Been vegan for a while now. Once I cut dairy I lost crazy weight and ive gotten stronger and build muscle better. Only thing you have to know how to eat well to keep your diet straight.
Right. Being a Vegan can be dangerous if one doesn't properly replace good bacteria (probiotics) and get enough protein from animal-free sources.
Lulu Centeno you replace good bacteria by eating fiber rich foods. The beneficial bacteria then eats these fibers, and can then populate the gut (crouding out the harmful bacteria), producing chemicals that are beneficial for our health.

Don't stop you have tapped into a need. Be encouraged this is all in God's plan for you. Thank you for your effort, I comment you. I am diagnosed with Diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis and this information brings perspective and hope.
