This guy is a genius. As he said and he is right, you can't be partisan in making these predictions. And he does this him being a Democrat and he does an awesome job in putting all of that aside making these predictions very early on.

He said that is embedded in the WPV which is something they deeply harp on. He did not say it was not part of other groups.
