To be fair after he left United because he wasn’t getting enough opportunities he did immediately walk into Juventus’ first team.
Fergie played rafael and phil jones in cm ahead of world class pogba, fergie sold world class stam, world class pique, world class rossi, world class forlan. Pep is clear
@@solshieldsGiuseppe Rossi world class? I’ll have some of what you’re smoking🤣🤡

lol he wasted his talents. He’s finished
Well, he wasn’t going to win the Women’s World Cup, was he?
Pogba at Juventus was just insane, his powerful legs, strength, athleticism, passion for the game all got left behind
Pogba & Giuseppe Rossi were two of the most talented youngsters United had that never had the career they should have done at the club.
Giuseppi Rossi! My favourite ever youth player.
Unfortunately injuries messed his career up
Pique? Forlan? Simpson won a title with Leicester? Tim Howard one of the best gks in the prem? Fergie was a liability
No ravel morrison was said to be the most talented
Mason Greenwood!????
@@BeinThemoment-sf8st greenwood wasn't playing in pogbas era in the academy but ravel morrison was
Pogba was a complete midfielder. Short passes, long balls, long range shots, and oh, for a player of that height, he was also a very skillful dribbler
Completely shit you mean.
Pogba was my favourite Man United player I'm so sad how his career at united ended. A true baller
You can’t have been watching united for too long??
@@JM91x yeah guess what people were born after you mate and here's the catch, that makes them younger than you.
@@liammclaren2913 that’s fine mate. I assumed you were a noobie as your favourite player would not have been Pogba had you have seen some proper United teams play.
@@JM91x I loved watching Scholes, vidic, gigsy, van persie. Does that not mean I can admire Pogbas style of play and skills above them? Get outta here with your hate bruv.
@@liammclaren2913 absolutely shocking ball knowledge
Pogba was a luxury player in his prime. He need class next to him to do the leg work for his ability to shine. But United tried to use him as the main box to box centre mid. Look at him at Juve and next to Kante at France, he’ll take class team to another level.
This is the first time ive seen someone acknowledge this. Mbappe missed pogba in the last world cup. He could have been Manu's KDB but they were not using him in the correct role.
Perriera sounds exactly like Kevin Prince Boateng
Regardless of what you think of him Pogba has left his mark on football it’s a shame because he didn’t reach his full potential but still has left a decent legacy
Didn't reach his potential because he's an absolute idiot
What legacy underperforming at United and being a bell and having 200 hair styles
@@billymurphy2848 europa league aint to bad
Sometimes Rio says that pogba was the one who stood out then other times it’s Morrison. Make up your mind
I didn't understand why Fergie decided to play defenders as midfielders instead of Pogba.
Then he came back and we saw he wouldn't track back and terrible at scanning before receiving.
I now wonder what would've been of him if he played under Fergie and submit to his standards.
Letting him leave for free then buying him back for 100m Euros four years later was peak United.
You only needed to watch peak Pogba to see how much of a talent he was.
6’4 , BBC strength, you couldn’t get the ball off him.
He had absolutely everything, and the world cup displayed his excellence. Him, Hazard and Neymar really were meant to carry an entire generation of footballers, unfortunately it never really worked out.
Bruh lol
Nothing to do with fortune, just lack of effort and professionalism
People easily got the ball off him because he was fundamentally a poor player who relied on his strength and dribbling and never turned his head when receiving the ball. A couple of flashy passes and shots don't cover up years of bad habits that mean he was never on the level of more fundamentally sound players who worked much harder. Honestly who would you rather build a team around someone like Pogba who has flashes of brilliance or someone like Modric who has metronomic consistency.
BBC Strength 😂 😂 😂
Crazy how all 3 you named failed due to bad self discipline
I really miss him❤
I always felt he should've gone from Juve to a club like Barca or Madrid and exploit all his talent there, not the premier league. Imagine these Barca/Madrid sides w Pogba... Now it's crazy to see his career almost over.
Every talented player should avoid United. Sancho playing lights out in a cl semi final but was benched for Antony
Almost over? Isn't he in proson? 🤔
@wilsonmpesha904 No, he isn't in prison!
He tested positive for a banned substance and has been banned from professional football for 4 years, which many see as the end to his football career.

