Thanks for the update, guys. I know community feedback has to be overwhelming but it is nice to see you're taking as much onboard as you can. I've had a fantastic time in Nightingale and can't wait to see where it goes moving forward.
I really, really like what you guys have created here. Even with all the issues this is actually my favourite release of 2024 so far, this game is unique. Can't wait to see Nightingale reach the point where we're beyond technical issues, and can focus on adding more content, more biomes, more cards, etc. And more Puck, definitely more Puck.
I've been a multi decades long fan and supporter of Aaryn Flynn's games since the very beginning. As he leaves companies, they seem to take a nose-dive in the areas that seem to matter most to us gamers, almost as if he's the heart and soul behind the projects (seriously, check out the titles he's been heavily involved with over the years!). I'm loving everything about this game, and the amazing team over at Inflexion. Is this studio my spiritual successor of the Bioware of old? Yes, yes it is 😍
@@EyeXombie I have been following Nightingale since it's early development, When I say 'players actually matter' i mean i have been on the Feedback & Bugs page and the discord and spoken to them about various thing and they seem to get it, and when I try i can actually speak to a person, that speaks volumes.
oh every game developers care about their customers. if the customers either dont play their games anymore or are hating on the game so much that they loose money.
Coming from some games where the CS asks you to do all the investigating work for them, ie capturing the bug in a video, showing in the video that the bug is repeatable, etc. and then maybe getting a positive reply if you're lucky, this level of correspondence between devs and players is amazing. Thanks for all your support and hard work.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, you're doing development right. By being open and honest with the community on the features you are implementing as well as the development timeline plus the meaningful interaction with your community, you are doing something very few other studios do and you are doing it well. Despite what some players may say, there is no such thing as a perfect game and as long as you do the best you can to keep this transparency up, I think Nightingale will go far in the future despite the rocky start. Best of luck, Inflexion team!
I can't remember when I played last time so many hours in early access game, currently 120h, can't wait for more.thank you for update and all your hard work.
This is FANTASTIC communication. I'm a product manager in ed tech and commend your approach. Keep up the great work! Loving the game and the way it brings my brother and I together for a game night.
This whole experience has been worth joining the Early Access of Nightingale. Thanks for caring what we players enjoy in a game. Thanks for being thoughtful of how patches are being handled.
Our team is having fun playing your game. Keep up the transparency and hard work. Looking forward to the many elements to be added. Also chat within the Watch would be great. Thank you Nightingale team!
The biggest problem was the fact, that this game was released to early access shortly after Palworld and Enshrouded - both incredible survival games. Saying that - Nightingale has great base to build upon, and with such awesome transparency and devs listening to community I think it can be incredible game in a year. If they will add the crafting from chests, store the same stacks and crafting queues - it will improve the game experience tremendously, especially for people who really enjoy the crafting in survival games.
I have been watching this game pretty much since it was announced. When it released I was super excited. Having purchased the game and played when I can, the game has been worth every dollar, even with the network crashes. Seeing the dev team so focused on the player experience with a well thought out roadmap is just a cherry on top. Thank you, everyone at Inflexion.

I have all the time in the world for issues during early access release. If I'm going to have to start again because my realm vanishes into the void, that's no big deal. I've already restarted a couple of times and will do so again. Each time I learn a whole bunch of new stuff I want to go back and try it out from scratch it is a joy to restart. Keep up the great work.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the development team and Mr. Flynn for the recent update on our cherished game. Your dedication is evident in every aspect, and I'm thrilled about the progress. Thank you for keeping me and the gaming community informed and engaged throughout the development process. I eagerly anticipate each update, knowing it brings new adventures to explore in Nightingale. Your hard work continues to inspire me, and I'm excited about the future of the game.♥
Looking forward to the short term updates you have planned. Thanks for the hard work so far. This is what you love to hear from a developer that cares about the players. It is appreciated.
I have to give them big time credit. I lost my base after putting 70 plus hours into it, due to the Respite realm bug. By the time I next logged in which was about 8 hours later, my base was back and i had not lost a second of time from my pervious logout. Thanks Inflexion games.
