Using a Wilton Deluxe Practice Board (amzn.to/18G6NmI) and CK buttercream (amzn.to/14fWIcR), I demonstrate how to pipe a plume border with star tip #21 (amzn.to/1lrxyij) and small round tip #3 (amzn.to/15DdQOk).
