Same way you took it off except you cut for the hitch
This did not work out so easily. But I did not have the plastic cover so that was a bonus.
I had to do it myself with no lift. I use blocks of wood to get it. But a word of advice is do not tighten the side bolts that hold the frame together. Leave all of those loose. Just enough to hold it all together. And then mount it to the car from underneath. I also could not get the muffler to remove the gasket. So I used straps to pull the muffler off to the side. Then I worked one bolt in on each side. Also use WD-40 and spray it in the holes under the van. The bolts cross thread very easily. So I got 5 1/2 in. One is cross thrreaded. It took me 3 hours.
How about plastic cover, no trim and no need to put back?

Thanks for great video. Why not just Dremel an opening in the cover so you don't have to remove it for the left side ?
Have trouble getting right side holes aligned and it’s the exact same hitch you guys installed. Did you all have the same issue?

have a 2015 sienna XLE. Bought a curt hitch made for this model. What a piece of shit how in the world can they produce a hitch that constantly hits the ground????? mean if you produce this fora car or van do they not have any quality control. Every time use my car have to remember to drive sideways out of shopping center not to hit the ground wonder when accedently hit another car. What a bunch of crap.
Do you mean, that it's too low to the ground? I thought so as well.
@@kovalenkoihor4325 yes it is. When its mount on the car i cant drive into a stripmall here in LA without hitting the ground. Very stupid design. I payed 150 dollar for nothing its in my garage i cant sell it to anyone with a good mind you know. Very annoying.
