As the state prepares for a HUGE influx of people from out of state, many are wondering what is the best way to prepare. I know that some cities here in Texas have instituted emergency status. As an individual I think the only thing to worry about is driving around during the 6 hour window as the same people who text and drive will look up at the approaching or waning moon over the sun instead of focusing on the road.
