Can’t believe you caught onto the concept after the first listen. I had the idea he was on a date trippin hard on drugs too! This is one of the best breakdowns on RUclips bro, worth the wait 💯

Why did you use the thumbnail of the Theremin music video by Ed Scissor in your thumbnail? This video is about The Stump

Rammin out it out in the uk means to fill something or somewhere up, he’s talking about the venue being empty but it will fill up later.
He’s talking about some kid who came in, who is visibly wearing/showing his old past - could be his clothes or his manner
Don’t think he’s talking about himself here, more the casualties, the leftovers from that period in time, where he was a teen goth etc - he dropped out of their crowd and became a goth. But it definitely represent how people and times move on, but perhaps still carry that period with them still.
Uk slang - having kids can actually mean stressing out, perhaps he meant she was stressing out a lot. But it could also mean she was explaining past stories/traumas, and those "kids" are gnawing at her under the table while she talks.
I think he’s simply talking about the reassurance of people of your tribe turning up, people who move shady like him. The opposite of being a clone, looking for the other freaks who move like you do. I like your interpretation of this bit about them being interchangeable and just continuing his own spiel. Those people are also sometimes drug dealers waiting to sell anyone willing some freak - the chorus about multiplying can be seen as an overview of society in general, or it could be a reference to the seemingly endless clones ready to take the place of the generic drug taking youth that surrounds him.
I’ve run out of steam at this point. Will revisit this later.
