@@RyanShirley that is a tough question because each area has it’s own unique charm. These type of video remind me of how wonderful my country is, despite all the problems that it has. I wish I will be able to visit all the beauty of Italy one day.
I have been to Italy twice and watched dozens of videos on Italy. Many go into detail on specific towns or cities but this is the absolute best overview of the country. Period. Great job, Ryan.
Hi Ryan, This video is just amazingly beautiful I was there just before covid 19 as part of a tour from Greece with 45 Greeks 1 American and me 1 Mexican American and in 9 days I had one of the best times of my life . I can not wait to go back there on my own this time and rent a car my favorite city has to be Florence as well although I loved Rome, The Vatican and wonderful memories from every place we visited . I honestly never imagine there was so much more to see until I sow your video. Thank you.
Ryan, it's so hard to make a top 100 places list of Italy if you're not italian, and you did a great job. Thanks for sharing this. I've been many many times in Val Gardena (Trentino Alto Adige), a place that I've deeply loved since I was a child. It's the valley between Seceda, Sassolungo and Passo Gardena. You have definetly been blessed to see Seceda in that way, with those evocative clouds. It's always an amazing place, but that was literally out of the world.
Love Italy! I’ve been to Florence, Rome, Umbria & Perugia, and Assisi. North of Assisi is Gubbio where I got to see what is called The Running Of The Candles. You’ll have to look it up.
When you are around Verona I suggest you to pass a day in Mantua (Lombardy region), one of the main centres of the Renaissance, you can find the Basilica di Sant'Andrea, Palazzo Te and the Duchal Palace of the Gonzaga family (the 6th largest palace in Europe). In the Veneto region there are countless cultural wonders like Vicenza, Padua, Treviso, Bassano del Grappa, Valeggio sul Mincio, the walled towns of Cittadella and Montagnana. I hope these names can give you some ideas for the next destinations. Good job!
once I had to go on vacation with my friends in Cilento (Campania, province of Salerno), but we took the wrong highway and by chance we found ourselves near Potenza, we were fascinated by small towns and cities on the slopes of high mountains that I had never even heard of talk! the moral is that to visit Italy it is enough to wander aimlessly 🤣
What beautiful footages and what wonderful recommendations! Thank you very much Ryan. ❤ Italy is really having everything---- Majestic Mountains; Gorgeous Lakes; Spectacular Coastlines; Magnificent Architectures, Resplendent Arts; Fabulous Gardens; Fascinating Countrysides, and a Great History. I am very much looking forward to visit this country. 😃

Im italian and while I was watching your video I thought that its crazy that italian people think always to live in a normal place and sometimes in a bad place according to some opinion, when we have the triple of beautiful landscapes that a normal country has. I like very much to watch foreigners videos about Italy because they see something that italian people often forget.
I sure love your videos! Our family (also from Utah) moved to Stuttgart, Germany last year for three years and are trying to see as much of Europe as possible while we are here. We watch all your videos for vacation ideas and you haven’t let us down! We love the outdoors and water and your videos are right up our alley. The Dolomites might be my all time favorite, especially backpacking thru Tre Cime, hitting the via ferratas, and staying in huts. In the last 12 months we’ve hit Switzerland, Austria, Bulgaria, Israel, Poland, Czech, Italy, France, Morocco, and Spain. My sister lives in Naples, so we’ve been loving trying to see as much of Italy as possible, just got back from a crazy New Years Eve down there! Keep the videos coming, they are fantastic!
Wow, that's so amazing you live in Germany! I'm jealous you live so close to everything. So cool you went to the dolomites, hard to beat Tre Cime! Haha I can't think of a better place for new years than Italy! All the best :)

Wow, such a incredible list of places I've never been! I'll have to go back and visit them all.
Vado a Porto Rotondo l’estate da quando sono nato, secondo me non è un posto da consigliare a un turista estero che va lì che 4/5 giorni
Fantastic work Ryan! I love these long videos. Keep up the great work :)
Thanks so much Stef!! Got any new videos coming out soon?
@@RyanShirley Hopefully at the end of the month! Are you traveling now?
