead later, for the Judgment.
In revelation 20 the church is already mentioned sitting in thrones ready to judge in verse 4:
And I saw THRONES , and THEY SAT UPON THEM, and JUDGMENT WAS GIVEN UNTO THEM:..."

My father was a both a Bible professor(Dr. of Theology) and a Pastor. When I was very young, until about the age of 4, he taught at PBI Philadelphia, as an undergrad professor. Then the Pastor of Easton Union Church in New Jersey until I was 7. Then he became a professor at MBI in Chicago until he retired as head of the Grad department, but continued summer, IIRC, 2-4 week courses as well as went back into Pastoring. I was an adult in college and after by his return to the Pastorate.
I'm sure there are a few people out there who may even know who he is, but the point here was not to establish him, but to show my background as I did not follow in my father's footsteps, I followed my grandfather's who was and artist (Painter). But that I grew up hearing him preach and detailed discussions during family devotions on the theology my father believed and had access to this incredible bible academic and his entire (hundreds if not thousands) academic and historical Christian library. He also knew Hebrew, Greek and Latin and had many translations of books and bibles in those languages, though I never learned them and trusted in his study of them and relay to me. So though I have no formal education from a Bible Institute and a Master's or Doctorate, I could probably test out for at least a lower degree if that were an option.
He was a pre-tribulation rapture, and that is how I believed too, but I started to wonder (all on my own, not by other's influence, beyond the mention of pre. mid. post) and started studying the topic this year, which led me to this video. Anyway I did start reading some verses that did make me question, so I just settled into the belief of hoping for the pre-trib rapture, but was perfectly happy to just trust in the lord whatever happens. I know the threat of losing my life isn't even a threat, but a blessing as all the faster I'm with Jesus, perfectly happy to die a martyr as I already don't want to live in this world already and am perfectly thankful for the 56 years the lord has given me.
I am thankful for this video as you have shown me my error in not always remembering to check the word for dispensation. Something I know well as my father taught it well. I am now sure in a pre-tribulation rapture after seeing hearing the evidence and interpretation and dispensation of the pertinent verses to this argument.
Amen, brother. We are living in the PRE Tribulation Rapture time right now. People who believe we will go through the Tribulation Do NOT interpret the bible correctly. There are so many verses to convince us we will NOT be here for the Tribulation It will revert back to the Law because the Trib is mainly for the Jews to come to the Lord and they will NOT be able to mix law and Grace. We are in the Grace Age right now and then the Jews will be back in the LAW days, so that's just one little reason that shows us we will NOT be here because the Age of Grace will be done. Oops. You studied and came to a PreTrib rapture conclusion. Then it was a waste. The rapture is posttrib.
The church GOES THROUGH the tribulation. The rapture is ‘on the last day’. Read your Bible. Here……
Post Trib rapture is based on scripture. PreTrib rapture is based on conjecture, speculation and misinterpretation of Scripture.
Rapture is posttrib and It’s not really debatable. Here are some irrefutable truths.
1. The rapture is AFTER the resurrection.
1 Thessalonians 4. The dead in Christ shall rise first. Resurrection then rapture.
2. Jesus said the resurrection be m is ‘ON THE LAST DAY’ over and over and over in John 6. That is the last day of the age of grace. The last day of life without Christ. The last day of the church age. The last day of the New Covenant. The next day starts the millennial kingdom. If the resurrection is ON THE LAST DAY obviously then this means that the rapture is on the last day since the RAPTURE IS AFTER THE RESURRECTION.
The rapture is ‘ON THE LAST DAY’.
3. The resurrection / rapture is in Rev 20:4. Here we find ‘the last day’. John says he saw the dead come to life. This is the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture is right after it. The rapture is post trib on the last day of the New Covenant. It is AFTER Rev 5-19. And so shall we ever be with the Lord. We will NEVER be apart from Jesus ever again.
The church goes THROUGH the tribulation. We will not experience Gods wrath just like Israel did not experience Gods wrath when God punished Egypt. And Noah didn’t experience Gods wrath when He flooded the whole earth, but Noah was preserved THROUGH the flood. Not raptured out of it. Israel was preserved THROUGH the exodus. Israel was not raptured out of Egypt. Please that’s ridiculous. We will not be raptured out of the tribulation.
God will test the church. He will have a pure spotless bride for His Son. Jesus deserves a bride without spot or wrinkle.
Any other position other than a posttrib rapture twists and distorts Gods Word.
And then there’s Jesus’ message in
Matthew 24:29-31
“But immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days.…..…………. And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

Jesus Himself says that He is coming back for His church and will gather it immediately AFTER the tribulation.
How can it get ANY CLEARER????
Stop with this false doctrine of a PreTrib rapture. The doctrine of escapism has to be exposed and refuted by the word of God. Too many people planning their escape instead of filling their lamp with oil.
Having said this, in Rev 3:10 God promises to keep those who have proven their faithfulness from the hour of testing. Knowing that be so faithful that God keeps you from the tribulation. Remember this promise of Christ is to only ONE of the seven churches in Revelation. One. There are letters to SIX other churches.
And remember this verse.
Revelation 13:7
It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him.

