I think you meant to say taught instead of learned and Trotuar/trottoir is actually a word in many languages, not just Russian or French.

last time someone drove on the crosswalk where i was walking on to cross the street, he disrepected me and the trafic rules, so i disrespected him and his vehicle : i spit on it.

It just came to my mind that when you're putting back, non sticking paper behind the car wiper you can be almost sure that the driver will throw it on the ground. You should think of some better way to keep it clean, because putting it behind wiper isn't pain in the ass for driver, but for everyone else. Just a thought that came to my mind in this episode. i am not familiar with the exact traffic signs in russia, however i am pretty sure holding/stopping ur car in a no parking area is allowed, the guy on the phone for example did not park... everybody who does not leave his driving seat is not parking. may check on the ruleblook before bothering people.