Which wasn't often at man utd
😂😂
Best player you seen at United? He had like 5 good games wtf
Pogba needed better teammates to fully shine. Look at him in the French team. Or when he had Zlatan.
Was a moments player, couldn’t cut it consistently
@@ciarangrimes7912 not really true. He was performing week in week out when he was at Juve and even during lockdown for us. It's a shame that we couldn't thoroughly utilize his talent
He was lazy his mentality was always off. He needed Roy Keane next to him to kick him up the arse. Gerard always ran the show in mediocre Liverpool teams and always tried his best. Pogba needed two hard working midfielders next to him to cover up his lack of running.
Everyone needs someone to assist you, that's why they call it a team one person cannot do the work
He should have never returned to ManU. That was his downfall.
Maybe he thought he owed them
@@stinga_owed? Yeah, because he returned to United for free💀
His family was his downfall

At U20 WC he was a man among boys. It was so unfair to have him on a team. He was just that good
When players like sancho pogba alexis sanchez di maria and many more struggles the problem is in the system not the player, same goes for coutinho griezman dembele arda turan and many more
From skill to athlesism. He had everything. Except the right mentality and entourage. Truly a sad loss for the sport. Could have been a legend up there with the very best in his position.
I think it was the mentality that stopped him from getting into the team. If it was Fergiw that was there initially, you know how he wanted his players to be.
Imagine pogba and Maino omg 😨

Mai who
that midfield will entertain you and concede alot of goals unless they'll have a certain Kante and that facts!
@@user-qg1zt4yr5r that’s why you would put a proper cdm like Rodri to do most of the defensive work because Mainoo can defend as well
Poggy let us down to be honest. On his day he could play like Scholes/Keane combined. But he lacked the hunger and desire. Didn't show enough heart. He let the fans down.
Ravel Morrison was considered to be ahead of him by all accounts
Is Rio not talking about Ravel Morrison in that clip?
He needed a player like Kante with him so he could shine and kante would hide his laziness when shit wasn’t going his way
That's why Bellingham made a great decision to join Dortmund instead of Man United. There's just no way they were going to give a 16/17 year old enough games in midfield.
Should’ve been him and Ravel Morrison as Utd’s future CAM’s
Dem man deh different I miss im
Ravel just entered
In Juventus he was the perfect midfielder
Fergie should have used Pogba, Pique etc to full potential
From a Bird of Prey, to a Peacock.
I heard Fergie wouldn't pay him
Fergie took on alot of roles at the club I dont think doing the payroll was one of them 😂😂
That’s correct, Fergie’s pockets weren’t that deep! 😂
His attitude let him down
Taking the mic ayoooo ⏸️⏸️⏸️
Periera was in the academy with pogba?!
It's sad how his career turned out. Could have become one of the best of his generation, but wrong decisions and injuries ruined him. He still had a great career, but it could have been so much more
I'm always a bit suspicious of claims of staggering talent when years later he's playing every week and can't do the simple things as a midfielder; never lose the ball and play it simple. If you're that talented, don't lose the ball so often because you overplay it?
Back when his blackmagic spell was still working ~
Can have all the talent in the world but if the attitude doesn’t match then it’s not going to work. I’d be surprised to hear of many United fans wanting Pogba to stay on at United after his last season or 2 at Old Trafford.
If only he didn't have Mino Raiola as his agent...
To his credit, he did secure Pogba a massive contract with guaranteed 1st team place at the top club in Europe. Something which United weren't willing to give at the time.
As a player, what more do you want from an agent?
I always rated Andreas Pereira.
Make your mind up. One minute it’s Morrison who was the one and now it’s pogba
I think pogba will thrive with someone like Carlo Ancelloti.. who will give him freedom to roam.. under Mourinho he just cant express himself.. he is an AM not a DM..
Heard rio say the same about ravel
I wish things ended differently for him oh well.
Anyone in sunday league looks good. Attitude and application is another thing. Ravel look e better.
💎
We had some edge when he was in the team. Shame he's got himself into trouble
Sure, this is all very well but for 50% of games at Utd he barely showed up. Most frustrating player ever.
Amazing to see Man U fans saying he is over rated. Please listen to Bastian Schweinsteiger list the people with vision in the Man utd team, but the culture at the club didn't allow for them to flourish. Look at all the amazing talent that has been bought by Utd and lost form. Sancho sure seems average at BVB ryt?
So Pogba has vision 🤣🤣🤣? Am African like you and you know Pogba couldnt fit the central midfield United was trying him out for - reason is that he just was poor in that position. He only thrived at Juventus coz they fielded him further forward to compensate for his lack of aptitude and the centre of the pitch.
