Battery has no low voltage cut off unless installed in tool. I’m currently building plug and play kits with a low voltage alarm/voltage gauge set up for this exact reason! Will be available soon. Will be doing videos on it!

Just got my son a MX 350. Looking to upgrade it since its not running. I have plenty of Milwaukee batteries. What controller and motor do you recommend?
I sell modified 36v controllers and Milwaukee battery adapters. I don’t have a mx350 kit yet but it’s in the works! Shoot me a message from my websites contact forum and I’ll get you set up
Hey man had a question , ordering a mx 500 36v controller and throttle going to do a dewalt battery conversion , going to use 2 20v batteries which ones do you recommend ? Was thinking 2 20v lithium ion 5ah ?
@@flojotube i have stock gearing wich is very torque and the small tires add to that im planning on changing the gear ratio to get a top speed of 40mph
Do have to upgrade or regulate anything in the electricals to go from the 24v 7ah to the 36v 10ah? I upgraded my kids power wheel with the Milwaukee batteries like this and ran great for a long time. But now it’s blowing motors almost instantly.
I have an aftermarket 24v variable speed throttle and 500watt controller on my mx350 can I do this battery upgrade with what I have or I need to upgrade throttle and controller again ?
I did the Milwaukee 18v battery upgrade and the mx550 controller and throttle upgrade on the mx350. Batteries are dying fast though? Any thoughts on what it could be?
Never use anything other than the charger that came with your battery’s. For milwaukee use a milwaukee charger, for dewalt use dewalt. Don’t try to charge one thing with another. Take batteries out individually and charge
This is good for someone that has a bunch of Milwaukee batteries like me. I have about 20 lol. 12v power wheels are great with a single one too
Yes exactly
Unfortunately I only have 2 5.0’s right now
Wont the amp draw kill the batteries or does the battery have a protection circuit that that limits the amps and has low voltage cutoff

I’d suggest a lithium battery! Even a 36v 10ah will give you well over a hour of ride time
Shoot me a message on my facebook page, should be linked in newer video bios!
Why is my razor e100 so slow it is running on a Milwaukee xc5 ah
This is a great build. I feel like a backpack + a few more batteries could get you quite far
Definitely can!

@JordyBuilds which controller do I need to get over 20 miles outta my mx350 stock motor
@@JordyBuildsI've seen them go 25+ on the 350w
36v over volt kit
Do you have a rough idea how many miles you could ride this before those batteries need a recharge? Awesome video!
I get 40-60 minutes on two 5ah!

Just batteries wired in line with all original equipment or did you have to swap out a controller?😅
Swapped out. I sell kits now check out some of my recent videos!
Do you have a video on the conversion, so we can see how its done?
Yep check out my channel also did you watch this full video?..

How much weight was this hauling? 👀 curious about my 200+ lb self 😅
I was 150! I will say the stock motor may burn up
Look into a mx500!
Hey man had a question , ordering a mx 500 36v controller and throttle going to do a dewalt battery conversion , going to use 2 20v batteries which ones do you recommend ? Was thinking 2 20v lithium ion 5ah ?
The higher the AH the longer they last. 5AH worked for me
@Jordy Builds will 2 20v batterys work with the mx500 36v controller?
Yes
I need to get one! Nice video man!!
Thanks man!
What is the importance of using mx500 controller and mx500 throttle??
The stock 24v stuff isn’t variable and work work on 36v
This thing is quick my mx350 has a 48v 1800w motor and goes 30mph
That’s sick!

I haven’t messed with power wheels really.
I went from the 24 v to 7 ah to 42 v 10 ah and this had smoke coming out the motor in a 15 minute drive test.
Well yeah lol. When you double the rated voltage that’s what’s gonna happen
Next should be a 24 or 36v speed controller
I’m actually posting those on my Shopify today!

