No wonder regular press-ons never fit me! I have curved nailed beds and had no idea! Fortunately, my kit is coming in the mail this weekend and I’m so excited to try out the sculpted tips!!

I had the tip of one finger cut off when I was a kid and the nail grew in curved. It's the only nail I have issues with when it comes to press ons.

I just had the Apres almond tips applied for the first time yesterday. I love the length BUT I feel like the back of the tip is flat.. It's as if the tech took a lot of the side wall and back off and parts are chonked off flat (forgive my lamens terms.) She barely filed them and only touched the tip of the extension itself. I don't wish for more of a curved apex. I wish the tip curved more around the side and back. Does this make sense? Any suggestions?

When lifting occurs, it is usually due to errors during application. When “popping off” occurs, it is due to not enough pressure applied to Gel-X and natural nail while flash curing. If allowed to flash cure without pressing Gel-X into the natural nail, the Gel-X will just sit on the nail and not bond with the nail and it will lift very easily. Also, you need to make sure the area of the tip and nail that is covered by the thumb that is pressing down is properly cured. You’ll need to gently lift and rotate that thumb and properly cure the entire nail to prevent lifting.

so how do you fill the sculpted tip on a natural flat nail if you said we can use the sculpted tip on both shaped nails?

    •  3 года назад +4

Hi! If our tips are very sculpted on your natural nail bed, we recommend you do our reverse building method which is doing two layers of Extend Gel on your natural nail; Please cure for 15 seconds in between each layer. If it's just a bit of space that has to be filled, then you would just use a bit more Extend Gel than usual. Hope this explanation helps ✨

Hello, I have a question, can this brand of tips be used for press on nails? Since some product or chemical caused me an allergy and now I can't use any type of nails, only the press on ones 😔 and I can only paste them with the stickers that are used to paste the press on ones. I would really appreciate your help or what you can recommend and by the way you do a beautiful job I am your new subscriber.

It doesn’t cut the time in half at all, it takes me the same amount of time to do an acrylic full set. Plus your soak off don’t take 20 mins like you guys advertise it!

You mention reverse building to use a sculpted tip on a flat nail, but I can’t find any information about how to do this

    •  3 года назад +4

Hi! Our reverse building method is using extend gel to fill up the empty space between the tip and nail. For example, if you were to use a super sculpted tip on a natural nail bed. Two layers of extend gel on the natural nail bed instead of one (cure between each layer) will help fill in the space. Once you proceed with the rest of the adhesion process, the gel that is put on the base of the tip will also fill in the remaining space if there is any 🙂

What’s the difference between these nails and plastic nails? How are they removed ?

    •  2 года назад

Hello! Our tips are made out of the same ingredients that our Extend Gel is made out (soft gel). They're a lot more sturdier than plastic tips. You would have to soak them off to remove them. We have a few videos on our RUclips channel and Instagram that demonstrate the removal process. I highly suggest checking it out.

    •  3 года назад

Hi! Please make sure to use the right amount of gel when applying them. If any gel does seap out from the free edge, use a brush to brush it up and cure it. If it spills out from the base or sides, we recommend using an old brush with alcohol to clean it up ✨

I’ve watched this video a million times and have what would be considered a natural nail bed, but the natural stiletto tips do not fit at all. Even the size 0 for thumbs is too small. Now I have a million tips that don’t fit and can’t return. I own sculpted coffin long and natural round tips, and they work much better; it almost seems wiser to just purchase all sculpted tips to be safe, since anyone can wear them.
