If we had to start antibiotic on pt with suspected dengue (AFI) in the emergency room.....what is the choice or what antibiotics will we start the patient on??
In Dengue endemic area, during rainy season for febrile cases (unknown etiology) is it ok to give IM injections at initial 1 to 3 days. In other words that in undiagnosed Dengue case in febrile phase IM injection will be complicating later?

Had a young pt, febrile, ns 1 +ve with frank haematuria but platelet count 80 k on 4th day .
How frank haematuria at 80k.?
Look for other causes of hematuria
Patient with Dengue fever with thrombocytopenia with menstrual bleeding , what will be line of tretment or mangment
