In the midnight hour she cried more more more with the rebel yell more more more
to me it will always be the rebel yell and it was my second wooden coaster but my favorite all time
Thanks for showing the world what a sweet ride the Rebel Yell always was....and obviously still is. Super good memories.
I'm from the DMV area I love this park and this is my favorite ride
It may just be me, but the back turnarounds don't look quite as tall when they're overshadowed by Intimidator 305 behind them.
Stand-up coaster - now I know why a sign at the point the coaster approached the first hill said "DON"T STAND UP" Luckily, the bar kept us secure! This was an amazing ride! People did yell (a lot) while riding it. :)
I really enjoyed this ride
My friend Dobi and I rode this rollercoaster as 9 year old kids in the late 70s and we sat in the first seat just like this. The bar came up on us and we were so scared as we yanked it down, trying to get it to lock in place. We screamed our heads off, but before we knew it the ride was over.
Rebel Yell pov
For a person that has never been on a roller coaster and wants this one to be there first ride which side will be the less scariest
The trip I had here earlier today was my first at going on a rollercoaster but it was the Dominator that I went on first. I went on this one last!
I remember when i went up there i was in fourth grade and when i went up there i think it was my 1st time ever cursing
Aah my first roller coaster… I almost lost my glasses as I was scared stiff. My brother had to grab them off my face before they fell off.
Thunder road... Is that you??
This.twin.racing.rollercoaster.was.shown.in.the.77.movie.called.Rollercoaster...it.wasnt.the.one.that.he.bombed.though
The park has renamed this coaster. It's now called The Racer 75. I told my wife it used to be called The Rebel Yell.
this is basically The Racer from Kings Island lol
Just with the split happening at the turnaround rather than at the third hill.
Both are John C. Allen coasters. It's also Thunder Road (formerly) at Carowinds. There are minor differences but all three are out-and-back dueling coasters and even the sequence of hills is almost the same.
Type: Wood - Stand Up.
Sadly those don't exist. :(
if stand ups are painful with STEEL tracks what makes you think it would be fun with wooden track? ive been on mantis and green lantern which are B&Ms which are both pretty painful
***** i dont think green lantern is a bad ride, it just kinda hurts your private parts. and ive never ridden shockwace, but i hear its pretty unbearable. i hear togo is pretty bad
Oh they do, Coaster at Playland, Phoenix at Knoebels, Swamp Fox at Family Kingdom, and Cornball Express at Indiana Beach.
OH HELL NO!!!!!!!!!
What is wrong about it?
Thunder Road is a bit more thrilling than Rebel Yell... :)
I love wooden cousters
George Wilmer Me too!!!!! :)
What couster is this?
George Wilmer Rebel Yell at Kings Dominion. :)
I just finished watching the Rebel yell video it was amazing
Rebel yell is racer 75
No, Racer 75 is Rebel Yell. It will forever be Rebel Yell regardless of their name changes.
