    Note to self 😊 Well, I missed two weeks of work outs after four months. I’m starting my count again and appreciate Rosalie’s guidance. Week #1 (8-13). 💫 whew! Hot here in Florida

    Rosalie - I’m thinking of alternating this workout every other day with cardio in between (treadmill, bike, step, etc)…. What are your thoughts? Seems like a great full body workout 😊
