  • Thank you for viewing. The fitted table cloths can be purchased from www.tableclothsforless.com The top skinny banner I mentioned is a bit pricey but the guy is great to work with in designing it www.canopybanners.net If you have any questions, I'm happy to answer. You can email me at WoodcraftByScott@gmail.com P.S. after that last clip, I sold 4 more puzzles in the final 15 minutes for a slightly above average day of 32 sold.

Hi Joseph, I simply dip the entire puzzle in mineral oil and then put them on a rack to dry. You can see my entire process in this video. ruclips.net/video/5G-lA0DuFdU/видео.html

What type of wood do you normally use for your animals?

Hi David, I like to us poplar. I like the color variations. Standard 1x12 stock from Lowe's/Home Depot

Thank you for the quick reply. So the wood is about 3/4 inch then right? Can you tell me what size blade you use. I would like to give this a try.

Correct, it's actually 3/4" thick. I use Olson Mach Speed #3 blades, but I know others who prefer a #5 blade. Whichever you're most comfortable with and how loose you want the puzzle pieces to be.

I am going to give it a try. I have a good saw but don't use it much. I do have grandkids that will love these.
