    Thank you for this recipe. I am going to try to cook this with Ugali.
    I started to follow a lovely couple, sylvia and Koree bichanga on RUclips and realized after seeing Sylvia cook food from Africa that I wanted to try as the food looks so good.

    Loving this! Well, apart from the green peppers, for some reason, I find they taste bitter.

      +TheTwinkleGG Haha, I know what you mean. Most guys don't like it, but for some reason, green hohos just do it for me, 😋😁. I even eat them raw in salads... Thanks for stopping by, I always appreciate your feedback.

    How can you measure the cocking oil?

    • @jikonimagic
      @jikonimagic  2 года назад +1

      You could use a measuring spoon if you really want to be very accurate and exact. I personally just eye-ball it.

    • @jikonimagic
      @jikonimagic  6 лет назад +4

      +Aliya Adan Hi, not really sure but some people say it's collard greens or kales. That's why I included those names in the title. If someone knows the correct name I'm open for correction. 😊

    • @DeeDee-jf3nt
      @DeeDee-jf3nt 6 лет назад +4

      Aliya Adan its Kale.
      Collared greens are what we wrongly call "spinach" in KE

    No spicy pepper at all?

    • @jikonimagic
      @jikonimagic  Год назад

      It's usually optional for most people. You can add many other ingredients as well, if you desire, like garlic and ginger. For some people, tomatoes are not added, they just saute onions and then throw in the veggies.