I have to praise this development team for the massive amount of communication they give to their players! I'm absolutely loving this game and the 276 hours i've put into it show just how much! In all those hours i've not really encountered many issues at all apart from one lost follower and a couple of netork errors, which for an early access game is a great achievement. I look forward to what you're going to bring us in the future & applaud you massively for all the hard work you put in to keep this game a great experience for us all

I love the concept of the game and i did enjoy my time with it, even though i get constant network errors that take me out of the game without letting me back in... Would totally LOVE to be able to buy from an Essence trader through the Guidebook, post-meeting. Awesome idea, cannot wait! (Hopefully this applies to the Watch traders, as well! )
I greatly appreciate the update, and one of the reasons I ended up on board this game was the same active and participative spirit your team keeps displaying. That being said, I'd like to address the ingot exploit situation. Currently the way the game scales, there are limits to how the ranged weapons in particularly scale with enemy HP. In high levels, magic barely tickles the HP bar, so there is little incentive for it outside crowd control. One thing you can do is to embrace the unintended consequences and develop a refined ingot system, with a cap, so players can fine-tune the stats up to a point. This ingot-refinement system should also be locked behind higher-tier crafting stations, perhaps a dedicated station. Personally, I found it fun to test the limits, although as it is in public lobbies it absolutely ruins the experience (especially considering the lower difficulty of Vaults). I ended up taking a break until I see what you plan to do regarding this exploit. I would also like to thank you for the many quality-of-life improvements though, I really want to see this game become the gem it can be.
I've been with you guys since you announced this game and I love every aspect this game has sooooooo much potential more realms and maybe more in depth story quests and def a offline is needed asap due to all the problems with servers which has been fixed but I could see a beautiful deep and intriguing storyline if done right I stand with you guys and u have my support keep up the good work and thank you for a good game
So happy with the explanation, I had a bug early on I thought it was because I was on easy that if i repaired my tools it did not take essence, or my building repair, now that this is fixed and cost me the main bugbear I have and there havent been many for me is the I have trees and stones and stuff growing in my house even if i cut them down rebuild and repair which seems like a major defecit when compared to free repairs. Also, playing along with a friend I love the procedurialy (spelling?) created maps but noticed mine are so different to my friends compared to my own which are becoming a bit rinse wash repeat over and over same stuffeach map then when I group I have so many different styles from the statues to the animals and so on, it seems great being random but like each person gets more unique features per map that can help or hinder another person if they are then playing alone for a bit.
Please bring back the HUD design from the server stress test (Orb design). The new/current one is a visual disaster and no matter how much I think about it, I don't understand this change/downgrade!
Take your time guys. I will stay along the way. I a good game need community feedback and good dews. All is present so just make sure not to overwork yourselves and make a good game.
I've put off playing until offline mode is implemented. sad to see offline mode is 'medium' term... seems like you could go the palworld route and just let me run my own home server...
Very Nice overview of what is been done and is to come. The big question remains is are they going to do bi-weekly updages weekly updates or monthly updates to start till they have a very stable game.
That was a nice video. Thank you for showing us what you're working on, and taking your time to put a video together.
Great 🙌 Super excited for future updates!
I've put off playing until offline mode is implemented. sad to see offline mode is 'medium' term... seems like you could go the palworld route and just let me run my own home server...
the game is wonderful, we are waiting for more updates)
I love this game and hope the massive bump in the road with the missing realms doesn’t have too much of an effect on Nightingales overall success
Very Nice overview of what is been done and is to come. The big question remains is are they going to do bi-weekly updages weekly updates or monthly updates to start till they have a very stable game.
Bravo! Slow victoian clap to you. This sort of information sharing is priceless.
That was a nice video. Thank you for showing us what you're working on, and taking your time to put a video together. As a person who's main focus in life is games and how they work, I appreciate it like no other. Your game has great art and is a fantastic concept for a survival game. Keep it up! 👍👍
