Ansys is for CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) Fusiom 360 is for CAD (Computer Aided Design) With Ansys you do analysis, very advanced analysis to see an aproximation of how your designs are going to perform if you build them. Fusion 360 also has analysis tools but those are not the best suited for CAE. Also Ansys comes with modelling softwares like Spaceclaim but those are more used for modify designs, not for create designs.
SolidEdge if you do CAD for engineering or useful 3D printing (with usefull i mean you want something that you can really use as a tool or mechanical component) Blender if you do CAD for animation, character designs or decorative 3D printing FreeCad is useful for engineering CAD too, but is not begineer friendly.

It really depends on what you are using it, the hobbyist license of Fusion 360 is weak and offers less than the community edition of SolidEdge that gives you the full software for free without being a student and is only limited on the generative design module. Fusion 360 was the best for hobbyist before 2021, but right now it isn't, is still a good option but not the best.
Tinkercad sucks, it can’t do anything. If you say that you can 3D model and you use tinkercad then you don’t know how to 3D model I feel like. (No hate on the video)