Well can yall come get me
Привет из Киева! It's unbelievble beautiful! Thanks a lot!
These type of video remind me of how wonderful my country is, despite all the problems that it has. I wish I will be able to visit all the beauty of Italy one day.
What part of Italy is your favorite? 🇮🇹😁
I definitely suggest Cilento National Park! Lots of landscapes, towns, food, nature, beaches, caves, mountains
One of the most epic videos about Italy on RUclips
Thanks so much Sannu!
I have been to Italy twice and watched dozens of videos on Italy. Many go into detail on specific towns or cities but this is the absolute best overview of the country. Period. Great job, Ryan.
So cool you've been twice! Where was your favorite place?
Hi Ryan, This video is just amazingly beautiful I was there just before covid 19 as part of a tour from Greece with 45 Greeks 1 American and me 1 Mexican American and in 9 days I had one of the best times of my life . I can not wait to go back there on my own this time and rent a car my favorite city has to be Florence as well although I loved Rome, The Vatican and wonderful memories from every place we visited . I honestly never imagine there was so much more to see until I sow your video. Thank you.
Wow, never expected so many wonderlands in Italy
Italy really has it all :)
... e c'è molto altro da vedere in Italia! 😍
Italy is the most beautiful country on earth
I second that :)
Can we say that God exaggerated when he decided to create Italy?
He sure spent extra time there 😇🖼🇮🇹
yeah god created italy,.....
He just wanted a beautiful area for his company headquarters.
Incredible, finding yourself in Potenza by mistake :O
The most difficult place to reach in Italy!
Amo Itália, imagens maravilhosas, ganhou uma fã . Obrigada pelo vídeo. Elizabeth de Brasil São Paulo. 👍👋💟
Da Italiano ti dico: VIDEO SUPERLATIVO COMPLIMENTI!!!! ITALIA IL PAESE PIU' BELLO DEL MONDO!!
What beautiful footages and what wonderful recommendations! Thank you very much Ryan. ❤
Italy is really having everything---- Majestic Mountains; Gorgeous Lakes; Spectacular Coastlines; Magnificent Architectures, Resplendent Arts; Fabulous Gardens; Fascinating Countrysides, and a Great History.
I am very much looking forward to visit this country. 😃
As an Italian boy from Florence, I thank you for the words you said.
unfortunately many foreigners are unable to fully appreciate Italy, but you have honored us with this video.
Thanks so much mate! I love your country!

Doing a 5-week study abroad program in Rome this May. Will be my first time ever to Europe, thank you for this!!
You’re going to have the time of your life!
Kudos to this magnificent video. The Italian government should acknowledge the exhaustive well presented tavelogue you made. I've been to the usual tourist spots in Italy but after seeing this..I want to see Italy again. Thank you.
Italy is my favourite country 💕❤️
Very beautiful and fascinating country 👍👌👌👌
It really has it all :)
My cousins are all in Abruzzo region. But I'm in Hawai'i. I can't wait to get back n see them! Love this video
That’s so cool they live in Abruzzo! Have you visited them there?
@@RyanShirley we were supposed to go 2 years ago but...pandemic. They're in Citta Sant'angelo but I haven't been able to get there. We've been all over Italy before but I hope to get back to see family soon.
I just recently relocated to Italy.. Thank you for wonderful informative Video.. It is definitely gonna help me to plan my vacations in Italy..

Great video, Italy is stunning
Thanks friend!
Without a doubt Italy is the most beautiful country on earth.
Italy really has it all!
I want to push "good button" for 100 times!!!
Such a beautiful and great video!!
Ah thanks so much Ryusho! Do you have a favorite place in Italy?
Grazie per averci ricordato quanto è bello il nostro Paese, la prossima volta che vieni in Sardegna passa anche da Cagliari
Thanks so much Donatella! I need to explore Cagliari next time. Are you from there?
Thank you for the video! Beautiful country and I don't even know where to go first. This summer it will be my third time in Italy but I've never been in the south.
A normal country like what
beautiful! I pray I will be able to take my family to visit Rome soon! God willing. Thank you
Can't wait for your family to visit!