God will give Antichrist power to persecute and kill His saints. Sounds crazy but that’s His plan. Don’t let people tickle your ears with anything that’s not the truth.
2 Timothy 2:15
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.
Read your Bible. Test your teachers. Reject false teachers. Reject escapism and other false doctrine. Fill your lamp with oil. Endure to the end and you will be saved.
That’s a promise from God.
Psalms 91:14-15

It's an assumption to believe in pre-trib (feel-good ministry). If you take the Bible at face value, you will find its mid-ish rapture.
Pre-trib might fall for the anti-christ, thinking Jesus came back.

Because it isn’t reliable how all the Protestants read the Bible and interpret it how they see fit. As a Catholic, I know better. We have a teaching authority who guides us . We have a catechism that addresses the end times. You may find it interesting to read as we can’t learn it all in a once a week catechism class as kids. As adults we are responsible to learn the faith as it was passed down from Jesus Christ to Peter to a line of popes that can be traced back to Peter. The Mass presents us with the Homy Eucharist but you must continue to learn the faith independently as it is not preached to us on Sundays.

Jesus stared a body of born again believers the Christian Church and there is no biblical evidence that it was The Catholic Church. Catholic did not show up until centuries after Christ Died. You can assume anything you want but I will go with Scripture and the 1st century Body of believers. Remember this : no place in teachings of scripture requires mmbership in a denomination or sacraments to be a saved believer. Yes, you were taught correctly just as Jesus taught. The tribulation period is going to be the worst time in history and the worst time in all time. Jesus did not pull any punches on this and he did not promise to beam Christians out before the tribulation.

The tribulation is known as the time of Jacob's (Israel's) trouble. It is to reconcile the Jews with their messiah and to give an unbelieving world one last chance to turn to Christ. What is the point of a saved person being here for that? Are you a believer in works and think you have to rough it out to be saved?

For decades I've debated with Christians who hold to a post trib rapture view. Many of them aren't educated,and are only repeating what other teachers told them. I have studied Greek and Hebrew exegesis and biblical hermeneutics. In all they years I've engaged in apologetics,not one post trib believer has been able to answer the direct biblical contradictions to their view.Not one. The only continue to reply with the verses they refer to. And notice, @willpower6720 would not reply either. Why? because they cannot refute these verses,or find errors in my argument.
So rest assured, as Paul encouraged us,God did not appoint us to suffer His wrath. And the tribulation period is the wrath of God being released upon the world. Now the verses that refer to the saints in Revelation and in other places,these people are not the church. The church has been raptured,and we are celebrating the 'wedding feast of the Lamb".Which,by the way, post tribbers cannot tell you when that takes place because of their view. These tribulation saints include the 144 thousand from the 12 tribes of Israel.And know this,only Paul had the "mystery"of the church,and the rapture,revealed to him by God. Not the other apostles,ok? And,this wasn't revealed to him until he wrote Corinthians and Romans,which was over thirty years after Jesus ascended into heaven!Thats why the other apostles didn't write about the rapture.All they knew was what all the Jews were taught. And that was the coming of Messiah to set up God's reign. A time referred to the O.T. prophets as "The Day Of The Lord".
We will all go through it. That's a testing time for us, at the end of that period the unsaved will receive his wrath/the 7 last plaques. His people are promised protection from this. Zephaniah 2;2-3. Rev. 3;7-13 is about the true last day church, paying attention to verses 9-10 it's clear they'll be here. Study this along with chapter 7-the 144,000 who are sealed and make it through the great tribulation. The church is the 144,000.

That’s not the church he returns with, it’s the saints who have already died throughout history, it’s why it said the dead in Christ will rise first, meaning they will be reunited with their bodies then we will be caught up with them.
We will MEET THEM in the air, we will MEET HIM at His coming, to be United with him AT HIS COMING, to be with him forever, he doesn’t come twice, he comes once more. I haven’t even watched this video yet but this is what I believe the Lord has shown me.

