I dont mind not having SMS features as i will need a USA number right? But what about the rest of the features? do they work perfectly fine regardless of the location?

You can use it anywhere. You can also change the language of the platform if needed

Yeah there is a setting on the platform that allows you to change the language for all clients or you can change it for each client individually
