"Sadak ka naam English me rakhne se sadak ban nahi jathi hai , Turner road se turn nahi liya ja rha, pura sheher Anurag Kashyap ke budget pe bani hai"... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He's talking purely vs New York, and he's right, I just came back from New York on vacation, an average short cab ride is about 12-15$ (960-1300 Rs), an average meal is about 30-40 $ on the cheap, 50$+ on average (Rs.4000), my hotel was 600$ a day (50k including taxes), in 2 weeks, including shopping my wallet was drained of 30+ lacs.
Love his energy and honesty, very unique tenant for sure! Given his background he would surely have great things to share in his standup routines. Wishing him all the success😊
My all-time favourite episode of The Tenant - what a chill, and jovial guy. Bharat, next time you’re in Delhi the butter chicken is on me boss. Let’s find a way to get in touch.
I wish man! Money control didn't tag me in this video. Didn't tag me on their social media. Didn't share my post of promoting this video for them. Didn't link my youtube channel. Came, recorded me, didn't show me the edit and kept what they wanted to show. Just posted it. But I am new to the city and this business, you live and you learn.
That’s the case with all 2nd generation NRIs who were born there. Mother tongue at home and with close family friends, American English everywhere else
For all Punjabi Food like Butter Chicken, Chole Bhature, Kulcha, Tandoori Chicken, Punjabi Lassi he can come to Sion Koliwada where he will get authentic Punjabi Style Food no more Flights to Delhi for his Food Cravings for Rajma & Kadi he can go to National Restaurant at Guru Nanak Road at Bandra near Yaadgaar Falooda it's a Simple Punjabi Restaurant very reasonable rates run by a Sardarji for more than 50 years.
Seriously, everything is available in Mumbai...ofcourse the taste might differ a bit since its a tropical-coastal city..here Maharashtrian, Gujarati, Malwani, Goan, Udipi, Mangalorean cuisine is in abundance...for Punjabi-Sindhi food Sion Koliwada, GTB Nagar, Chembur Camp, National, Punjab Sweet house in Bandra, Hardeep Punjab in Sion there are few more options at kings cirlce, juhu, andheri as well!
@@herambpatkar Yes Sion Koliwada & Chembur Camp is hub of Punjabi Food as the tenent is new in Mumbai & for his Punjabi Food Craving he flies to Delhi I thought why not I show him where to come for authentic punjabi Food made by Punjabis Street Food & Fine Dine both types are available at both these places.
Good luck Bharat! Mumbai is not for everyone and definitely for the long term if you're not from there...can vouch for it from my personal experience! But the people are generally and nice and helpful, miles ahead of Delhi...so yes mixed bag.
Rafique merchant: Bandra..., I love Bandra... oolaalaa 😍 Vishal Bhargava: Kya hai Bandra mein? Plots are small ,Roads are not there, footpath toh everybody knows. Buildings are ugly as hell. BANDRA HAS ONLY VIBE.🫠

Jahan humare sapne poore hote hain, wahan inka struggle shuru hota hai
bruh
Jeevan ka doosra naam hi struggle hai. Anant Ambani ki apni struggle hai, auto driver ki apni. Bas lage raho aur kush raho.

Nice strategy to become rich 😂
Vishal was out of his regular comfort zone of dealing with boring young families! 🤣
The Tenant got his due: He Wanted to be seen in famous youtube show. Visibility Increased!. He might now get some shows here and there.
Attention is everything

Meri Punajbi best hai. Apni agli video mein woh sunaonga aap ko
In this entire episode Mr. Bharat didn’t allow much to speak Mr. Abhinav.. what’s told by Mr. Bharat about Bombay is true. I appreciate.
Man having a great life.
I can understand how he felt after moving from the USA to Mumbai. Definitely nightmare 😂
This is the best episode till now
He takes a flight to Delhi for having butter chicken and chole bhature 😂😂😂
❤❤❤❤❤favorite episode..
Felt like banda is genuine after long time
Mast aadmi ha...
Transparent and fun loving guy
One of the best episodes till now where Vishal was very quite😂

I actually really appreciate this comment. I will go check out these places since I am here for the long haul.
English Is Fantabulous Hindi is also very good Nice Person.
He’s so apt about Sindhi 😂
Great episode!
All I'll say is like Bharat's impression of Mumbai, his idea of Indian food is also very narrow 😃
Bro is Higher than the floor he lives on
Baadsha ne stand up comedy kab shuru kar di😅😅
Hahaha, really funny comments 5:35
“ Powder Room “ - funny man 🎉
Likeable guest
Thoda jyada hu gya... flight Delhi chole n come back Mumbai..rest was okay except its (Tennant) accent 😀 Vishal as always good to seen you again 👌
Well, this concept can officially be called now as.. India's got rent !!
(On the lines of india's got talent and india's got latent.)

So you are indicating that he won't be able to live in Mumbai for long? 😅
हमारे विश्वगुरू ने भी दिया था 20 लाख करोड़ का लेकिन देने का नहीं, चूसने का जनता से।
😂😂😂😂
5 minutes = indians should revolt against corrupt politican 😊😊😊
Good video
My monthly inhand salary is less than the rent that they are paying. South Bombay is indeed quite expensive.
This is not even south bombay, core sobo is even more expensive
Bandra is not in South Mumbai it's in Suburban area.
This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. But if it works for him good luck.
What’s stupid here. He has retired, has the money. Doing Stand Up cause he wants to try it. If you had the means, you’d do the same.
@6:40 Bro buy one ergonomic chair if you sit there for long time. Good for your ass.
He says Affordable because he earned in Dollars
Thank you someone said it that Mumbai food sucks.
Another promotional video for stand up comedian
zee premium le lo bhai. warna dusra app dalo background me :D
Punjabi cuisine is popular in US. Since it contains cream.
His standup video
Merese likhwa ke lelo ye banda CIA ka agent hai. Agar nhi hai toh ye jivan kamyab nhi hoga. I bet he still asks for allowance from his parents