When he comes to snatch the believers, he hasn't come to the earth yet ,but meets us in the air.
Then he comes to earth with the saints in glory.
So that time frame when he snatches us to when he sets foot on the Mt of Olives, could be seven years , or seven months or seven weeks or seven days etc. to when he sets foot on earth.
I have a an opinion it's before God's wrath , before the tribulation God brings on the earth.

Is not the tribulations and the wrath of God 2 separate things if one reads the book of Revelation carefully it seems like that is the case.
Good observation... this is extremely elementary for the study of eschatology.... Someone who cannot rightly divide this basic fact shouldn't be teaching on the subject.

Jesus second coming is to spare us from Gods wrath after the tribulation and in a twinkling of an eye we will be caught up to meet Him in the air

We are to read the WHOLE Book. We can't focus on ons scripture, chapter, or book of the Bible. It's an amazingly intricate puzzle that God leads us to piece together and understand with His Holy Spirit. What do you say CAUSES the tribulation period? Hint: God's wrath. They can't be separated.

The last day of the New Covenant. The next day starts the millennial kingdom. If the resurrection is ON THE LAST DAY obviously then this means that the rapture is on the last day since the RAPTURE IS AFTER THE RESURRECTION.
The rapture is on the last day.
3. The resurrection / rapture is in Rev 20:4. Here we find ‘the last day’. John says he saw the dead come to life. This is the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture is right after it. The rapture is post trib. It is AFTER Rev 5-19. The church goes THROUGH the tribulation. We will not experience Gods wrath just like Israel did not experience Gods wrath when God punished Egypt. And Noah didn’t experience Gods wrath when He flooded the whole earth, but Noah was preserved THROUGH the flood. Not raptured out of it.
Any other position other than a posttrib rapture twists and distorts Gods Word.
And then there’s Jesus’ message in
Matthew 24:29-31

Stop with this false doctrine of a PreTrib rapture. The doctrine of escapism has to be exposed and refuted by the word of God. Too many people planning their escape instead of filling their lamp with oil.
Having said this, in Rev 3:10 God promises to keep those who have proven their faithfulness from the hour of testing. Knowing that be so faithful that God keeps you from the tribulation. Remember this promise of Christ is to only ONE of the seven churches in Revelation. One. There are letters to SIX other churches.

Any "Pre-Tribulation" Rapture looks Biblically impossible:
1) The noun "Coming" of the Lord Jesus is always singular (Mt 24:3,27,37,39, 1Th 4:15, 2Th 2:1,8), thus, only more descent from heaven. This invalidates all Rapture-timings that require two or more "Comings".
2) "The living... will never precede the 'fallen asleep' [dead]" (1Th 4:15). Thus, the living can't possibly be raptured before "The Last Day " (Jn 6:39-40,44,54).

Jesus is speaking to the Jews and the state of Israel in Matt. 24 when they see the abomination of desolation and are to flee. That will follow with great tribulation from the 3 1/2 year mid-point to the second coming. The tribulation saints are those who accept Christ after the rapture and along with the persecuted Jews will have to endure God's wrath pouring down upon the wicked. Jesus is not referring to the Church in Matt. 24. The Church will not be rebuilding the temple, restoring the animal sacrifices, making a covenant with the antichrist, and fleeing to the wilderness.

Dead were judged according to their deeds (Rev. 20:13), those who have done good things, unto the resurrection of life, those who have done evil, the resurrection of condemnation (John 5:29). He was making the point that There will be TARES in the WORLD alongside the true believers.
And THIS harvest takes place at “…the END of the Age.” NOT the end of the CHUCH age, which ends at the RAPTURE of the church.
He is talking about the separation of Believers and unbelievers at the END of the Tribulation.
The angels will collect all of the people who SURVIVED the tribulation (at the “end of the age”) and take them up to Jerusalem to be SEPARATED in the ‘SHEEP and GOATS’ judgement.
This was Jesus’ OWN interpretation. It makes sense of all the other passages in scripture on this subject.

I believe post - trib is the right one ...
I Thes. 1:6-10 makes it clear that when Jesus comes (at the rapture -- to save the Thesalonians), He Destroys the Antichrist. This means that the Antichrist MUST Come First, or Before the Rapture. The Next Chapter also makes this Clear when is says to 'Let NO ONE in any way Deceive you, for it (ie the rapture) WILL NOT take place unless the apostasy comes First, AND the man of lawlessness is revealed ..."
This means that the Rapture CANNOT happen before the Antichrist is Revealed.

