My first poster was the love poster then the bigger easy rider poster and the cobra poster then there was a space poster with the earth was cracked and stars were comin out the crack. Velvet hypnotizer. Stoned again.
The price and size is what I didn't like, other than that, it's great. But if you are happy with it, buy it!! You might not get another chance, so if it being small does not bother you, grab it before someone else does!
I got them all on eBay. This one has no name but it is made by Monarch Publications in 1974. There is a mini poster on ebay for $75, but not worth it in my opinion.
@@rickpedia6724 wow rick so dissappointed to hear that. I wanted that for my collection so bad.. if you happen to stumble across another 1 plz let me know.. i must say you have a beautiful display there rick.
My favorite is that treehouse over my shoulder. I had that back in the 70s. I have 16 hanging now and 7 that will likely end up on the ceiling. They are comforting, like the low light. I just started drumming at the end of last summer and right now I'm just playing with the Cars Good times Roll. It's a blast to be playing the same music next to the same poster I owned 41 years ago, when this song was new! I never thought I'd even play drums, then my granddaughter wanted to learn so I decided too also. Most fun I've ever had.
@@rickpedia6724 I put the head phones on and go into a euphoric state on my drums. Took 30 years to get here, I'm real happy and comfortable with my play. Can I ask the name of the ship poster, which is anchored between the mountains under a bright yellow sky? I like the one next to it as well, ship facing "dawn" under what looks like a moon.
@@tonyg2859 The ships in order are "The Voyage" "sunset Bay" "island of Love" "the galleon" and Man O War. I'm still at the discovery stage. I love to turn off the music and just play and explore different sounds and beats. My instructor noticed the wear on my crashes yesterday and said it usually takes a couple of years to get them like that, I did it in 9 months lol. I just bought, but dont quit need yet, my 3rd snare head. Obviously I'm single and the cat digs the vibrations.
I bought black felt from Walmart and covered the walls. The white walls took away from the posters. Then I cut a small hole for the cord and they drop down to a surge protector, so they're hidden. The video is old, I have about 18 posters in there now
And Styx playing in the background. Excellent.
You got the classics!!! Love ❤️ it
Awesome setup, I'm 24 and collect blacklight posters i have a em on my wall above My bed 🤘😎🤘

The treehouse was my favorite I had .
Mine too. I have 7 or 8 now

It's called Man in the Wilderness from the Grand Illusion album by Styx. This and Castle Walls are 2 great, underrated songs.

What is it about we drummers we dress our drum rooms with vintage blacklight posters? I just started collecting, found two favorites from the 70s.

Very nice! These posters, what do you use to hold them up on the wall?
I put most onto a cardboard back then tacked to the wall. If they had a previous tack hole, I just used the same hole.
I need your playlist bro

How do you hide the Blacklight LED Stick Cord? Cause I can’t see it in the video (The Plug Cord) or are they just dangling down the wall?
