What a nice looking machine. They have really improved since I operated one. Is the D10 the only machine that can be remote controlled…. That is definitely a great upgrade. Caterpillar the best equipment on the planet. Thanks for sharing!!

Hi Sylvano! Essentially, more horsepower in the reverse direction enables faster cycle times. We’re able to apply more horsepower in the reverse direction without impact to the powertrain because the dozer isn’t carrying a load; when it’s moving forward, it has a load to carry and we have to be careful to protect the powertrain. In reverse, without that load, we can increase power to speed up cycle times. Hope that helps. - Ron

Anything with EGR is a huge problem and is screaming downtime these machines need to run 24hrs a day 7 days a week 😮 why are we still using tracks from 60years ago some things need upgrading and learn from old machines the fact ya have the same brake downs is unreal