I have an aftermarket 24v variable speed throttle and 500watt controller on my mx350 can I do this battery upgrade with what I have or I need to upgrade throttle and controller again ?
I would imagine you could use that set up
Nice video😎. Did you just upgraded the batteries and everything else is stock?
I used a mx500 throttle and controller as well! Can be had on eBay for like $35
@@JordyBuilds so is that the original 24 volt motor and you’re using the controller and throttle for the 36 volt version?
So what do you push the batteries into and wire that to controller
@@MarcyMckeefer correct
@@gibzkustomz check out my other mx350 video on how to wire it
I got one with the ryobi swab but it isn’t working do you think it could maybe need a on and off switch
Have to have 36v controller
Hi. What happens if you only replace the batteries but keep the MX350 controllers?
Won’t run. The 24v stuff can’t handle 36v and isn’t variable
Can you use your controller for a zip e500 scooter? Im trying to use my milwaukee batteries aswell.
Should be able to, but I wouldn’t know for sure without seeing plugs on that scooter
If I use the milwaukee battery setup can I use a fast scooter 36v controller and throttle that has the keys???
I sell full kits now. Check out my full videos. Haven’t heard great things about that company
@@JordyBuilds will the 36v overvolt kit burn out the 24v motor?
There’s always a chances especially for hard dirt riding but they usually last a good while. If not, the replacement on Amazon is cheap.
Any idea why my e100 is super slow? It only has one a Milwaukee xc5 battery.
The scooters are slow in general I think like 7 mile an hour
I did the Milwaukee 18v battery upgrade and the mx550 controller and throttle upgrade on the mx350. Batteries are dying fast though? Any thoughts on what it could be?
Make sure to run at least the 5.0 ah batteries to get a minimum of 30-40 minutes of ride time
Did you connect the power on and off switch to the controller
Sometimes
Will the 36v controller and throttle work with 2 20v packs? Or will it only work with 36v?
That will work as well
Do you need to have the mx500 throttle and controller?
Yes the 24v throttle and controller is just a on and off throttle not variable
Do u recommend any good plastics for the 350”
You can order stock plastics from razor I think
So cool
Thank you!
Everything is stock but the batteries?
And the adapters I sell yes
I JUST SUBSCRIBED 🤜🏻⛈️🤛🏻
Thanks Tommy!! I appreciate that a ton
Are you able to pop a wheelie?
No
Also what and how do you charge it with?
Never use anything other than the charger that came with your battery’s. For milwaukee use a milwaukee charger, for dewalt use dewalt. Don’t try to charge one thing with another. Take batteries out individually and charge
Wats the batteries u cant use i got some batterys i jus dont kno how two do it any info will help
Lithium batteries and sla batteries are what get used in these bikes
Can i use 20 volt milwaukee batteries? With 9ah? Will that be compatible with the controller and the adapters and all that?
18v milwaukee or the 20v dewalt will work. 9ah will be great , just make sure both batteries are matching
How much do you weigh ? That's pretty inpre@ive
160 lbs
Hey, how tall are you Jordy??
5’10”
Nice vid
Thanks so much
Is it the stock motor?
Yes
5 to 6 miles full out ?
On the 5ah. All depends on rider weight etc too
How long will the batteries last?
The 5.0 batteries last me a little over an hour on flat ground
@@JordyBuilds in miles, range? Fully charged..
Dose anyone know how fast it would be if i put a mx 650 motor in it?
The mx650 motor won’t be much different
@@JordyBuilds You should make a video on how to wire the battery adapters and the dash it dosent really show that much in the how to bulid it video
Just look up wiring two batteries in series, that’s all it is. The battery meter just gets added the the positive and negative wires of battery
Do you need the voltage meter
No it was just for reference
Nice..
Will a stock 24v throttle work?
Unfortunately not
Nope tried and the throttle melted internally and made it stuck on full throttle 😂
Yeah, the stock throttles are on off totals not variable
Why not just upgrade to the bigger razor mx?
Not being rude but you started with the smaller platform.
I got it for $20. I have multiple full size ones running 48v. Check out my tik tok, JordyBuilds
