What a great spot for a family meet up. Getting some summery weather was a bonus too. You're right about Kaiteriteri being packed in the summer holidays. There's hardly room to move. The Abel Tasman coast track is very busy too.
Great Video : ) I Live in Nelson with My 2 Boys. We stay at Kaiteriteri Camp Ground a lot. And not far away is Marahau , the Gateway to Abel Tasman, Also in Motueka is the Top10 CampGround. That is Fantastic For Families (Bouncy Pillow, Fun Bikes, Swimming Pool with Slide, Playground)
We loved every minute with these guys, Such a lovely family. Thanks for sharing your part of Paradise Chelsea and Bronson and will miss Harvey,Piper and Ruby. Until we catch up again all our love ❤️
Looks like a great place for wintering and not too expensive. Thanks for the info, we'll be looking for places like this next winter if we still can't travel overseas!
If you stay in Kaiteriteri you will need to get yourself a mountain bike Bronson, lots of tracks up behind Bethany. What a great spot! Since being in the South Island your videos have reminded us of many of our own trips to the Coast or Kaiteriteri, our kids have enjoyed watching you guy's too. Enjoy the good weather. Couldn't help but notice in a past video you use Norwex. The wife sells the stuff, our caravan is fitted out with it 🤣
Haha yeh we have a few Norwex cloths etc, good spotting! 😂 You are so right about the mountain bike, we were thinking about hiring one and seeing how the trails are and then try and figure out how to get ours down here haha. Thankfully we had some sunny weather while Chelsea's parents were here, nice and sunny but its starting to get chilly at night now! Thank goodness for diesel heaters 😊
Ohh you are right you may have 😉 Chelsea and her mum went for a trek in Cape Farewell which will be in the next video, they rode up to you knees in the ocean!! Winter box arrived just in time haha, its getting pretty chilly here now!
You are right there, NZ is not failing to deliver! We didn't chillout much haha, only had 10 days with the grandparents so we tired to squeeze alot in! 😁
I have been binge watching your videos😄 we get our Motorhome in December and you have given us so many place ideas to stay with heaps of hints and tips for beginners. What an awesome little family you have making so many fun memories . Did you get to take the track down to Split Apple Rock, a lovely wee beach great for a picnic at low tide.
We didn't go down that track unfortunately but it's on the list! We did see Split Apple Rock from the boat but I had a grumpy child on my lap haha, they both had the last of their teeth come through so were not feeling flash 😩 Motorhome in December! That is exciting! where's first on your list of locations to go?
Love these Vlogs. Been following for a few months and love Kaiteriteri. I was thinking I might vlog myself about my soon-to-be full time caravan living. Your video quality and content sets a standard that don't think I will ever match so am in two minds about that. I have a Caravan on order but shipping from the US is a bit dodgy at the moment. Hope to have my new Grand Design Imagine 2670MK boprv.co.nz/our-models/grand-design-imagine-2670mk arrive and setup/converted in early July. This will get me out of the tent where it is getting a little cold. Hope our paths cross at some stage in the future as I am fond of your adventure and amazing family.
Awesome! I like the look for those Grand Design Imagines! Nice tank sizes and the double slide is 👌 I reckon give the vlogging a go, it’s not so much about quality more about the story so people would find it interesting for sure. Try a tour video of your new caravan when it arrives. Might see you out on the road for sure! It’s a small world out here in the full time community haha 😁
Just before you get into Kaiteriteri there is a small bridge you drive across (by the lagoon but) there is a path right by that bridge that will take you to that look out! 👌😊
@@AdventuresWithRosy thank you. I didn’t know about that look out when we went there 2 years ago, glad I bumped into your vid ☺️. But will be back in two weeks time 😍.
How beautiful was Kaiteriteri! Got us thinking it might be the perfect winter spot 😀 What do you reckon?
It seems to be a popular winter over location
Yeh it does! Seems like there is loads of room though which is good 😀
Absolutely stunning place. Really dig that family vibe.
Thanks KuraQueen! Hope you are well and keeping warm! ☺️

The bath towels are the best, they dry a lot easier than a normal towel FYI
@@shannonradcliffe1418 oh good tip thanks! I have one of those microfibre towels but Chelsea hates them haha
I'm at Richmond Park too (12 th May) would be great to have a chat when rain ceases.
Nice to meet you yesterday Mike! Hopefully this sunshine lasts 😊
Nice video guys
Thanks ☺️ appreciate you watching!
Looks beautiful, yay for parents and the winter box😃Did I see some horse trekking pics on FB?
Ohh you are right you may have 😉 Chelsea and her mum went for a trek in Cape Farewell which will be in the next video, they rode up to you knees in the ocean!! Winter box arrived just in time haha, its getting pretty chilly here now!
Really looking forward to that 😃
It looked like fun but they did a 3.5 hour trek and were pretty sore afterwards haha
Cute, the girls have grown up so fast. We did the Abel Tasman walk, took us a week but well worth it ! something we will never forget!
You did the whole thing! Wow that's a good effort. How stunning is Abel Tasman, would love to do some of the kayaking trips this summer.
Another great adventure , NZ never fails to deliver, Park looks a beautiful place to chill out for awhile. Hi Mum, Dad😀🏞️