Really? Napoli 31 december? 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 war.....
One of the best Vlogs I have ever come across, the 45 minutes keep you enticed and enthralled. Smart Drone shots of all the places coupled with superb editing keeps you transfixed of the incredible country Italy is. Well done Ryan and your team.
Thanks so much mate!
Venice, Rome, Naples, Florence, Pisa, Siena, Palermo, Assisi, Syracuse etc.... Many different cities in one country.... The Magical Particularity of Italy!!!!
By far THE BEST Italy tour video I have EVER watched. Your fast paced video covered so many of the beautiful locations Italy has to offer. By watching this video several times I have had the opportunity to pause it periodically, write down the names of several spots I have not been to then research them later online. By approaching it this way I can watch your video in short order then take my time with the places that pique my interest(s). Move over and pass the torch Rick Steve's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (LOL)!!!!!
Thanks so much Bob! I hope you can visit them all :) haha I love Rick Steves
@@RyanShirley I "used" to love him too ! (LOL)!
Thanks for sharing Italy still remain my favourite
Of course! Where's your favorite place in Italy?
@@RyanShirley Roma
Thank you Ryan for supporting our beautiful country
Of course! What part of Italy are you from?
Great video Ryan, during my senior year of college I took a class in Italy over spring break where we say 9 cities in 8 days. We saw venice, rome, florence, assisi, sorento and a few more. Such a beautiful country. Love the videos man they keep my motivated during the pandemic.
Wow, that’s so cool you went to so many cities! Which ones were your favorite?
@@RyanShirley I would say Florence and Sorrento for sure, not a big fan of Rome. It reminded me a lot of NYC.
@@mtednby21 but how does Rome compare to NYC? They're two completely different cities but I respect your opinion :D
Exceptional video which represents the natural, archeological and historical unique values and mystical power of each of the carefully selected places in bella Italia. Bravo! 👏
Thanks so much Alek! Do you have a favorite place in Italy?
Yes Ryan: Rome, Firenze, Amalfi Coast & Capri and the ones that would like to visit - the magnificent Dolomiti (learned a lot from your previous videos) & magical Sardinia ✌️
Incredible, you didn't visit the only terrestrial paradiso that Italy has as far as the sea is concerned, you didn't go to the island of Sardinia! a true earthly paradise
Thanks friend, the first place in the video was on Sardinia and Cala Goloritze, I agree with you, true paradise :)
@@RyanShirley sorry, I hadn't seen the first part of the video! it seemed strange to me there was no Sardinia :D
west: Tyrrenian sea. south: Ionian sea . east: Adriatic sea. north: Alp mountains. paradise of the world.
Amazing drone footage, videography, explanations and lots of landscape footage without too much of you guys on the camera but just enough! I appreciate your work! And Italy is so gorgeous I never realized! I’m working on getting my italian citizenship and now I’m extra motivated!
Italy-Love!
So much to love in Italy!
This is a beauty, so many great places in Italy. I love those aerial shots.
Thanks so much friend!
I've commented on this before but upon re-watching, I gotta say this video does incredible Italy justice more than any other video on RUclips! When friends ask for tips on travelling Italy I send them this!
Thanks so much brother!! Where’s your favorite place?
@@RyanShirley Grazie mille a te! Look, it's hard to pin down a favourite in Italy.. Ischia brings back a lot of memories and is an ideal island.. as for the Dolomites, I'm planning to hike there this September and your footage in the mountains is the best thing I've ever seen. I'm planning to allow about 9 days for the Dolomites and Lake Garda. Whats your top spot? Sardinia I feel ;)
Viva l'Italia! I living in tuscany countryside, near Siena.
As an italian I really enjoyed this video, very well done and informative with excellent drone takes. Of course the list could be much longer, specially about cities, but I think you gave a quite precise idea about what can be visited in Italy, more than most videos that can be found on RUclips. Thank you for reminding us and showing everybody how beautiful our country is. Good Job!
Stunning! The best film I've seen about Italy. Amazing work. You should be very proud and very lucky to visit so many places.
Thanks so much Neil! Do you have a favorite place to visit in Italy?
