@@SetupManCubs I can't believe why you wouldn't even bite on at least 2 of those pitches. For a moment I thought this was a "no swing" exercise. I'm thinking that he just volunteered to hit lead-off for all of '24!
Jordan Wicks is in my "Cubs rotation of the future". Steele, Horton, Wicks, Imanaga. I expect these 4 to be here 3 years from now. Part of that was his impressive run in '23, the other part is me feeling like the front office has nailed their 1st round picks recently. Wicks, Horton, and Shaw are all amazing picks that are likely long time MLB players.

Love Jordan's stuff. He can really be nasty with his pitches! Question remains... is he the 5th starter or long relief?
I'd treat him like we did with steele, long relief with the opportunity to be starting next season, that is if we can't get anyone else to come up