Yh sancho is terrible at dortmund. 3 goals in 18 and one good game in the champions league and united haters have come out the woodwork😂😂😂so sad, get united out your head mate
MUFC been draining the life from these players no diddy
Probably played in the wrong era. I feel like Pogba would have fulfilled his potential if he was playing in the 2000s
The guy is naturally talented but hugely flawed as a person. He ruined his chances progressively all on his own.
Pogba is only 31
Nah he had talent but he just didnt use it enough consistently but he has still won things
Such a maddening player ,Ive never heard anyone say Scholes or Yaya or Kaka needed someone beside him to do the dirty work ,they put in the hard yards themselves. Perhaps he was too much of a free spirit for this cycyle of football ,but no amount of talent made up for his lack of determination, especially for a Man U midfielder.
Ferguson made very few mistakes in his career. Playing Cleverley, Fletcher or Anderson instead of a very young Pogba was one of those
He wasn’t consistent & that’s what the difference between a world class player & a very good talent
Most of Utd players love talking alot more than playing football on the pitch
He left because Darren Fletcher was keeping him out of the 1st team. Fergie favourite !
I think Mainoo will be better - and in the next 6 years be part of a golden era for both Man Utd and England. But only time will tell. Paul should have gone on to be the world’s greatest player. But unfortunately for him he came back to a dysfunctional Man Utd.
You wonder how things might have developed for him had he stayed at OT under the tutelage of the great SAF for a few years like Ronaldo did, before going abroad to Italy or better still Spain - at Madrid or prime Barcelona.
Didn’t they say that Pogba had no talent so they sold him to Juventus
Wasn't ravel morrison said to be the most talented in the academy at that time when pogba lingard were playing together
😢 yeah.
So someone is lying here about ravel Morrison or paul pogba..
Pogba was hated on by pundits - he was a major talent like Balotelli
And like Mario, didn't live up to expectations.
It's between Pogba and Greenwood in regards to the best player from our academy.
Since 2010 maybe, neither are close the top 3 United produced
@@ntlrdm George Best, Sir Bobby and Duncan Edwards?
@@StrykezMan09 Depends what metric you're using, but if we're going on raw talent and ability then surely Ravel Morrison should be in the discussion. Mainoo could also find himself in the discussion next season. There's others too but it's hard to judge since not all of them played as much or were sold.
If we're taking about trophies then Giggs, Beckham and Scholes be in the discussion.
If we're talking about impact and who made United one of the biggest clubs in the world then the 3 you mentioned should be in the discussion.
If we're taking everything into account then I would say all of these we've mentioned would rank above them.
Pogba and Greenwood were great talents, but the former won't be remembered as much by the world as Scholes in 20-30 years, and the latter played too few games to be considered a 'great' from United's academy. If he didn't do what he did we may well have been sitting here and comparing him the Busby Babes, Class of '92, etc.
@@ntlrdm Yeah, very good points 👍
Man utd misused pogba. A player like that has to be utilized in the pockets, instead he was mostly used in double pivot by three different managers.
Eric dier used to play for United ?
Ravel Morrison
Powerful yeh steds will do that
He was a fantastic player. Unfortunately, he believed it too much.
Yh that team was so talented that all of them were sold 😅
I was saying to the lads I work with at behind the bar that Pogba wasted his career. Could have lived an amazing life.

The best player, he will definitely play for the first team not will he but when, and it came late because he is black and not English simple. And now everyone is blaming him.
Ya'll forget that united even wasted a generational talent in the form of Memphis Depat
Such a shame he's banned. Sad.
"Was" . Then the money and hype ruined him. Something Sir Alex was trying to control by making him wait.
All the talent none of the heart. Could say that about a lot of the current United squad.
Laziest player in Utd History
Scalvini - 70
Miguel Guitterez - 30
Andre - 30
Kvara -120
Rosy retrospection.
Then turnt shite 👏🏻
All the talent in the world mixed with a horrible attitude.
He looked great in the slow italian league and slow international football where he had time to slow the play and dictate the game.
In the prem players were closing him down straight away and he got found out and struggled to operate.
Just another player like Hazard who didnt show their full potential
Had the talent without the work rate shame
Paul coming back to United was a waste of his talent. If he had chosen City he would have been 10x greater than KDB now.
Surely you know Pep cant sign Pogba unless he lowers his benchmark - can easily be pressed into losing possession and misplaces many passes.
@@vs6300Pep asked him to sign for city but chose to go back to Juve to escape the nasty uk media