Look the word tribulation up the first 3.5 years is not a tribulation.
It's not about wanting to go through the seven year tribulation but rather being honest with what the Bible clearly teaches.
At the beginning of this year of 2024, I hearer the following while I was sleeping. “Jesus Christ is coming soon” Paused and then “one will be taken and one will be left”. Then woke up and meditated on the words and reached out to family and friends and pleaded to seek our Lord Jesus and remain faithful.
When I was studying Ancient Roman civilizations, I was allowed to see a letter written on papyrus from a Roman official to some other official (dated 2nd century BCE) ranting about people who followed "The Way" i.e., Christians. His main beef? Their belief in the sudden catching up of every believer by their crucified God at any moment! The official was disgusted with that doctrine more than any other. That was thirty-five years ago that I was allowed to see that letter...

Post Trib rapture is based on scripture. PreTrib rapture is based on conjecture, speculation and misinterpretation of Scripture.
Rapture is posttrib and It’s not really debatable. Here are some irrefutable truths.
1. The rapture is AFTER the resurrection.
1 Thessalonians 4. Dead in Christ shall rise first.
2. Jesus said the resurrection is on ‘THE LAST DAY’ over and over and over in John 6. That is the last day of the age of grace. The last day of life without Christ. The last day of the church age. The last day of the New Covenant. The next day starts the millennial kingdom. If the resurrection is ON THE LAST DAY obviously then this means that the rapture is on the last day since the RAPTURE IS AFTER THE RESURRECTION.
The rapture is on the last day.
3. The resurrection / rapture is in Rev 20:4. Here we find ‘the last day’. John says he saw the dead come to life. This is the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture is right after it. The rapture is post trib. It is AFTER Rev 5-19. The church goes THROUGH the tribulation. We will not experience Gods wrath just like Israel did not experience Gods wrath when God punished Egypt. Easy. There will be those who turn to Christ during the tribulation. They will pay with their lives. When there are those who were not born again or lukewarm knowing that people were raptured and it was not aliens, they will either make right with God or turn away from him.

The coming of Christ in his royal parousia is linked inextricably with two events, those being the “day of the Lord” (v. 2b) and the gathering of the whole church to him, a complex of occurrences that were previously brought together in 1 Thessalonians 4.15-5.2. The word _concerning_ ... introduces the principal concerns of the author at this moment, which had to do with how the false understanding of the “day of the Lord” affected their understanding of the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ and the gathering of the church to him. Most likely the false doctrine about “the day of the Lord” that v. 2 elaborates caused such anguish in the church precisely because it distorted their understanding of the parousia of Christ and the rapture/resurrection of the church. The first part of the fallout from the false teaching concerning the “day of the Lord” had to do with the _coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,_ a theme the apostle had addressed repeatedly (1 Thess. 2.19; 3.13; 4.15; 5.23; and 2 Thess. 1.7-10). Most likely Paul had taken up this topic with them while he was in the city (2.5). In the present letter, the author refers to this event as the time “when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven” (1.7). He also speaks of “the splendor of his coming” (2.8). The meaning of the ‘Day of the Lord’ in 5.2
The expression ἡμέρα Κυρίου (יֹום יְהוָה) goes back at least as far as Amos’ time (5.18-20) and was used throughout the Prophetic era of the great and terrible Day when Yahweh will intervene to punish his enemies and the disobedient (e.g. Isa. 13.6-16; Ezek. 30.1-4; Joel 1.13-15; 2.1-11; Obad. 15-20; Zeph. 1.14ff.; Zech. 14.1-21; Mal. 4.5) and also to save the faithful (e.g. Isa. 27.2-13; Jer. 30.8-9; Joel 2.31-2 and 3.18; Obad. 21). It is essentially co-referential with παρουσία [parousia] here, as elsewhere in Paul’s letters. In the light of 1 Thess. 5.3 and 4, it is likely that the parousia in its negative aspect (qua judgment) is in view here in verse 2 (cf. 2 Pet. 3.10). One of many scriptures that prove the pre trib rapture is Romans 5:9. Much more than now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. We are in heaven by the 4th chapter of Revelation. Wrath here refers to the Tribulation.

Sadly many in my church, do not believe in a pretrib rapture, dont dare put your opinion to them, they get snarky, condescending and outright rude. There will be no Pre-Trib Rapture, because ithe Rapture will occur at "The Last Trumpet" (1Cor 15:50-52), which trumpet, Jesus called a "Great Trumpet (Mt 24:31), which He will use to gather "His Elect" from out of the extremities of heaven and earth, including resurrecting His dead, within "The Last Day (Jn 6:39-40,44,54). Furthermore, if the living will never precede the dead (1Th 4:15), how can the living be raptured before those to be resurrected within "The Last Day" (Jn 6:39-40,44,54)? Moreover, the Bible is clear: The "Harvest" occurs at the end of the age (Mt 13:39).
